    Survived an accident got my bike serviced on27 august and my gear shifting shaft failed on 01 september .I almost survived a fatal accident.
    While we entrust so much trust and faith in Bajaj incident as such are just force us to think twice that too with authorized service centres and with scheme like AMC . My bike is now parked in the garage .kibdly get it fixed at the earliest .

      Hi team. I am facing a hectic problem with my pulsar 150cc bike from last 4months.I lives in kharagpur.I have gone paschim Medinipur Bajaj service centre (R K BAJAJ) with a problem of automatic start off & a continuous knocking of my bike.they told me to change the air filter, carburettor & some small parts.. there I have spent something about 5K then after 10 days I am facing the same problem.Then I go to kharagpur (R K BAJAJ) service centre, there they told me to keep the bike for some days, I said ok but I want the bike finally ready.i kept the bike for 5 days.they called me & told to change the spark plug, plug cap.i said ok change it..after that 5-6 days I am facing the same issue with my bike..#knocking & #auto start off..
      Dear Bajaj i want to know that..u r a good reputed company in India but why u r not providing good service to consumers..???why u r not keeping that much of well trained mechanics??? Why I will face this type of problem day by day??? I have spent money, time everything but the result is a big zero...
      Please concern this matter or else I have to take other action..

          So basically I travel from Goregaon to Andheri every day n vice versa n I manage to notice the KMS of auto it happens everyday n it is basically 6.2 or 6.3 KMS till Goregaon from Andheri.
          But today it went upto 6.9 with the same route. So I told the Auto guy but he denied and was so abundant that his meter is not incorrect n made sure I give him the money the meter showed. I couldn’t argue more because I got a little scared by his behaviour. I hope an action gets taken against such kind of behaviour. His auto number was MH.02.EF.8112!

            I had purchased bajaj avenger 220cc from sangam auto sales showroom situated in nurpur city of district kangra in Himachal pradesh, India. At the time of purchase, owner assured me that RC and number plate of the bike will be ready within a month. The date of bike purchasing was 31/07/2022. Now it's more than a month and whenever I am calling him, he is not responding. Even he is not replying for my text messages. I am literally sick of this behavior now. I am currently staying out of Himachal and cannot visit to the state shortly. What shall I do?. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                I'm a owner of Bajaj n250 bike and recently I met with an accident where my bike foot peg and gear shifter got break so I went to the showroom for the new parts. Service centre manager told me that it will take 10-15 days max but yet even today it's been more than 25 days and I'm still waiting.
                I'm really upset with the Bajaj auto service centre that they are not able to solve such small problem where the needs to wait for a month and yet problem not solved.

                    I visited in bajaj showroom for my bike service in my bike there was some noise issue before service I already informed to they guys but after service they taken the money and handovered my bike but after 5 km my bike was facing same issue this is not one time happens
                    I day also I gone there branch for bike service they changed engine oil and after after 1 days I can see engine oil was leaking and in 5 days that oil totally empty I complained this problem in showroom but they were telling we again need money for repair the same problem for which I already paid the amount

                    Guys in my recommendation if you want to do bike service plz go in your nearest shops dont go with this companies they charge high money and service is worst in future I'll never visit specially in bajaj showroom

                      High race and charging light problem of my bike

                      Description: I have been a loyal customer with Bajaj auto finance and have been paying EMI's on time from past 5 years. This month i missed on paying the EMI on 3rd of September 2022 and ever since then the agent has come near home and abusing us in front of the house. Also even after telling that we will pay the EMI on next month associate is using Abusive language on the call. This goes for both of the Collection Agents mentioned above.

                        Talwandi regarding rc docs.mr.rahul demand me 12000 rs for rc charges.mr.rahul says down payment of this platina is pending from kaka ram.i given 8000 rs to mr. rahul owner of satguru motors talwandi last near about 1 year But he is fraud with bank and me.because mr.rahul when down payment reciept given to bank then bank loan dispersed.
                        I think bajaj company service is very good.plz solved this issue as soon as possible.i attached bill copy of motorcycle

                          Hello my name is Bishal Chanda I bought a bajaj pulsar 220 bike on 20 dec 2021 from Vishal Auto at Barrackpore. Usually iam going to visit for my first service of my bike then they put tvs synthetic mobil to my bike I stopped them I tell them not to put tvs mobil on bajaj bike . They told me that mobil is came from bajaj company if you not replaced the mobil of first service than you lose your warranty period. So I'm very unsatisfying with them and came to my own local garage and replaced the mobil which is motul 7100 20w50. Then the second service period came my bike is having some problems like the throttle body is not working. So i visit to the Vishal auto they sent me to the Authorised dealer MS Bajaj Naihati. I visit there and they told me the throttle body is not working. When I go to the manager he called to Vishal auto and asked my bike details. Then the manager of ms Bajaj told me no your bike is out of warranty we are not give you the service . You need to replace it from your own. Vishal Auto said me that you are not doing 1st service from there. Really the manger is behaving very rude to me and then I came back from there with my bike problem. Day by day a lady call me from MS Bajaj Naihati to remind my service period and I also told them the exact scenario what I am facing. But they didn't help me... So my bike age was 7 months old so i request you that please solve my problem. Please change my throttle body in the warranty period. Thank you.

                            I have purchased bajaj pulsar 125 cc for my daily work. From the day of purchase I am not getting proper mileage, also always there is sound in back wheel and chain. In last two service I have been to service center but not got proper result.
                            Now there is a problem of minor bent in
                            Back wheel RIM and due to this air leakage is there. Even though 1 year has not passed, the Back wheel RIM is bent and it seems to be of poor quality and is giving leakage. Your service center says that it should not go of offroad. Then why we should purchase so costly bike if your bike is fit for little off road in Village. And customer is blamed for rough riding when we complain for bad quality of bajaj pulsar . WHY RIM is not replaced when it is failed in 1 year warranty period because product quality is bad. I have also asked other pulsar owners in contact with me and they also have issue with air leakage in few days they have to fill air . It seems Pulsar 125 is not given good quality RIM in tyre. Even though in warranty I am getting replacement of RIM. My purpose of purchasing this bike with tubeless tyre is not getting fulfilled. I am really getting frustrated of purchasing this bike with so bad quality. I want replacement of RIM in warranty period. Please raise my complain.

I bought this Bike on 30/07/2021 Since then my Bike has silencer problem. I showed that problem at Raj Bajaj service center in Vashi. But this problem has not been sorted by them till today. I am taking the Bike to that service center twice a month Always create some problems. No part is available to them on time. I did not like their customer service at all.                                     High interest rate and Cheated during moratorium

                                    I took a loan from Bajaj auto finance for the Bike pulsar 150 twin disk edition
                                    Loan financed 101000
                                    Emi started month-Jan 2020.
                                    I took a 36 months EMI plan.
                                    I didn't pay 5 EMI from April 2020-August 2020.
                                    I applied for a moratorium for 2 months (I guess July and August).
                                    When looking at the payment schedule for the 5 months of non-payment, You have raised 10 months(47 months) .So I've to pay 5x3782=18910...
