[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance — complaints regarding the cancellation of policy | |||
Sir/madam On 19/07/2019 i issued a complaint and requested for the cancellation of a policy which has been issued to me without taking my permission. The policy no. Is og[protected]-00002530. (Bajaj allianz health insurance) Till now ie. 19/08/2019 no action has taken. I am continuously talking to customer care and floor manager ms. Tarannum and everytime the only information i get is that they are putting my complaint on the first priority, but till now i have'nt got any revert. Your department has deducted the first installment also. It has been a month i am not getting any satisfactory result. Kindly take the needful action as soon as possible.
