[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — the worst service in the world

Nobody should deal with this company since this companys service is very very bad. Whenever you send a mail to customer care you get auto response as detailed under: After this nobody will contact and your problem will never be resolved forever. The grievance department is still the worst. They may get back to you if they wish without knowing even what is the problem. Possibly handled by illiterates and handicapped personnel in Grievence department. I wonder whether this forum can move this company to the mail shown below since even tsunami has not been able to move them. Stubborn Non diligent personnel at all levels. Over and above shameless and cannot be provoked by any means.

I received one email possibly because of this Forum shaming this company. This was standard mail with polite english informing that they are working on my feed back and the Problem of Pop highlighted in the original Mail. But even after 15 Days the status remain same and nothing is resolved. Possibly they are only looking at the problem to have some fun and not looking into the issues raised since the majority of the personnel in this organisation appear to be parasites the worst is their grievence cell who possibly may be illiterates as concluded from no mails response received from this department anytime unless one writed to IRDA or Govt. portal. That response will also be a stupid standard message assuring that nothing will be done at their end .
Please do not take any policy with this company unless U want to get heart attack in pursuing this company in all matters. All re paid in this organisation for No actual work since the system does all the work.
