Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company — Remove PAN details from PAN lookup portal

Please remove my PAN details from your database. PAN number is EXUPS6415N. I'm not working for that company i.e. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company (BALIC). My agent code is also expired but my PAN card is showing in PAN lookup portal.
Please terminate my code and change status from inforce to surrender.
Agency code is - ABLIC[protected]
