[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — Policy copy not received after pay amount.

Dear Sir,

I paid my renew bike policy no OG[protected]-00051839 on dtd[protected].
But i have not received my policy copy Many call to customer care but not send ploicy copy in my email id and. my payment details as under.

Transaction No. 14284976
Receipt number is.[protected].
Amount -1161 Dtd.01-10-20.
Policy copy not received after pay amount.

Dear Sir,

When I spoke to Mr. Mayur, he said that he has received the payment. He told me that he will send the policy copy soon, but I have not received the policy copy yet. Neither he is giving my money back nor am I late for the policy copy.
