[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — payment not refund | |||
My vehilce no is-dl5sbq7486 from ghziabad. U. P. I purchased the policy from bajaj allianz online portal and i made the payment through my credit card. When the payment was debited from my card the webpage found error and amount is debited from my card and policy not generated, After 2 days i purchased again separate policy from the sales department through phone call on same vehicle. But from 27th sep 2019 transacation not refunded to till date am everyday contacting to the customer care to refund my amount of failed trasacation which was done on 27th sep 2019 But they guys did't providing my any solution even my amount is not refunded to till date now so i request you to please refund my amount i mentioned the payment reference details in below Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
