[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Poor customer service | |||||
Hi my Car was totally damaged during the recent flood in chennai. I hold a car insurance with Bajaj Allianz, Its almost 40 days now after registering a complaint and survey done on the vehicle and vehicle accounted for total loss. But insurance company is yet to conclude on the settlement part, I didn't expect these kind of Service from Bajaj Allianz while all other insurance companies are reacting fast and helping their client in repairing the vehicle.I would say its a pathetic customer service rendered by them and i hope Bajaj Allianz should know the meaning of Insurance and react to the client need ASAP.
