Faris a. Siddhik Policy no. [protected] Lifelong assure Date of commencement 21-aug-2014 Gentlemen, I am writing on behalf of my son faris a. Siddhik, holder of policy no. [protected] issued by bajaj allianz branch addressed at 1st floor np tower, near kerala varma college junction, thrissur, kerala, unfortunately this address is not existing and after a long search i managed to find their office near to amala hospital, far away from the printed address. I have visited their office near to amala hospital yesterday[protected] to pay premium due on[protected] and on query about surrender the staff asked to bring the bank passbook and original policy so that they can arrange surrender of policy and the payment. But today after waiting for more than 2 hours in your thrissur branch office i got the funny piece of information as below: As i reminded about surrender of the policy the reply made me to think twice before paying the premium due. The manager, a lady told that not to pay the premium due this month then the policy will get lapsed and you will get some money back. If you request for surrender of policy, you are not going to get any money back. I would like to know whether they are planning to wind up operations of bajaj allianz insurance. From the words of your thrissur branch staff i felt that they are indirectly giving me the information. Or may i presume bajaj allianz is not paying their salaries. Anyway that is not my problem. My problem is that how i can get back the premium i have paid for the last 3 years? The amount reaches to 18755 x 3 = rs. 56265.00. Is it necessary to go to consumer court for this purpose?
