Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Sankar Prasad Roy My mobile no [protected], I have a policy of bajaj allianz life insurance company. Due to lockdown I unable to continue policy premium last 2 years, today a lady call me Mobile number [protected] she said she call from bajaj allianz due to unpaid premium last 2 years not possible to continue policy. company decided to paid money with interest return policy holder, she said also my policy number, date of policy, premium amount, last paid money & also my name, after that she said if I close and return my money need to pay company charges rs2500/- after get my premium balance 90, 333/- she send me bajaj allianz policy details my mobile number text sms also send a bank account number. She said if i paid this account number after 1hrs I get my premium paid money with interest.
please find the attachment file of text sms details.
I see this sms and verified the account number, this account no not verified to bajaj allianz company account number are any personal account number name of SUBHASH CHANDRA, I call customer care bajaj allianz for this subject customer care person said this a scam be careful don't said any money, if any money bajaj send policy holder not asking paid charges separately company send money automatically if policy lock in period end policy holder register bank account not going any place, I return call back that lady and said why you tell me this account number are bajaj allianz this account number any personal account, If you send a money deduct refund premium amount and send my account, she said cancellation charges need to pay first after that refund bajaj allianz I not agree with this agreement.
My question is how did my know information get to that girl. everything are match my policy number last paid amount total paid amount date ext ext ext. this means the company sells policy holder information by stealing it, need to more information also I request to bajaj allianz don't sell any policy holder information any others person, I wants know how to get my information leak out bajaj allianz company take a action about this mater . It happened to me today tomorrow it can happen to someone else.

        Hi, I started with a premium of 2000/month in April 2013. My policy is due to mature in 5 months. How to know my return amount?

        I tried to chat on whatsApp, but i dont get any response.

          Dear sir,

          I am Mitul Premjibhai Mistry.

          I am submitting my complaint regarding insurance policy with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance company.
          policy number: [protected] and [protected]

          Misguided about the policy by the wealth manager of Bajaj Allianz.
          I am describing all the incidence step by step:

          1. I was very happy customer of Bajaj Allianz, my old policy no was: [protected], SATRTING DATE 17/03/2009. policy holder MItul P. Mistry.
          life assured Mr, Pruthvi Mitul MIstry. was very regular in paying premium of Rs 12, 000.

          2. Before a year Mr, Urvish Shah (wealth manager of Bajaj Allianz) (mob: 91 [protected] and [protected]) came to my home by showing his Icard and explain me that you are getting very low rate in this policy, and you should invest this money in our other policy, by that you will get more benefits. He explains me that you this is one-time premium policy, then after you don't have to do or pay anything. I was agreeing with that and signed for that where he shows me. policy no: [protected] as he assured me that in 1 month you will get statement by email. but didn't get it and called so many times to him, every time he gave me different excuses, and delayed, after some time he gave me a printout about the statement and show me the growth of my invested money. that time asked about the premium of 200000 every year specified in printout, his answer was it is by mistake and in next statement i will clear it. I trust him as he is wealth manager of Bajaj Allianz.

          after a year i got call and messages about the premium asking for my policy, i shocked that time the message was " please keep balance of Rs 200000 in your account to pay premium against your policy.
          i called so many times to Mr, Urvish Shah wealth manager, sometimes not picking calls, sometime very busy, sometimes hospitalized, some time out of station. after so many calls he answered, and i explained about the message of premium, he replied to me "please don't keep balance in your account i will manage it". I attached that conversation on WhatsApp with this mail. then i doughty visit the office of Bajaj Allianz and I come to know the person Mr, Urvish Shah is no more employee of our company. he dismissed from his job because there were so many other complaints against him by policy holders. and they advised me to do return complaint, and as i did so on 22/9/22.

          3. when he came to show me the growth of first policy, and explain me and my father Mr, Premjibhai Mistry, about the other very good policy, which gives me lifetime returns by just paying premium 100000 Rs for 5 years only, after 10 years you will get start benefits every month. we were agreed as the premium was for only 5 years. policy no: [protected]. date. 16/03/2022. after a month i get policy by post, I read it and found the premium paying term was for 10 years, again I started calling him, but the same as before no answers, excuses, mother hospitalize and many more, he just replied to me once that he will clear everything it is just by mistake of other staff of Bajaj Allianz and you will get other correct policy documents in short time. I wait for a month but no other policy, then i visited office the answer was he is out for work. i tried to call him but busy in meetings, no reply, excuses,
          then i visited office and complaint about him on 22/9/22. there was no progress of complaint, i contact office they advise me to mail on complaint portal so i did on 17/10/2022. service request no:[protected].
          there was call from Bajaj Allianz(mob no:[protected] named Pankti Acharya in conference with Mr, Manoj) about complaint i explained everything, then after 2-3 days they called me again and one person Mr, Manoj from Ahmedabad Bajaj office (the boss of Mr, Urvish Shah), talked with me in very high attitude, i explained him everything but he was not listening to me and only asking me why you didn't complaint about this in 15 days you received policy? i told him i did so to Mr Urvish, he was not ready listening me, he was talking about company policy of 15 days return policy. after talking with him, I received an email of rejecting my refund or any solutions. as i didn't complaint about in 15 days after policy received. which i did to wealth manager on call.

          Due to corona time and 3rd and 4th wave of corona i was restricted go outside more frequently. but i did whatever i can by call with the company authorized person.

          After this incidence i am very much shocked and now i don't have any more trust on insurance companies, it is better to keep money in banks in the form of fix deposits for our family future.

          even the company has not informed me that, you rusticate him from his job.

            I reached out customer support multiple times to cancel the policy OG[protected]-00001684.

            I purchased this insurance policy on behalf of my mother and the policy owner details were wrong in policy document (Car ownership was transferred to my mother after my father passed away in 2021).

            I reached out to customer care team multiple times to get this policy cancelled so that I may issue a new one with correct name. I followed the escalation matrix also, but I have not received a single favorable reply in past 3 weeks.

            I need to get this cancelled asap so that I may purchase a new one. Please help.

                Again dragging for refund, customer care people postponing every time, he is telling, I would request you to wait for 24-48 hours you will receive a revert within 24-48 hours. But I'm waiting almost 10 to 15 days no revert from the company. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                    I have Purchased my mobile with insurance with Bajaj Allianz but when my mobile phone was broken you are not provided my total loss amount and so many times i registered claim on bajaj but Mr Bhisham are rejected my claim due to wrong verbatim but on that time when they are doing verification my sister pickup the call and give wrong verbatim and after that i also update my Right Verbatim with many Executive now i am very frustrated so i want my mobile total loss ASAP.

                    Otherwise i will share your all recordings and all Conversation on social media this is not right things bajaj Allianz doing with me...1st Claim i registered on June and now September is Running till now i don't not Repaired my mobile i want my mobile money back otherwise i will take legal action this is not good.
                    Again i am telling to you please Approve my claim and give my money back i trusted on bajaj Allianz that'why i purchased your Insurance policy if I did get it you will see me in Court...

                        I have bought travel insurance for my mother when she visited last year to UK. Unfortunately she has to stay 13 days in the hospital in March 2022 and I have raised a claim against it since then. I have submitted all the required documents and all the necessary checks have been performed by Bajaj Allianz even from third party checks with My mother's physician in India. After approving the claim the email has been sent to Hillingdon Hospital on 1st July 2022 mentioning that the payment will be made within 6 to 8 time period. Despite of Hospital is chasing and I am also Chasing to your team no one even bother to reply to Hospital's or my Email!

                        It is more than 10 weeks and I from UK and my brother and uncle from India have made more than 100s of call to your customer services team and spent endless hours on call no one is able say anything when the payment will be made to the hospital. Every time they put us on hold and saying they're looking something in your system and after 14 minutes the calls get disconnected most of the time and we have to call and repeat the story again with the new customer service member. They're keep saying nothing is in our hand and sometimes just says that we have emailed our overseas team and they will be in touch with your Hospital's overseas team and it has been over 6 months now and no one is bother to contact Hospital or giving time when the payment will be made. Now hospital has lost trust on me and keep chasing for the payment.

                        I have tried to escalate the issue two times on the following email as given from your customer service agent but no one till date bothered to respond so what is the point to provide L1, L2 or L3 escalation!

                        My brother also went to your Vadodara office but they said nothing dealt from here as this is just a policy issuing office ! (just collecting the money after selling the Insurance) but no info regarding the claim.

                        I don't know if someone is going to look into this as a matter o[censored]rgency.

Now hospital has lost trust on me and keep chasing for the payment.

                        I have tried to escalate the issue two times on the following email as given from your customer service agent but no one till date bothered to respond so what is the point to provide L1, L2 or L3 escalation!

                        My brother also went to your Vadodara office but they said nothing dealt from here as this is just a policy issuing office ! (just collecting the money after selling the Insurance) but no info regarding the claim.

                        I don't know if someone is going to look into this as a matter o[censored]rgency.

However, the payment amount of Rs 2, 275 is reflected in my bank account statement for which I have provided a snapshot below. I was provided a payment link through a WhatsApp business number after I enquired on your website.
                            • Date of transaction: 22-Jun-2022
                            • Insured name: Self, Spouse, and two children aged 13 and 8 years
                            • Amount: Rs 2, 275, refer the snapshot of debit SMS alert and entry of debit in the bank statement
                            • Bank name: IDBI bank.
                            • Payment mode: Net Banking
                            • Register mobile No.: [protected]
                            • Previous policy number: Not applicable.

                            This information is mailed to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in; Jerome.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in; and Ankit.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in in periodic intervals escalating to Jerome and Anikt. Correspondence dates from 15-Jul to 27-Jul-2022 under case ID 07529364

                            No call back from the company, but the company keeps sending me emails creating different case IDs asking for the same information which is provided above.

                            After the first payment of Rs 2, 275 on 22-June-2022, no further amount was debited from my account. Hence, Bajaj Alliance owes me Rs 2, 275 which I am requesting vide this complaint.

                              My Premium 5000/- date is 28th of every month, August 28th 5000/- premium got deducted & again on 9th of Sep, 2022 one more premium got deducted.
                              This is very serious matter as they are deducting extra amount without any consent & misusing the Auto debit facility.

                                Address: Bajaj Allianz House, Airport Road , yerwada

                                I tried to renew my existing policy OG[protected]-00016034 on 03 Sep 22and made a payment of 2359/- for 2years, after that policy was not sent to email, when tried reaching the customer care they just created the SR no : 8142280 and told that it will be resolved in 24-48 hrs, but it is more than that now still Customer care is saying it will be issued in 24 hrs.
