My complaint may seem very silly but it is a proof for bajaj allianz's ignorance about customer's issues.

I bought the subjected policy for my skoda rapid ambition plus diesel mt. But they mentioned it wrongly in the policy as elegance.

I have been contacting the customer service both by phone and email for the simple correction in car's subtype from elegance to ambition. They are not even calling me back to explain what's the challenging thing in the correction.

It's been frustrating and i am not using the car for several days due to this as i came to a point they will trouble more in case something happens with this error in insurance. I sent the email to nodal officer and whatever the escalation matrix they mentioned on their website.

Please help me in getting this corrected at the earliest. Thanks!

Dear sir/madam,

The company is still troubling me. They are asking extra premium of Rs.11, 705 for their error. When preparing the policy, they had taken my previous insurance copy, vehicle RC, and all the photos of the car. It appears the company intentionally did the error to collect the extra premium. My first year policy for bumper to bumper insurance was Rs.24, 600. This year, I paid over Rs.26, 000 but this is the problem I am facing with Bajaj Allianz.

I have attached their response in JPEG format. Please help me further and guide me how to log a complaint legally. I do not want to be a victim of this cheating.

Moreover, the car subtype mentioned was a highend while my car is mid-variant. Logically, I should get a refund of the difference.

From the first day of the policy issuance, I have been contacting the company employee who did the policy. He told it will be corrected on the same day. From the next day, he started telling that he is in a 45 days leave and he will rectify it after coming back to work. His mobile number is +91- [protected].

In the quotation, they had mentioned the subtype correctly. I have attached the screenshot in JPEG format below. Please help me. I don't recommend the Bajaj Allianz to anyone until they do it right.
