Dear Sir/Madam I am a customer of Bajaj from long time and on 7th July 2021 i am purchase new Bajaj pulsar 125 split seat. My RC and No. Plate ready for delivery dealership informed to me at 4 sept 2021by sms. At 6 sept 2021 i reached at dealership Akash Bajaj Nausad Gorakhpur for taking RC and no plate but i have not to carry challans hard copy. I am requesting to Manager cabine to see softcopy of challan and taking my personal id with bike at place of hard copy of challan . But any one not to listening my request and i am return back with empty hand. Please asked to deliverd my RC and No. plate with soft copy of challan.
