Repeatedly asking about my policy soft-copy. Date generated policy is on 5-dec-16. Its been 2 weeks from now Till date i didn't receive any acknowledge from anyone. While i am raising complaint regarding this, they just raising a complaint and sitting back (Complaint no.[protected] And no mail reply from your team (Find mail chain for your reference) Because of this delay my transportation is been stopped..
