    Bajaj allianz has cheated senior citizens and looted money. They are completely unethical and can go to any limits in cheating their customers and rejecting claims.
    We have been paying high premium for our old aged parents from last 2 years and 10 months. At the time of purchasing the policy, we did what all they asked us to do in terms of medical test and they issued policy excluding diabetes (As existing) for 3 years.
    Later on my mother got lungs infection issue and she got into icu, we submitted the claim and everything changed.
    Insurer didn't approve it immediately and we started paying money we owe to hospital. After aggressive follow up with insurer, it got into quality review and investigations. Later on they denied saying patient has existing disease and was not disclosed at the time of policy purchase.
    Those 2 days were difficult as we were dealing with our mother situation and still paying the cash from our pocket.

    They put all the numbers incorrectly while denying the claim about hypertension as existing since 20 years, copd and ckd since 5 years.
    As a matter of fact, there was no history of hypertension with patient and neither copd and ckd when she took the policy.
    When we spoke to tpa/hospital, they also confirmed they never gave those numbers.

    My concerns:
    1) why did they issue policy and did not do appropriate medical tests if they think their numbers are correct?
    2) where is the proof showing these diseases exist since 20 or 5 years?
    3) now when we are only 2 months away from completing 3 years and be eligible for any pre-existing disease also, bajaj allianz is now voiding the policy and forfeiting all premium paid.
    Where are those customer representative or sales agents calls who give big promises while issuing policy as if insurer cares for people. I don’t expect any emotional support but i expect companies to be ethical in what they do.
    It's completely a misstatement of the facts by bajaj allianz and i will be taking it to the next level.
    This is a total cheat on us and we want justice as soon as possible.
    People take policy for their ease during their difficult times. After being regular and paying high premium continuously, now is the time to pay back. But bajaj allianz created all possible trouble during the needs.

        I had taken a home loan (A/c no. [protected]) from mbic bareilly branch of syndicate bank. During sanctioning the home loan, on the behest of bank i took a bajaj allianz policy. A copy of bajaj allianz policy statement is enclosed.
        I have re-paid the entire loan amount in 2016. Certificate of bank is enclosed. I contacted bajaj allianz head office at civil lines bareilly alongwith receipts of premium and loan payment certificate requested them to end my policy and requested for payment of accrued amount in the policy but i but they told me that the policy has been assigned in the name of syndicate bank and demanded certificate from bank. I obtained "no due certificate" from the bank and submitted. But they did not accept that nor explained what is required from the bank. They only told me that the assignee of my policy is syndicate bank therefore without order of syndicate bank the policy cannot be transferred back to my name and no encashment can be done.
        After that several times i requested the branch manager syndicate bank to do the needful but despite several requests bank did not respond positively they said that they have already issued no due certificate. I again contacted the branch manager and request to do the needful but no action has been taken. Since i have already re-paid the loan in 2016 but still i am not being allowed to take back my policy assigned to the bank. I am not able to withdraw the accrued amount in my policy.
        This is my policy. I deposited the premiums. I am in need of money. It is requested to please do the needful at the earliest.

        I have made a online payment of 10000 rupees on 28 February 2020 to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Policy renewal thru Bhim app UPI (Tech Process Solution Ltd. Payment gateway)

        The money has been deduct from my account but it has not been received to the payee's (Bajaj Allianz). Request to return my money as soon as possible .

          Sir/Maa'm,

          I was paying premium of my private car policy No. OG[protected]-00001175 on 20 February, 2019 in the afternoon at around 2 'o' clock PM. I was paying the renewal through your mobile app "Caringly yours Bajal Allianz". In the app, the renewal amount shown is Rs. 14305. I clicked on "renew now" and paid the amount using UPI. Rs.14305 got deducted from my bank account but your application shows an error "POLICY PREMIUM MISMATCH". After this nothing has happened till now.
          Policy has not been issued yet. I have not received any receipt or any transaction reference number from your side.
          What should I do now? Its been 4 days now.
          Yesterday, I have already emailed this matter to Bajaj Allianz customer care.
          Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my deducted amount.

          I went to the local office of Bajaj allianz general insurance Meerut and told them about my matter. They emailed my matter to the concerned team of Bajaj allianz. They reverted back in just 5 minutes and my issue got resolved.

              I took travel insurance policy in oct 2019, but requested for its cancellation just few days after the policy started. I have provided them all the requested information required for the policy cancellation and initiating the refund. Since then i was trying to followup but every time they generates a new policy number but haven't cancelled the policy yet. I have been doing this since last three months but every time i have received response like "they are doing it on high priority".
              Once in the month of december 2019, they informed me that i will get refund in next 10 days but when i asked them to provide me the cancellation details or transaction number, they haven't responded properly.
              I have escalated the issue multiple times but nothing happened.

                I bought a whirlpool fully automatic washing machine from snehanjali electronics, virar with additional extended warranty from bajaj alliance (Bajaj open ew 2 year rs.1254/-)
                Product details are as follows :
                Model # : sw72 platinum 10ymw
                Item descriptions: w/pool w/m-sw72 platinum10ymw

                Purchase date: 08/08/2016

                Now a days, my washing machine giving motor voice while spinning. I called to manufacturer for this and they said machine is not in under warranty you may pay charges. Hence i called bajaj allianz to confirm about the warranty period and as per their update the warranty period was expired in august 2019 itself. Whereas i have opted for 2 year additional extended warranty while purchasing the washing machine. (I have each and every proof (Bill-invoices-extended warranty invoice etc.) i have opted for 2 year extended warranty for my washing machine.

                About followup,
                1. I have raised this complaint with local bajaj agent who sits in the store. She (Jyoti) took pictures of all the invoices and forwarded to someone. She requested me wait for 7-8 days. It will automatically updated.
                2. After a 2 week when i goes in store, it seems the agent was changed and i have to explain the things again to new agent. He doesn’t aware about this case hence he given me contact number of senior person – mr. Sabdesh – [protected].
                3. I tried to contact him on daily basis (Around next 20-25 days) he never responded me with further updates. I have sent text sms to him but no response.
                4. After 25 days, again visited to store and seen, there is new lady was there on desk. Again i have explained the whole tings again to her. She given me next person name and contact number i. E. Mr. Chawla – [protected].
                5. Mr. Chawla assured me that he will look further on my request. He requested me to wait today-tomorrow-next few days and i waited as per his comments. Now a days, even he is also not receiving my call neither there is any response from his end. Even i have sent text sms to him for revert back unfortunately no response.
                6. Finally, i decided to contact customer care and they suggested to draft email to [protected]@bajajallianz.com. I have done the same on jan 20, 2020. I will attached the email conversation here. They responded back after 4-5 days with the issue # : 82343824 with including the comment – “we have forwarded your request to our concern department”.
                7. I have tried to find the contact details of pune ho and forwarded same email to them also. On feb 2, i have received acknowledge email from dattaray kokate (Outsource-tbss)/pune ho/bagic tbss/general and some other cc bajaj members.
                8. After feb 2 upto till date, i am following with them on email but no response at all. I will attach communication email here.

                Today, finally i have decided to put complaint on this portal atleast peoples can know how bajaj allianz providing the service to customer.in today’s email i have included their grievance redressal officer and head of customer care. Let’s see how they treat on this situation/case.

                Kindly note, my product i. E. Washing machine is still in non-operation mode due to this extended policy error from bajaj end.

                Bajaj Allianz do not have trust on their customer even after smooth and clear communication. Overall, the experience was too bad, pethatic. I will never go for any Bajaj related products in future. After 3 month followup, my washing machine is ready to use. I have spent lot of time on this to communicate with each and every person in Bajaj Allianz. I will recommend that, pay few more money and take a manufacturer extended warranty which will they provide you on time and quality service.

                I have already sent email to your support team as well as your HO. The email chain is very long.

                The subject line of Email is - RE: Manufacturer's Product Warranty Period correction // EW ID : EWOC[protected] // Mr. Roshan Lanjekar // 82343824 / 82728367/

                I am now having different issue with the support. The technician forcing me to change Drum whereas the problem found in the Gear part (which is in under warranty). My washing machine is working well apart from voice while draining. It means there is no need of Drum change and same has been confirmed with the Whirlpool side also (on call).

                Today I have checked, my claim status showing closed whereas no action and no part replacement done. Status is as below .

                Your claim has been repudiated. Hence the claim is closed. Repudiation letter has been sent on your registered address by post.

                Unbelivable things and support given by Bajaj side. I am really disappointed with this extended warranty. For small query I have spend almost 3 months but still Bajaj Allianz not giving me proper solution.

                I think, bajaj helpdesk not able to understand the situation on email. From last 15 days, I am explaining the scnenario to support person and he is giving me advice about the warranty part. whereas I am already agreed on his comments. Even I have explained the communication which is currently going on with Technician, Bajaj Helpdesk and me.

                I am expecting the call from Bajaj helpdesk/senior person who is working on this case to provide update, better understanding and close of this case ASAP but everyone is spending 2-4 days to reply on email and increasing the chain mail.

                There is long email chain is going on with Bajaj Allianz where I didn't receive satisfactory answer from their end.
                Mr. Milind Kadam/HO Direct Marketing/Call Center/General is handling my request and as per our call conversation on 28th Feb 2020 he had forwarded the my matter to their HO priority team and he has done the same. I have explained him all the issues which I was facing from the Dec'19. (1. Warranty period changed (mistake from Bajaj end) 2. about the extended warranty part replacement).

                Next day, I have received call from Mr. Kishor Dahitule and he started conversation with saying "Drum is not in warranty and you have to replace with Whirlpool". Without inspecting the matter he was trying to giving me update with stating that, Drum and Gear part need replace from Whirlpool and whatever the charges they quote for Gear part the Bajaj Allianz will pay against you (only gear part charges not technician visiting charges*). He totally rejected to replace the Gear part which is in under extended warranty (as per his comments, first replace the drum from whirlpool and then go for gear part replacement). This is actually forcing method from Bajaj end. Even I said that, replace the gear part which is cover in under warranty from your end and if the problem still occur then I will check with Whirlpool for next look out.
                As per call conversation with Kishor, as I understand that he doesn't aware the history of this issue and only trying to provide me the update to check with Whirlpool itself.
                Today i.e. 3rd March, 2020 again I have sent email to Bajaj with my solution comments cause I need to close this matter asap. I have requested them, if they are agree to pay Whirlpool Technician visiting charges and gear part cost then reply me on email with acknoledgement. On the basis of the same, I will log the case with Whirlpool for technician visit. Whatever the whirlpool technician will suggest about the parts and their cost Bajaj has to pay (except drum).
                I can do this as of now from my end. Apart from this no option have.
                OR I will leave my washing machine as it is since it is still in working condition and in future will never take any warranty OR product from Bajaj side, cause this experience is enough to understand the Bajaj Allianz services. (I was my mistake as I selected Bajaj allianz for extended warranty.)
                Now, waiting for Bajaj Allianz reply on same.

                Hi Milind and Bajaj Team,

                After log of followup emails, calls, discussions, finally the issue has been resolved. I would like to highlight few points which is related to Bajaj Allianz extended warranty process.

                1. There is new request generated whenever I reply/email sent to Bajaj and there is only system generated reply gets everytime which is none of meaning. I always get standard reply on my email from the customer care executive and the further action takes almost 4-5 days to response/provide me the update.
                2. I was having problem from with Bajaj Alliaz and I was following with them from last +3 months. The first complaint I had raised on 12 Dec. 2019 and the issue get solved on today i.e. 11 Mar.2020. In this 3 months period Milind and his team contacted me only once to provide me update. No proactive response OR call back from the Bajaj Alliaz side if any customer raise query against them.
                3. Every person in this 3 months period come back to me for few days and after a week/10 days he also not contactable to ask about the next further update on my problem. (I have mentioned each and every incident in my traiil mail).
                4. As I have seen, there is 2 months time was taken for only warranty period change in my policy. No one is taking care/ownership for this issue. The service which I have received in this 2 months it was very pethatic.
                5. I have spent my 1 month to followup with the Bajaj Allianz partner (who provide technician and warranty parts) and whirlpool technician. In this case, I am still not able to understand why the Whirlpool came in between for part replacement as my extended warranty still open with Bajaj Allianz.
                6. The partner person (Mr. Kishor Dahitule) helped me to get this issue resolved but if I say about the overall service which provided by Bajaj Alliaz and the parter person is too much pethatic and I can not appriciate on same.
                7. The partner person provided me solution but it was hectic and unmanaged for me. Still I have managed with providing my sympathy and trust on them and logged the case with Whirlpool as they suggested. As per discussion with Mr. Kishor Dahitule, customer should have to log the call with Whirpool and whatever the whirpool engineer provide the quote for part replacement they will pay. I agreed on their comment and I proceed for the same. Thanks to him for providing some alternate way otherwise this call may be still running with Bajaj Allianz without any resolution.
                8. As I have found that, the technician who visited at my residence, he is not technically sounded. I have found that, he do not have much more technical knowledge on the equipment parts. When I found that, he was trying to making me fool that time I decided to contact some other technician (from whirlpool) who can provide me correct guidance. At that time, the Bajaj technician forced me to change the gear box and drum both. Whereas gear box is cover in under warranty and he is trying to collect money from the other part i.e. drum. When he bring the incorrect drum part which is not similar as the current drum available in machine at the same time I suspect that he is trying me making fool and collecting additional money from the drum part. I have tried to convey the partner person (Mr. Ranjit Singh) who deliver the technician and I said there is no need to change the drum. You can change the gear part which is under policy and he rejected for the same. He said, as per technician you have to change the drum first from the whirlpool (cause drum part not in under policy) and then will change the gear part. I am shocked at that time when I hear this comments. Further, I have highlighted this to Mr. Kishor he suggested for the better way to close this matter with logging the call with Whirlpool. Here, I will only say that, the Bajaj Allianz do not have trust on their customer even after smooth and clear communication.

                Well, this is my last 3 month experience and explaination on the Bajaj Alliaz customer service. Overall, the experience was too bad, pethatic. I will never go for any Bajaj related products in future.

                  A tt over took my car from the left leaving the entire left side of the car damaged. Unfortunately, there was also few existing damages and the new one had it over the old one. However, the difference is seen. The claim was denied because of the existing damage.                     I have renewed my two wheeler insurance november 14th 2020 and paid for that, till now i have not received my insurance copy. Whenever i call to customer care they reply me that their finance team or higher authority checking my details. I have sent my bank account copy already that payment is deducted from my account. I cannot go outside on my two wheeler because traffic police will give me case for no insurance. What i will do and how long i have to wait for my insurance copy.                       I bought a car insurance having policy number og[protected]-00084174. Now after one month, in claiming bajaj allianz customer care says you have a payment error in your insurance.
                      Just see one thing if i have bought something, i have receipt and in this case receipt is not important, how is it possible?
                      You generate a receipt without confirming my payment.
                      On every month, i have to give emi for that insurance and you are saying that there is a payment error i. E 64 in your policy.
                      I have already mailed my receipt and my emi details, but none of the action has been taken from 15 days. Contacted you through call, twitter but nothing you have done regarding that.
                      Really disappointed you from you and your service.

                        Bajaj allianz have sanctioned our loan without our permission. They haven’t taken any documents from us in return. Now my money is getting deducted since november from my bank account without even my notice. The loan issurance company took all the details from my emi card and sanctioned issurance without even my notice. Visited the customers office, those people have blocked my emi card and are not responding in a good state.
                        Please help me as soon as possible.

                          I have raised the claim on dated 18.12.19 for front bumpers and side running boards though on fishy grounds it was denied stating that damages were not co-relating the facts and why not provide us access to on-spot investigation of accident site. The area where damage taken place is hilly area of dehradun and mostly out of network coverage further its a narrow zone and traffic was moving, hence, i have to remove the car from accident place to allow the traffic to move.in their reply it seems they were expecting that i should leave my family and car on accident spot and than travel to network zone, inform them and wait for their inspection. Ridiculous.

                          Even their customer care executive used threatening and harsh languages while speaking on phone, one of customer care executive says tell your story (He was given me impression that damage i did by my own). On later date another gentlemen mr. Amit saxena told me that your car was damage due to rusting. Whereas clear dent and scratch mark were visible and regarding front bumper which was fully taken out (At another incident) and tighten thru screw at nearby garage, he told me why you didn't come to us with taken-out bumper. How this funny reply is? You have to correct the damages regardless when and how it happened. For that you are collecting hefty premiums and now running away from your obligations.

                          Its a worst service of Bajaj Allianz, neither they are rejecting the claim nor accepting the genuine damages. Its very difficult to have claim from comprehensive policy, if the damage happened than for whatsoever reason this has to reimbursed.

                          Still Bajaj Allianz is not responding on what basis they arrived that facts are misrepresented, only waiting ...waiting and waiting their final decision. Felt that they would like to keep the matter on hold till policy expiry in order to avoid admitting claim.

                            I received a call from cell no [protected] claiming themselves from bajaj finance. They said a loan of rs 2 lacs is pre-approved and i have to forward certain documents and after verification their verification officer will make call to me. Two days later i received a call from cell no.[protected] claiming to be verification officer from bajaj co. Even the caller id and true caller is showing as bajaj. Like wise these group cheated me rs 17111/- and no response from them still now. Their cell numbers are working but they are not responding. One can try this numbers and see. If someone can trace them out. Please be beware.

                                        I went to ford service centre for my new car was being accident, i filed for insurance on[protected], the insurance person mr. Naveen kumar visits the place on[protected] by himself in morning and took the inspection and himself explained all the details to himself, no calls has been made to me or someone to ask what has happen or not, i got a message from bajaj allianz for claim and inspection done by naveen kumar, his number was given on that message, i called him and his reaction was awkward and no queries has listened, no solutions provided, he had his logics and i was calling him for the solution. There is fraud going with theses persons don't want to listen and they has tie up with the company guys only. I am taking my car back from the service place and want my money back from bajaj allianz for policy as these kind people are danger for your company. I want to register a complaint for non adhering to the rules and being a boss for that matter. Kindly provide me solution for the same at earliest
