    retire rich policy to die before pension

    My complaint of 26th Nov on Policy No.[protected] has been responded here with a stupid message giving details of policy, premium payment etc which even an ### will know once he has taken a Policy and makes renewal payment. There was no query regarding policy details of Premium paid.

    Thus my query is not resolved and my earlier observation that this company is full of illiterate stands since for the past 3 months my query is...

    This is the second year since i purchased. Baja allianz health policy for my sister. The renewal date was 19th october 2018, i visited nearest branch and submitted premium check on 9th october 2018 & the amount was deducted on 15th october 2018. After that i did not receive any notification or hard copy. I contacted customer care as well as personally visited nearest branch even than i am unable to receive satisfactory reply from the company about delay for issuing a policy. Very bad service.

      Thanks, We reiterate that this time no lapses will occur and the amount is definitely credit Ed to my account immediately with the deactivation of the EMI card. This is to inform you that I have purchased a plasma TV on 11/01/2013 financed by Bajaj FINSERVE and and we have completed the EMI the on 05/10/2013. We informed such on 25/10/2013 to issue a no due certificate which you did not.
      You had deducted an amount of Rs.117 as annual inactive fees without my permission from my bank account in 2018.
      Please deactivate the card and refund the amount immediately to my bank account and inform us.

        Dear team,

        This is to inform that a loan application was submitted against the policy no. [protected] on 23rd october 2018.

        We have not received the amount till date. There is no update provided from your branch through email id or there was never a call back or message update on the loan request.

        When contacted ms. Nandini in mulund branch after almost 20 days she was not even aware of the loan status and again asked us to give 2 days.

        Now, it is more than a month and we have not received the amount.

        Every time we are told that 2 days, monday, tuesday you will receive the amount and which we have never.

        Also, your branch head mr. Praveen had informed we will received monay latest by tuesday 28th november 2018 and we dint.

        When i told him hope you face the same issue in future he denied to talk and said to further talk to nandini only. If your employee cannot even imagine himself in the difficulties faced by customer what right do you have to make customer go through such a pain.

        Kindly appoint someone more responsible who works for customer

          Dear sir,

          This has reference to the phone calls received intimating calling from bajaj finance from mobile nos.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] started from 05.06.2018 intimating me purchase life insurance policy of bajaj allianz life insurance of rs. 10 lakhs on which i will be granted mortgage loan of rs. 10 lakhs with a quarterly premium of rs. 25000.00 & told me to send my kyc documents, attached loan application form having bajaj allianz life insurance company ltd, having its pune address, my bank details.
          Further they intimated me to transfer the quarterly premium of rs. 25000.00 to the below mentioned bank account -
          Bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd
          Bank account no. [protected]
          Allahabad branch, kakori, lucknow branch,
          Ifsc code all0213487.

          Indian overseas bank
          Acct. No. [protected]
          Ifsc ibba0001205
          New delhi branch

          But post transfer of the funds, sms received on my mobile saying funds have been credited to rima dhar/ kundan kumar, this transfer was done on 08062018.
          Later on they told me to pay gst, to clear cibil, accordingly below payments were made from my axis bank account to the above account as follows :

          1) 12.06.2018 rs. 9505.00 towards gst
          2) 12.06.2018 rs. 9505.00 towards gst
          3) 14.06.2018 rs. 22505.00 towards gst
          4) 14.07.2018 rs. 15005.00 approval amount

          Total amount paid so far is rs. 96525.00

          The entire cover session on phone was done by supriya who make me believe on this by sending copy of pan no. Dlnps8740g - supriya sarang & sonali lad pan no. Auypm4677m & below is the address they intimated:

          2nd flooe, sco 57, sector 03, prestine mall,
          Faridabad, haryana - 121001.

          The entire transaction was done basis faith am having on the name bajaj. Have sent letter dated 01.10.2018 to mr. Uddalak chatterjee - head of customer experience, mr. Indrajit dutta, head grivance management of bajaj alliance & bajaj finance marking a copy fo insurance ombudsman, chandigarh who transferred the case to pune region, the manager, allahabad bank, & indian overseas bank of the respective branches, but so far not heard from them.

          Request you to look into the matter & help me to get back my hard earned money with interest thereof at the earliest.

            In response to my several complaints regarding a fictious pop up stating that i am registered for auto debit for the policy no [protected] has not been resolved by the company since last 3 months. I already stated that i am not registered for any auto renewal payments and do not want to be registered also for the same, the company still sends stupid responses without resolving the issue by removal of the pop up which is illegal the latest stupid and irrelevant response is reproduced below.

            Stupid response giving information not asked for anytime since 2016. My query is not resolved. It is not even understood it appears.

            Again the same old stupid response. My problem is attended .There was no query regarding any payment of premium paid or the policy details since this is known to even an ### and fool when he takes the policy and makes renewal payment. The stupid response shows that this company is full of illiterates without even understanding the query raised for the past 3 months. This type of stupid response is the trade mark of this Company for any query. I am repeating the query below again for the attention of some literate Personnel in this company.

            Query: When I log into the website successfully and try to make the renewal premium i get a POP up stating tha I am registered for Auto Payment. But i have never registered for any auto payment. This POP up do not allow me to make payment when I log into my account. The problem has been there since sept 2018. The policy was taken in 2016 and there was no such problem till sept 2018.

              I'm suresh chander, complaining you about your executive sales manager name is kanhaiya kumar (Agency direct). He collect the documents from us to submit in a head office for lic amount but he din't submit, and he also force us for continues of lic but in actual my maturity date of lic was 4/11/2018, due to his misbehavior and carelessness our lic amount is still not revived

                  I have purchased vespa recently two months back. Got accident, i claim through insurance bajaj allianz (Claim[protected]. They allowed me supervisor. He’s like non polite towards people. He compares vespa bike with other low cost bikes. And he’s saying i can’t get the amount which show-room charged. They charged 10000 rupees from my pocket.                     My last complaint on the life policy no:[protected] is responded at your site as under. But again as usual the company keeps mum since it appears they do not have competent personnel to attend to any problem except sending stupid messages. The personnels here appear to be illiterate even to understand the query and simply respond with some irrelevant stupid message if there is pressure to respond to compalint at your portal or the Govt. Portal or IRDA Portal.

                      Respected sir/madam, i visited my nearby bajaj allianz general insurance office to cancell my nach mandate for monthly premium deduction but they refused to cancell and they told me that, nach mandate with monthly premium will not be cancelled only yearly premium nach mandate is cancelled. Is it true. What is the procedure to cancelled nach mandate. Please help.

                        I have a policy named retire rich under no.[protected]. My last complaint on this company was on 25th oct 2018. The service from this company is very poor and anyone taking a policy with this company will die in chasing this illiterate non diligent personnel oriented company at all levels for the survival benefit claims. The claimant of the policy by nominee also will have the same result since the personnel in this company do not bother to respond to any mails and if at all you will get a stupid response as can be understood below as per my experience.

                        I logged into their website and when i tried to pay the renewal premium a pop up message comes that i am already registered for auto payment in spite of of my having not registered anywhere for auto payment. So far no auto debit has also been made for the policy. I brought this to the notice of the company about 2 months back my last correspondence is end oct 2018. So far nothing has been done and the problem stand. A screen shot was sent to the company 5 times but still their technical team cannot resolve the issue. Any email to them will be responded only with auto response sine the company has no literates to respond to any mail. The grievance department is the worst since you do not get even auto response. The grievance officer may not be there in this company and just the department is shown for irda as a show piece. Please do not deal with this company for any insurance unless you or the nominee is ready to die in chasing these set of non diligent personnel at all levels.

                          I have paid rs 15669/- to renew my car insurance with bajaj allianz on 05 november through online payment link which is sent by bajaj allianz customer care. I got successful payment confirmation mail from [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in on the same day itself.

                          After all this, i expected policy copy in one or two days but i did not get. After so many calls to customer care finally got a mail saying 'because of technical problem policy is not generated so we are working on it'. Fine, i have waited for few days to resolve this issue but didnt get any response from them.
                          After 4 days, mr. Gajender singh from bajaj allianz sent me a mail saying 'we are not process your policy for issuance due to some technical error. So we are requested to please reply on this mail for refund your payment amount'. I said ok please proceed. They might thought this guy is so chill so we can play with him for some more days. They didnt refund as well and didnt even bothered to respond to my mails. Even after 10 days didnt get the policy copy. I mean not generated from their end. Called the customer care many time but unfortunately they dont know whats going on and who is responsible for this issue. They are still trying to convince me by saying technical team is working on it.

                          Bajaj alianz claimed that they have refunded the amount on 15th November itself but they are not ready to send the transaction number or any transfer detail. I didnt receive any amount from them even after 5 days of their claim. They are not even bothered or respond.

                            It's 15 days i am trying to reach your response. My father who is not much educated to understand your policy details have received call from ur side and they have put accident insurance for him which is not required for him. Even though mail and customer care has been reached no proper response is received. I want you to take immediate steps to cancel this policy no og[protected]-00070673 and the holder name is ravikumar. Kindly don't reply our team will give u response which i am tired of hearing from your side. I want effective actions to cancel this plan immediately.

                              Dear Bajaj Allianz Team,

                              I had raised a claim 14/09/2018 against bike damage due to accident and your surveyor Mr. Kapil Sharma sent a guy for bike survey then Mr. Kapil gave me an approval over phone to repair the bike at service center and submit the bill to reimburse against invoice after that, I had repaired the bike and sent invoice to Mr. Kapil then Mr. Anil Yadav called me and said, we will not pass your claim at this time due to NCB recovery then I said to pay NCB but he gave me very rude answer that even if you will pay NCB even then we cannot pass your claim in any condition then I raised a complaint to customer care then I got call from Mr. Gurdeep Singh, who is branch Manager in Delhi and even he also gave me silly answer that at this time you are not eligible and can claim in future for any damage but you have to pay NCB then, I informed to customer care to discussed this matter, he said that you inform to Mr. Gurdeep that I am ready to pay NCB so he should pass your claim but Mr. Gurdeep was not ready to pass the claim and says that it’s IRDA norms, Now I am feeling helpless. I told to Bajaj team to share IRDA norms, where is mentioned that if NCB in recovery mode then client will not be eligible if NCB in Recovery mode. Even you people not mentioned full information about NCB recovery at your policy soft copy.

                              So I request you that give me the link to pay NCB amount and pass the pending claim and take this matter on priority to close it.

                                I am fed up with the stupid and useless support provided by bajaj allianz life insurance.
                                I am asked to wait as they can't do anything because i opened through citibank "wow" how crap and stupid to blame each other and not doing any customer service, i have sent 4 mails to bajaj allianz then only quick response i get is the auto generated email saying 48 hrs, you crap stupid ppl! It's 4 days and 11 days since i sent the documents to the chennai branch! Are you ppl nuts? Don't you know what is customer service? You ppl run around pleading and choking customers throat to buy a policy and never leave or stop calling to sell a crap policy.. Why don't you ppl provide the same interesting service?
                                Comparing to you the "aditya birla life insurance" was so good and swift in clearing my issues and got my money within 10 working days...
                                You ppl are so annoying irritating never would i recommend your company to anyone

                                  Very poor customer support from your side. I have been continuesly calling your toll free no, renewal departed, mailed so many times on web sales, but no positive response from any executive. You just looted my money. Fraud company.
                                  - excutive send me wrong link and i done my payment on that link.
                                  -even after payment my car policy still on renewal pending. And you guys not refund my money even after generated the policy refund no around 13 to 14 days.
                                  -it is around 21-22 days i have continuesly calling.
                                  Please help and refund my policy amount.
