Ref :- policy no.-og[protected]-[protected] family floater health guard Dear sir, With reference to above my policy number i herby inform you that the said policy t have taken from your agent fortune five and i called the concern person two times but no response from there side, at the end i could not get renewed the policy. Also even they have not call back me on land line as number given on the policy doc in fact they have not mentioned my correct mobile number ([protected]) and email id... Also no remainder from their side for renewal… sir when i want to use my policy in hospital i could not use the same just because of their irresponsibility. Sir i took my policy from the agent just because of their follow up for renewals and benefits in case of emergencies but they are not providing the same as a result you knew….. Sir this is very serious matter please look in to this and renew my policy as soon as possible.
