Bajaj Allianz — motor insurance not renewed but money deducted

My policy number is og[protected]-00002461. I tried to renew this policy on 25th march 2020 through caring yours app, but my money from bank was deducted and policy was not renewed, the app showed error message that you cannot renew this policy. They are not picking my calls when calling customer care. This clearly a fraud they are doing in these difficult times.
