Bajaj Allianz — payment deducted but site crashed and my refund

Hi i had make payment for two wheeler insurance of rs1428 on 7th sep 19 but tafter making payment site got crashed till now i have not recieved my refund. I am continuosly mail to ketki. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in,
Pallavi abhimane/ho - direct marketing/customer, pallavi. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in but till now i have not recieved any response from them. I have provided all the details along with the reference number also. This is very frustrating.
