Dear Team, Reference: Endorsement/OG[protected]-00162333/AMEYA SARODE/Issue no. 65764410/16.02.2017 // 65872100 I am really annoyed by the services that I am getting to my request & I have faced worst customer service from Bajaj Allianz - Two Wheeler Insurance Team as any other insurance company. If I get chance I would rate my Customer Satisfaction in negative. Your team is just fooling people around by giving assurance of calling back to solve the issue but infact I have to chase by calling customer care(called last week) and yet there is no action on my request. I am really surprised after escalation of this issue there is no action & further annoys me what is the Turn-around-time overall it has wasted my time & money to chase with no outcome at all. regards, AMEYA Was this information helpful? | |||
