I have a Two-wheeler policy with Bajaj Allianz, polic number : 'OG[protected]-00003302', they made several promises before i become a customer, they promised me to provide several 24/7 benefits but they did not provide any of those 24/7 benefits to me and they made me to wait in the middle of the road for some hours, at last, i took help from some other people.
In the policy document they mentioned several 24/7 benefits but they are refusing to provide them.
They just drop the call while talking to them, some of the staff members even don't know about the 24/7 services and some of them told me to get the reimbursement in the caringly application but 24/7 claim is not available in caringly app. Why Bajaj Allianz is making the false promises when they can't provide the promised services.
