poor customer service given by authorized dealer

Hi there,

I have booked bajaj v15 from suryoday motor pvt ltd (Goregaon mumbai 400104) on 28th oct 2018. As i was in urgent to get bike before 5 november, i had requsted them to delivery me before 5th. They were agree that they will give there best to deliver before that. And i have done one shot payment of bike. (Recipt number : gg-sr/9517)
But till today there is no response from them. They are not providing any updates....

service centre charge extra if paid by card

Middya auto bajaj authorised service centre in andul road howrah west bengal, taking extra charges when paid by card after my byke service so i have to pay by cash, this should not be done as per rbi and govt of india guidelines. Please ask them to accept payment by card also without any extra charge as it will be a step closer to govt of india go digital initiative....

bike cost says wrong in showroom

Compared to another show room price the cost of the bike in this show room is high and the response to the query regarding thia issue was very bad.
Please take seveve action on store manager because of cheating customers in bike price. I returned my old bike at price 16000 below the market i sold my old bike. He said that company has the festival offer also money scammers after making an order....

Today i had my pulsar ns200 vehicle no : (Tn 30 bv 9082) service from t k r a bajaj (12705).
But the service is very poor.
No water service, no diesel spray and they did'nt remove the service indicator also what kind of service first of all...

I communicate with agency mobile number but not yet get any help from them they reply only one thing that you will get very soon.

They are accepting it is manufacturing fault then too they are distributing same models with same issue to new customers.
I am upset with this type of problem facing the customer because of emergency its facing many times and not having proper solution for manufacturing default by the company...

I am in kerala. When i was riding 10km awat from my home. The clutch became free and cant change the gear. And wheels locks then bike turned off. The clutch cable is poped out from the crank case. It was sunday. Totally messed up. Just completed my 3rd 10000km 3weaks ago. How could be such issues effected to a premium product of bajaj motorcycles. Very bad experience. There is no road side assist too. I parked my bike to the nearest house....

There are many types of offer available in market for purchasing bike during dishehara to diwali, but i'm very sad to say that the dealers are forcly making iligle money from costomer, he's taking 10000 to 20000 rs extra during purchasing the bike and also misbehaving to costomer.
I'hv purchased a bike at shiv shakti automobile, madhubani road, pupri, sitamarhi at bajaj finance, the dealer has taken 10000 rs for only processing fee....
