[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — New Customer-Health Insurance Policy Not Issued

• Trace No. /Reference No. / Receipt No.: I did not receive any receipt. However, the payment amount of Rs 2, 275 is reflected in my bank account statement for which I have provided a snapshot below. I was provided a payment link through a WhatsApp business number after I enquired on your website.
• Date of transaction: 22-Jun-2022
• Insured name: Self, Spouse, and two children aged 13 and 8 years
• Amount: Rs 2, 275, refer the snapshot of debit SMS alert and entry of debit in the bank statement
• Bank name: IDBI bank.
• Payment mode: Net Banking
• Register mobile No.: [protected]
• Previous policy number: Not applicable.

This information is mailed to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in; Jerome.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in; and Ankit.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in in periodic intervals escalating to Jerome and Anikt. Correspondence dates from 15-Jul to 27-Jul-2022 under case ID 07529364

No call back from the company, but the company keeps sending me emails creating different case IDs asking for the same information which is provided above.

After the first payment of Rs 2, 275 on 22-June-2022, no further amount was debited from my account. Hence, Bajaj Alliance owes me Rs 2, 275 which I am requesting vide this complaint.
