[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — They are asking for more money after online payment. | |||
I recently renewed my Car Insurance of Bajaj Allianz online. After online payment and successful generation of policy, now they are asking for more money. Bajaj Allianz sent me a mail in which they said that I will have to pay more money otherwise they will cancel my policy. This is completely illegal. After renewing the policy online, you cannot blackmail the consumer. IRDA should look into this and cancel the license of this fraud company. Was this information helpful? | |||
