[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — Not releasing money in given time period

I have bought travel insurance for my mother when she visited last year to UK. Unfortunately she has to stay 13 days in the hospital in March 2022 and I have raised a claim against it since then. I have submitted all the required documents and all the necessary checks have been performed by Bajaj Allianz even from third party checks with My mother's physician in India. After approving the claim the email has been sent to Hillingdon Hospital on 1st July 2022 mentioning that the payment will be made within 6 to 8 time period. Despite of Hospital is chasing and I am also Chasing to your team no one even bother to reply to Hospital's or my Email!

It is more than 10 weeks and I from UK and my brother and uncle from India have made more than 100s of call to your customer services team and spent endless hours on call no one is able say anything when the payment will be made to the hospital. Every time they put us on hold and saying they're looking something in your system and after 14 minutes the calls get disconnected most of the time and we have to call and repeat the story again with the new customer service member. They're keep saying nothing is in our hand and sometimes just says that we have emailed our overseas team and they will be in touch with your Hospital's overseas team and it has been over 6 months now and no one is bother to contact Hospital or giving time when the payment will be made. Now hospital has lost trust on me and keep chasing for the payment.

I have tried to escalate the issue two times on the following email as given from your customer service agent but no one till date bothered to respond so what is the point to provide L1, L2 or L3 escalation!

My brother also went to your Vadodara office but they said nothing dealt from here as this is just a policy issuing office ! (just collecting the money after selling the Insurance) but no info regarding the claim.

I don't know if someone is going to look into this as a matter o[censored]rgency.
