[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — Issues with BAJAJ ALLIANZ HEALTH INSURANCE SERVICES- Health Checkup Denied at Network Hospital -Apollo Clinic, Guwahati

My name is Jiten Sarma, and I have a policy at Bajaj Aliianz, policy number[protected][protected]-00 (Health PRIME RIDER).
I have been facing lot of issues with Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance since last one week. I contacted customer care to explain me the benefits of my top up policy-HEALTH RIDER PLAN which they failed to address in multiple calls and mails. Upon getting no help, I tried to book a lab appointment from CARINGLY YOURS App scheduled for[protected] at Apollo Hospitals. I opted for the Preventive health Checkup, for which I paid Rs. 999 from UPI id [protected]@ybl ( screenshots attached). I received Booking ID and confirmation messages in app . Hence, I have kept myself in 12hrs fasting from 27th Jan, 2023 9pm.
Upon reaching the given location of hospital, I was told that this package and online payment is not accepted in our hospital. I reached out to TPA of the hospital where she could not address the problem as well stating checkups are not done in this hospital and given another address to visit. I immediately contacted BAJAJ ALLIANZ helpline number and the representative could not helped me . I was being asked to show the invoice, but in app the error came - ERROR IN DOWNLOADING INVOICE, hence i requested customer care executive to share me the invoice details in mail, also gave the phone to TPA where she had conversation and ultimately denied taking my appointment.

I visited second branch of Apollo clinic (Shubham buildwell complex, RG Baruah Rd, Block-H, Guwahati, Assam 781005) and went on to ask in reception whether this appointment is reflecting in system. The boy in reception directly said that such package is not available in this branch, without even checking in system once. He asked us to visit another branch which I visited immediately with hope.

This time I reached Apollo Clinic( Chitraban Enclave, RG Baruah Rd, Zoo Road Tiniali, Guwahati, Assam 781003) where again I reached out to receptionist and she politely listened to my query. She tried to check in her system but no appointment was reflecting in her system . She went on to seek advice from her senior and asked us to wait. After she came, she told that BAJAJ ALLIANZ is not served in this branch and asked us to go to a branch in SUNDARPUR location.

I am mentally harrassed due to the above events and its services as nothing works at first go. I am a senior citizen, who has medicines to take timely, hence I returned back home now and waiting for a revert to my problem. I want my blood test to be scheduled at my home without me going anywhere anymore.

Else I am seeking the refund back to the initial mode of payment- [protected]@ybl .

This has not been solved, and no one contacted me from customer care, rather I had to call them and update on this situation.
I need a explanation why my lab test was denied. Secondly, I need my refund initiated at the earliest.
