Dear sir,

My name is alex s p. I booked one bajaj avanger 150 street two wheeler from didi bajaj and apply for bajaj finace by submitting the following documents and signed the application form also.

The documents are

Photocopy of id proof
Photocopy of bank passbook
One passport sized photo
Details of guarantee

Now the problem is due to the delay of finance and delivery of vehicle i went to another bajaj show room pioneer bajaj and buy bajaj avanger 150 street. Now the didi bajaj show room workers blackmailing me that bajaj finance is approved so that i have to pay the emi on that.. So my question is "how this possible that with out submitting the details of check book and land tax detail how they approve the loan.." "on my knowledge with the above documents only the eligibility of loan can be check..."

So i request you that please help me for solving this problem..

    Hiii this is shaik asif i am from hyderabad i have and some issues with my bike pulsar rs 200 i have recently done my 3rd service i have tell to the showroom person that i will pay the cost of service but i want the good service but they tell me that no sir it's free so i tell ok but after the service i have started the problem in my bike that the bike suspension have no movement and the have have the problem i am getting the back pain and the oil is leaking in my engine then i will the taken the bike for service again they taken the money from me but they didn't doanything this is the bajaj services the bajaj services are cheating the customers and taking the money u want money i will pay the money how much u want but i want my bike in full neat nd good condition so solve my problemwith high priority or else's i will take serious action and i will go consumer court and i have all service bills

    Pulsar ns 200 back brake is the issue the brake is not working properly in the summer season the back brake make noise when we apply in rainy season their is no brake @ back the back brake is complety stop working after 45 kms

      Hello,
      I am suffering from handle issue. My bike's handle pulling right hand side while riding. I have done services/repairs multiple time in hope that handle issue would resolve. However, amba bajaj in bangalore location not able to solve the issue. Every time they will tight the handle and makes me fool - " we have fixed handld issue, you ride for sometime definitely this time it will solve". #...
      Now i have no trust on amba bajaj.
      Not sure whether my complaints are reaching to highr management or not. I have raised multiple complaints but still no resolution.
      I just wantes to check whether bajaj auto is capable to solve the issue or not. If yes then where i have to bring my vehicle.

        I am using pulsar 150 since 2011, now i want to change my bike. Two days before i went to the bajaj dealer showroom at madanapalle, chittoor district, andhra pradesh state, to enquire and book a new pulsar 150. The said shop owner told me that the new bike price is 93, 500/-. I was really shocked to hear that, because i have checked the in online that onroad price is 88, 000/-. It means the shop owner doing fraud with the public....

        Hi

        I am saketh - purchased bajaj v15 last mid-year. While purchasing and paying amount, they are very humble and pleased. Once the payment is done, they made a delay of more than a month in delivering the vehicle. I still remember the executives working in the sales department, who are least concerned to customer thoughts and only look over target. Their inner feeling is let the customer die in vein.

        Finally after a month, when bike was delivered. The executive suggested me not to speed more than 40, which was weird to me and stunned. New bikes have to be checked in regards to pick up, but they said me not to. After only a week, i see that the rear tyre was shaking and when the speed touches 40, vibrations are coming all over the vehicle. I immediately went back and asked them to check the issues, they said that to bring for first service. After first service, complete bike was into problems. (It is not first free service, it is first paid bull # service).

        Here i started the list of problems from first service to now:
        1. Bearings problem in engine - which will never happen to any new bike (Here itself it proves that they cheated me).
        2. Bike having vibration all over the rear, engine and gear shift.
        3. Carburetor was gone at third service
        4. Bike has no pick up at all.
        5. No correct service is done till now.

        When mentioned all these, manager came in and said - everything will be repaired within 2 days. After 2 days, when i have taken the bike and started off - only to that night it was fine. To the next day, when started to office - bike stopped and was not all starting though petrol was full. A local mechanic checked and said that the carburetor was spoiled.

        Moral: amba bajaj and bajaj both fooled customers.

        I request the authorities to please help me in providing justice, i came from very far away to work. The first bike purchased on hard earned money is really making my heart break.

              I own a bajaj platina vehicle reg no:- mh01cw0795. Date of invoice is 8th of june 2017. On the next day means on the 9th june 2017, i notice fuel leakage problem. I called to the sales team (Executive bajaj, kurla west, mumbai - motorcycle dealers-bajaj) but they were nt giving proper solution, i called one of the sales manager rajguru he answered me that it's not there part of inspection. This answer was not a tall acceptable. Pls bajaj u seriously have to look for this matter.

                I bought pulsar on 15 may. But after since my bike keep on stopping after traveling a short distance... The problem resolves when i open the lid of the tank... The bike again starts...
                I can't do this all the time.. So provide a permanent solution... I hate this as it is new bike and time is just near to a month.. So please provide me a permanent solution to this..

                  My auto is not giving proper milege & it refuses servicing. But when are contract to mv motors where i have purchased this auto. They are unwilling to do servicing & they are not behaving properly. They are not treating well to the customer. I am not happy with your service.

                    Dear sir/ madam,

                    I have foreclosed my loan amount of rs. 63k on 6th june morning. However i did not get the receipt after payment (There was some internet error - i have the screen shot of the same). The said amount is also deducted from the account. I have raised a request both in through phone and through mail with all the supporting documents (Screen shot of the error, bank statement and the mail confirmation received from my bank for the payment). But i am not able to see the receipt amount. I understand it requires 3 days to update the same in my account. This is the 3rd day and no information is received in addition to that i have not received any mail communication to my request (Its be more than 48 hrs) and till now no information. My loan a/c no is l2wban03649369. I have attached the screen shot of the error which i received on payment. Request you to kindly assist me on the same.

                      Dear sir/mam,

                      I bought bajaj v15 on 29-jun-17 (Registration no. - jhzrgc46084, chassis no. - md2a74bz0grc44978). After one month on 29-jul-17 i went for 1st free servicing @ rukmani motors pvt. Ltd., b-2, h. I. G, near l. I. G square, indore (M. P.)-452001, at that time km reading was only 318 km so the serviceman told me that come after at least 500 km of reading but i forcefully told to do first servicing then they did but the level of satisfaction on 1st visit was also not even good because of behavior of service staffs and servicing quality.in april-17 i went for 2nd free servicing but again serviceman convinced me howsoever to come after at least 6000 km of meter reading otherwise my 2nd free servicing would be useless. Again i went today (I. E. 09-jun-17) at meter reading of about 5960 km then they told me that your 2nd free servicing is expired now. I told them that one of their co-worker told me to come after 6000 km then they started arguing with me that who told you tell me the name n all they behaved more badly as usual according to my first experience at the service center. The serviceman (Name - narendra varfa - [protected] as he told his name as i asked) started trying to make me goofy and started telling you can see in your service book also that it is clearly written about all the terms and conditions of the free services blah-blah-blah.

                      Please take necessary action against them so at least they can learn about how to treat their customers politely.

                        It is being more than 20 days, that we gave our bs4 p 200 ns for repaire and we are not yet recieved telling unnecessary reasons.

                        Telling it is the delay from tge head office pune to recieve spair parts.

                        Our trust on kanjirappally bajaj dealers and bajaj group as whole lost. Very bad condition we are facing due to the delay.

                        They are pointing out the delay from the head of in Pune. If incase of delay also, would it be for 20 days. Bajaj dealers have a good name, please don't spoil it by creating troubles for the customers. please make it quick. It is going to be one month to get a bike repaired.

                        Don't you dealers produce spair parts along with the launching of bikes? or are you people waiting for things like accident and uncertinity to happen.

                        please keep in mind that future things are uncertain and unpredictable.

                        please do something for my kind request. It is very sad to get such a relayed response from the part of KANJIRAPPALLY Bajaj dealers.
                        Any updates from your part. It is very bad treating a customer who expect a good response and clearance from your side.
                        It is very bad response that you are so least bothered about your customers. And given unreachable number of your head office pune.

                          I have purchased a pulsur 220 motorcycle from m/s society motors kanpur in the month of october 2016. From very beginning i noticed that air in the front wheel is not stable. On being checked in the workshop of m/s society motors saket nagar kanpur the work shop manager has informed that there was a minor crake in the front wheel rim, due to which air in the tubeless tire is not stable, but he denied to replace it saying that it does not covered under warranty item and suggested to claim it from insurance company.                               I recently procured a new bajaj avenger from popular bajaj, bangalore, from day one there is an issue with the bike, it switches off in running condition, especially in the afternoon. Had complained this to bajaj showroom, though they responded with taking up the problem, there is no solution provided and i have been leaving with this problem. Wanted to check for replacement of the bike if they can't fix the problem.

                                  I have purchased a new bike two months ago.. From the first day it use to stop while riding in middle. After that i have to open its petrol tank cover then it start again. I am facing this problem every day. I had made it cheked by company but they are not giving response. Such type of dealers i have not seen. They only know to sell the bike not about there services

                                    Dear concern,

                                    I bought v-15 vikrant from your authorized dealer ambe bajaj on 9th mar’17. It’s regn. No is dl3sdp9004. I am really fed up with this vehicle. This vehicle is suffering from overheating problem and self start button. When i noticed engine over heating problem around 500 km usage, have registered a complaint to your customer care but didn’t get any positive response. Current usage is only 2500 km approx. Please find below the issues which i am suffering from:-
                                    1.) service center had done few changes but still it is too over heating
                                    2.) there is issue with self start.
                                    3.) sometimes it isn’t starting and your customer service advanced me to open petrol tank for few minutes and close then start.
                                    I bought this vehicle to reduce my headache and smooth my travail not increases my pain. I am working digital media and haven’t more time to visit your service center again and again and leave this vehicle for more days to service center without stand by.
                                    Should these problems occur in new vehicle? Kindly provide the positive solution or replace this vehicle because it is quite new

                                      I am Rizwan [protected] and i am buying ct-100 GJ6LN-8387 earlier one month in one month i check my bike fuel tank are trickly fuel so i complain for this shivam bajaj but two to three days give not proper answer to your service manager when i force for comfirmation date manger angree to me and wallop me .now i am complain to Dabhoi police station at 39110.so i request to Bajaj Auto plese further process my complain.
