Bajaj Auto — am completing about staffs (manickam motors chennai) | |||
Staffs are not responding properly, they are giving worst response. Why bajaj keeping this type of worst dealers and irresponsible staffs. Am given complaints about the v15 my vehicle fault My complaints and bajaj staff reply about complaints 1. Engine produced heavy vibration and noise at above 40km speed. (Bajaj service center staffs reply v15 vehicle is failure model) 2. Battery and self start not working (Battery worked properly 3 months only). (Bajaj service center staffs its not my job go and claim warranty from battery vendor) 3. At the time running engine will stopped and totally restart the process. I am not satisfied for service because service is very poor in their mechanic are not qualified they give me unnatural answer about bike they can't wash my bike and other services.

And then am already 2 times given my complaints in Bajaj customer care through phone calls and emails but no response from Bajaj customer care. am not received any calls and emails. I thought the Bajaj customer care service department is waste and they are wasting my time also.
Note :My Bajaj dealer (maanikkam motors, medavakkam, chennai 600100)
Please short out my issues as soon as possible
