My policy is og[protected]-00000026. I had applied a claim for initial approval at 2 o'clock on 14th sep 2018. It has been 54 hours when i had applied for claim. A procedure needs to be done for him which is pending because of your approval. I am continuously the customer care for last two days to get the status, so that when the hospital gets the approval the procedure and treatment is started for my father in law.
