[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — my car insurance | |||
I bought a car insurance having policy number og[protected]-00084174. Now after one month, in claiming bajaj allianz customer care says you have a payment error in your insurance. Just see one thing if i have bought something, i have receipt and in this case receipt is not important, how is it possible? You generate a receipt without confirming my payment. On every month, i have to give emi for that insurance and you are saying that there is a payment error i. E 64 in your policy. I have already mailed my receipt and my emi details, but none of the action has been taken from 15 days. Contacted you through call, twitter but nothing you have done regarding that.
