[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Non-receivable of Survival benefit on money back policy | |||
I was suppose to receive my survival benefit against my Money back Policy # [protected] from Bajaj Allianz. I have done follow-up from 05-Mar-2014 onwards till date am not getting response from them properly. Whenever I call the customer care they do not have any details. I have sent mails and personally visited the branch once. I have spoke to person named Prakash more than 3 times he is from Pune head office who was having my cheque as claimed by him. I have sent couple of mails but no reply. I have mentioned some of queries raised to bajaj Allianz. I have sent mails to but no response.
