Dear sir,

I am Mitul Premjibhai Mistry.

I am submitting my complaint regarding insurance policy with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance company.
policy number: [protected] and [protected]

Misguided about the policy by the wealth manager of Bajaj Allianz.
I am describing all the incidence step by step:

1. I was very happy customer of Bajaj Allianz, my old policy no was: [protected], SATRTING DATE 17/03/2009. policy holder MItul P. Mistry.
life assured Mr, Pruthvi Mitul MIstry. was very regular in paying premium of Rs 12, 000.

2. Before a year Mr, Urvish Shah (wealth manager of Bajaj Allianz) (mob: 91 [protected] and [protected]) came to my home by showing his Icard and explain me that you are getting very low rate in this policy, and you should invest this money in our other policy, by that you will get more benefits. He explains me that you this is one-time premium policy, then after you don't have to do or pay anything. I was agreeing with that and signed for that where he shows me. policy no: [protected] as he assured me that in 1 month you will get statement by email. but didn't get it and called so many times to him, every time he gave me different excuses, and delayed, after some time he gave me a printout about the statement and show me the growth of my invested money. that time asked about the premium of 200000 every year specified in printout, his answer was it is by mistake and in next statement i will clear it. I trust him as he is wealth manager of Bajaj Allianz.

after a year i got call and messages about the premium asking for my policy, i shocked that time the message was " please keep balance of Rs 200000 in your account to pay premium against your policy.
i called so many times to Mr, Urvish Shah wealth manager, sometimes not picking calls, sometime very busy, sometimes hospitalized, some time out of station. after so many calls he answered, and i explained about the message of premium, he replied to me "please don't keep balance in your account i will manage it". I attached that conversation on WhatsApp with this mail. then i doughty visit the office of Bajaj Allianz and I come to know the person Mr, Urvish Shah is no more employee of our company. he dismissed from his job because there were so many other complaints against him by policy holders. and they advised me to do return complaint, and as i did so on 22/9/22.

3. when he came to show me the growth of first policy, and explain me and my father Mr, Premjibhai Mistry, about the other very good policy, which gives me lifetime returns by just paying premium 100000 Rs for 5 years only, after 10 years you will get start benefits every month. we were agreed as the premium was for only 5 years. policy no: [protected]. date. 16/03/2022. after a month i get policy by post, I read it and found the premium paying term was for 10 years, again I started calling him, but the same as before no answers, excuses, mother hospitalize and many more, he just replied to me once that he will clear everything it is just by mistake of other staff of Bajaj Allianz and you will get other correct policy documents in short time. I wait for a month but no other policy, then i visited office the answer was he is out for work. i tried to call him but busy in meetings, no reply, excuses,
then i visited office and complaint about him on 22/9/22. there was no progress of complaint, i contact office they advise me to mail on complaint portal so i did on 17/10/2022. service request no:[protected].
there was call from Bajaj Allianz(mob no:[protected] named Pankti Acharya in conference with Mr, Manoj) about complaint i explained everything, then after 2-3 days they called me again and one person Mr, Manoj from Ahmedabad Bajaj office (the boss of Mr, Urvish Shah), talked with me in very high attitude, i explained him everything but he was not listening to me and only asking me why you didn't complaint about this in 15 days you received policy? i told him i did so to Mr Urvish, he was not ready listening me, he was talking about company policy of 15 days return policy. after talking with him, I received an email of rejecting my refund or any solutions. as i didn't complaint about in 15 days after policy received. which i did to wealth manager on call.

Due to corona time and 3rd and 4th wave of corona i was restricted go outside more frequently. but i did whatever i can by call with the company authorized person.

After this incidence i am very much shocked and now i don't have any more trust on insurance companies, it is better to keep money in banks in the form of fix deposits for our family future.

I am not satisfied
when your wealth manager misguided me
how can you stick with company policy
even the company has not informed me that, you rusticate him from his job.
I am feeling like cheated by company.
