I got a call from sunil agarwal ([protected]) for a personal loan. He offers me a 0% interest loan against insurance policy.in details he told me to buy a insurance and on the behalf of policy bond bajaj finserv will give me the 0% loan.

Then i got a call from rahul ([protected]) he asked me to buy a insurance policy from future generali, total value of 6, 00, 000.00 and to be paid in 10 installment of 60, 000.00, means 10 % + gst i have to pay for 10 years for insurance. Then i have to submit the insurance policy bond to the bajaj finance company and they will provide me the loan of 6lcas. These guy are so much professionals that i agreed to take the insurance policy for 0% loan.

Then mr. Amit patel ([protected]) from future generali insurance company called me for insurance. He visited my place and offers me a policy of 6, 00, 000.00 (6 lacs) i paid the first installment amount of policy and was happy for a 0% loan is coming. Everything was going absolutely fine. But suddenly after paying the insurance policy first installment i found something fishy.

I asked mr. Sunil agarwal to show me the website of bajaj finance where this loan is mentioned or any other document but this man always changes the topic. He always talks about other things. Then i called future generali insurance customer care. I asked about my policy and the cancellation process.

I was lucky that the i have that grace period to cancel the policy. I immediately cancelled the policy. I emailed at amit. [protected]@futuregenerali.in & cc to [protected]@futuregenerali.in and vijay. [protected]@futuregenerali.in (These are the emails i got conversation for insurance) for cancellation. I didn't talked to any one about the cancellation of my policy.

On next day morning i got a call from rahul and his first word was asking about the cancelling the loan as i have requested to cancel the insurance policy. Here i thanked to god. I was thinking how this man rahul came to know about the cancellation of policy.

Now i have mentioned three names, first is sunil, second is rahul and third is amit patel from insurance company. All these group of men are totally fraud.

On giving a 0% loan they attract people and ask to pay the first installment of insurance policy. When a user pays the first installment of policy then these guys get there commission of insurance first installment. No loan then.

    I am so unhappy that i got such a response from your employer. I met an employer named kavitha in bajjaj alliance insurance company chandigarh sector 9, i took a full insurance for my bike paying 2760/-... After payement for a week i didnt get any responce.. I contacted your employer kavitha and she said it will b ready in 2 days.. And for another week i waited.. And no response came from her side.. And i called her again and she said she will send some one to me.. And that also was lie. And i called office and they said will connect with kavitha.. And then she said my insurance cannot be proceeded due to sime reasons and will refund the money in 2 days.. And i said ok.. After 2 week i didn't get any refund and when i called her.. She behaved in such a bad manner and told me she dont know about my money and do wot ever i want.. I am a doctor in a central government institution.. My hectic shedule made me to stuck in hospital.. And i didnt get time to go to office.. I am new joinee in my hosital 240 new admissions where there.. Most of my colleagues are from outside chandigarh and i hope we can take insurance from your company but what i was gone through is too bad and i want to let headoffice know about this matter.. And you are such a repyted company and dont let any customers suffer like this because of your employer. Kindly do something to sort my refund immediately. It has been nearly 1 month.

      Fraud insurance company

      Now i have met with an accident and i apply for insurance claim with baja allianz but they are refusing to give the claim ammount as saying that in your claim there is a issue of ncb. I had no knowledge about ncb neither they (Bajaj allianz general insurance company limited) told me regarding this.

      First party vehicle owner has already taken the claim. Thing is that they must told us regarding ncb that we could not get any further claim amount but they did not tell us anything regarding. I have several time mailed to bajaj allianz general insurance company regarding claim but did not receive any response so far.

        I have bought a policy from bajaj allianz two months ago and now i have already sent a mail for policy cancellation due to financial issues. Company is saying that we cant stop ecs and i am not able to understand why they cant stop ecs.. They cant force the customer and they cant take money from the customers account if customer is not wished to.
        I spoke to my saving account bank they are saying that bajaj allianz has to intimate my bank for stopping ecs but bajaj allianz is not wishing to do so they
        Please assist me in this regard

        Any update its been almost 3 week I didnt receive update
        Policy no :[protected]
        Policy schedule : monthly ( Rs 3000)
        my policy monthly installment in the month of September 2018 had been deducted two times, but one time extra payment amount not refunded yet. You are requested to refund Rs 3000 as soon as possible in my account.

          Taking bajaj allianz zero dep motor policy was the biggest mistake of my life, intentionally or mistakenly they will give you faulty policy and if you bychance you need a claim they will deny it claiming a fault in policy.

          In my case they gave me a 20 percent ncb on my car policy even after telling all the details correctly and paid around 15, 000rs for the policy, now when i met with an accident they rejected my claim claiming that you have taken claim in last year so you are not eligible for ncb so your claim is rejected.

          So my entire policy as a waste of money just because you decided to give a discount which nobody needed and you give them by yourself.

                My complaint may seem very silly but it is a proof for bajaj allianz's ignorance about customer's issues.

                I bought the subjected policy for my skoda rapid ambition plus diesel mt. But they mentioned it wrongly in the policy as elegance.

                I have been contacting the customer service both by phone and email for the simple correction in car's subtype from elegance to ambition. They are not even calling me back to...

                I wish to update your office that i have requested to cover the car bumper repairing in my claim but due to your inter department miscommunication the service partner hyundai is asking to pay for repairing.in this regard i communicated mr sanjay and sumer of your department to look into this matter and in return they assured me that your bumper claim is covered in your policy and same is communicated to mr.                   The above said policy no. Is issued by the shivaji marg, Delhi office, on dt..16th Nov.18 by your agent Mr.Gaurav Anand mobile no.
                  [protected], by paying Cash Rs.9370/- .
                  The policy is not received in hard or soft copy till date . I got
                  worst experience with company, when talked to customer care dt, .5th
                  December . He is not agreed to send the policy copy to my mail id . I
                  answered several security questions from the customer care but failed
                  to get the policy copy .

                  I don't know whether my policy is done or only a number is given to me
                  for my Car no. DL4CAF 4091 .It is almost 22 days over .Look into the
                  matter, or I will transfer this case to other authorities to check
                  the case.'

                      My complaint of 26th Nov on Policy No.[protected] has been responded here with a stupid message giving details of policy, premium payment etc which even an ### will know once he has taken a Policy and makes renewal payment. There was no query regarding policy details of Premium paid.

                      Thus my query is not resolved and my earlier observation that this company is full of illiterate stands since for the past 3 months my query is not even understood by this company and it requires attention of literate personnel if available in this company.

They informed that auto pop up is linked to terms of policy and it will pop up like a fool without any actual debit taking place in my case.I have informed that if auto debit takes place i will be constrained to lodge FIR for unauthorized debit from My card towards premium.

                      I was updated with the reasons for auto pop up. But there is no resolution on the fact I am unable to pay the premium though logging into my account or an auto debit also do not take place. The IT appears to be just following a software that shows one useless pop up showing i am registered for auto debit while in actual practice I am registered for any auto debit or the fact no auto debit has been made anytime from my card account. Now what happens when the credit card is changed. There is no facility to change the auto debit registration even one has made it voluntarily. Overall an useless insurance company with poor service in comparison to other private and public sector players.
                      A mail has been sent to concerned from registered mail but normally this will never be responded as per previous experience. I will come again on this after a month with nothing done at the company's end due to their incompeptency.

                        This is the second year since i purchased. Baja allianz health policy for my sister. The renewal date was 19th october 2018, i visited nearest branch and submitted premium check on 9th october 2018 & the amount was deducted on 15th october 2018. After that i did not receive any notification or hard copy. I contacted customer care as well as personally visited nearest branch even than i am unable to receive satisfactory reply from the company about delay for issuing a policy. Very bad service.

                          Thanks, We reiterate that this time no lapses will occur and the amount is definitely credit Ed to my account immediately with the deactivation of the EMI card. This is to inform you that I have purchased a plasma TV on 11/01/2013 financed by Bajaj FINSERVE and and we have completed the EMI the on 05/10/2013. We informed such on 25/10/2013 to issue a no due certificate which you did not.
                          You had deducted an amount of Rs.117 as annual inactive fees without my permission from my bank account in 2018.
                          Please deactivate the card and refund the amount immediately to my bank account and inform us.

                            This is to inform that a loan application was submitted against the policy no. [protected] on 23rd october 2018.

                            We have not received the amount till date. There is no update provided from your branch through email id or there was never a call back or message update on the loan request.

                            When contacted ms. Nandini in mulund branch after almost 20 days she was not even aware of the loan status and again asked us to give 2 days.

                            Now, it is more than a month and we have not received the amount.

                            Every time we are told that 2 days, monday, tuesday you will receive the amount and which we have never.

                            Also, your branch head mr. Praveen had informed we will received monay latest by tuesday 28th november 2018 and we dint.

                            When i told him hope you face the same issue in future he denied to talk and said to further talk to nandini only. If your employee cannot even imagine himself in the difficulties faced by customer what right do you have to make customer go through such a pain.

                            Kindly appoint someone more responsible who works for customer

                              Dear sir,

                              This has reference to the phone calls received intimating calling from bajaj finance from mobile nos.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] started from 05.06.2018 intimating me purchase life insurance policy of bajaj allianz life insurance of rs. 10 lakhs on which i will be granted mortgage loan of rs. 10 lakhs with a quarterly premium of rs. 25000.00 & told me to send my kyc documents, attached loan application form having bajaj allianz life insurance company ltd, having its pune address, my bank details.
                              Further they intimated me to transfer the quarterly premium of rs. 25000.00 to the below mentioned bank account -

                              Allahabad branch, kakori, lucknow branch,
                              Ifsc code all0213487.

                              Indian overseas bank
                              Acct. No. [protected]
                              Ifsc ibba0001205
                              New delhi branch

                              But post transfer of the funds, sms received on my mobile saying funds have been credited to rima dhar/ kundan kumar, this transfer was done on 08062018.
                              Later on they told me to pay gst, to clear cibil, accordingly below payments were made from my axis bank account to the above account as follows :

                              1) 12.06.2018 rs. 9505.00 towards gst
                              2) 12.06.2018 rs. 9505.00 towards gst
                              3) 14.06.2018 rs. 22505.00 towards gst
                              4) 14.07.2018 rs. 15005.00 approval amount

                              Total amount paid so far is rs. 96525.00

                              The entire cover session on phone was done by supriya who make me believe on this by sending copy of pan no. Dlnps8740g - supriya sarang & sonali lad pan no. Auypm4677m & below is the address they intimated:

                              Bajaj finance
                              2nd flooe, sco 57, sector 03, prestine mall,
                              Faridabad, haryana - 121001.

                              The entire transaction was done basis faith am having on the name bajaj. Have sent letter dated 01.10.2018 to mr. Uddalak chatterjee - head of customer experience, mr. Indrajit dutta, head grivance management of bajaj alliance & bajaj finance marking a copy fo insurance ombudsman, chandigarh who transferred the case to pune region, the manager, allahabad bank, & indian overseas bank of the respective branches, but so far not heard from them.

                              Request you to look into the matter & help me to get back my hard earned money with interest thereof at the earliest.

                                In response to my several complaints regarding a fictious pop up stating that i am registered for auto debit for the policy no [protected] has not been resolved by the company since last 3 months. I already stated that i am not registered for any auto renewal payments and do not want to be registered also for the same, the company still sends stupid responses without resolving the issue by removal of the pop up which is illegal the latest stupid and irrelevant response is reproduced below.

                                Stupid response giving information not asked for anytime since 2016. My query is not resolved. It is not even understood it appears.

                                Again the same old stupid response. My problem is attended .There was no query regarding any payment of premium paid or the policy details since this is known to even an ### and fool when he takes the policy and makes renewal payment. The stupid response shows that this company is full of illiterates without even understanding the query raised for the past 3 months. This type of stupid response is the trade mark of this Company for any query. I am repeating the query below again for the attention of some literate Personnel in this company.

                                Query: When I log into the website successfully and try to make the renewal premium i get a POP up stating tha I am registered for Auto Payment. But i have never registered for any auto payment. This POP up do not allow me to make payment when I log into my account. The problem has been there since sept 2018. The policy was taken in 2016 and there was no such problem till sept 2018.

                                  I'm suresh chander, complaining you about your executive sales manager name is kanhaiya kumar (Agency direct). He collect the documents from us to submit in a head office for lic amount but he din't submit, and he also force us for continues of lic but in actual my maturity date of lic was 4/11/2018, due to his misbehavior and carelessness our lic amount is still not revived

                                    Pichle saal maine bajaj allianz me alone born baby k liye ek policy li thi jo agent ne mujhe 11 saal k policy batayi thi jisme 7 small mujhe yearly 25000 premium bharna tha but jab unhone mujhe bond banakar mujhe diya to usme 11 saal premium aur 16 saal k policy mili maine unse ye b pucha k mujhe policy par loan dila dijiye but wo koi response nhi dare h worst agent aur jab maine unhe bola to unhone mujhe kaha k hamare manager bahar gye h wo aate h to mai bat karta hu but aaj ek saal ho chuke but unki taraf se koi response nhi aaya so plz i requested to bajaj allianz and there agent apne fayde k liye dusro k cheat karke policy sell mt kijiye

                                      I have purchased vespa recently two months back. Got accident, i claim through insurance bajaj allianz (Claim[protected]. They allowed me supervisor. He’s like non polite towards people. He compares vespa bike with other low cost bikes. And he’s saying i can’t get the amount which show-room charged. They charged 10000 rupees from my pocket. Supervisor saying i’ll get only 2900 (Which is i paid for insurance). Still after one month i didn’t receive the money
