[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — Refund not received

I applied for the term insurance in the company at a premium of 1521/- after medical test company made the counter offer stating that as the person is a diabetic patient company can provide the same plan for high premium which was not affordable for the me, on this I mailed company that I am failed to come to your counter offered premium range, hence, either provide me at the same premium which was earlier offered or cancel the policy. My policy got cancelled in the last week of March, 2022, but the refund was not received by me, hence, I called the customer care of Bajaj Allianz on toll free number which is [protected], after which the executive told me due to some technical issue delay is experienced, your refund will get initated within few days, after receiving no such refund, I called to the same number today, now, the customer care executive told me that the company has deducted the medical expenses, hence, , the money cannot be refunded. I request the authority to please initiate refund, as in the starting of the policy (before meedical test) no such things were informed. This is totally a wrong way .
