I owned a new pulsar rs 200 but my two alloy wheels are bend. I got my byke with low quality alloy wheels. Due to this bend alloy wheels i am unable to use my byke for safe riding. I contacted the service centre popular bajaj vytila and the service people told me it will cost 8000 rupees. This is how bajaj employees are treating their customers. Bajaj is builting powerful machines with low quality products thus they are cheating customers. Please take appropriate action and please rexolve my issue.. I need new quality alloy wheels for by byke as they are not willing to provide. Please do needful

    On 13 march 2017 in my bike engine oil full leak and now my bike battery is not working self problem and bulb automatically dead..
    And continue problem in my bike so may I request to bajaj automobile please exchange my bike because Himalaya bajaj yavatmal is not take care any problems..

      Hi all
      I have purchased avenger 220 street bl bike, anant bajaj, bangalore, karnataka.
      On the invoice date 15 april 2017
      Delivery date 17 april 2017,
      1) when time purchasing i have clearly asked i need 2017 model bike, they are told me, we are giving 2017 model bike, in insurance copy & owner manual they are mentioned manufactured date 2017, but today i checked b register extract form, in this form, manufacturing date mentioned october 2016.
      2) in my bike head lamp off/on switch system is there, but i checked in other's bs4 avenger vehicles, head lamp off & on switch system is not there, i checked in dealer shop, they are told me my vehicle also bs4 model, but manufactured date is october 2016, please confirm me when bs4 vehicle lanunched in bajaj?

      3) manufactured dates are diffrent in insurance copy, owner manuel & b register extract form.

      4) please confirm me, my vehicle is bs3 or bs4?

        Bajaj v15 many problems since I perched it

        1 front shockers are making noise after crossing any small hole
        2 starting problem
        3 carburetor problem
        4 tapped making noise

        I have been charged on my ICICI Bank account with Rs 99 towards some audit debit from Bajaj Auto on 26.04.2017.

        I have not subscribed any scheme of Bajaj, then how this amount was debited without my concurrence.

        I have bough a TV through Bajaj instalment scheme 2-3 years back but not given my consent for any auto debit or membership.

          Noiw its fuel tank failed.
          I had send a complaint to customer care. (Isr-117229)
          Popular bajaj ernakulam contacted me.
          The informed me to remit rs.2000 to their account.
          I had remitted the amount on 18/4/2017.
          Today i am informed that the spare is not available.

          Please make arrangements for getting spare fuel tank (Blue colour)

I bought a two wheeler car by instalment from Bajaj finance.By the chance to pay the one/ two i nstalment. I was unable. in the mean time one finance collector and a madam of Bajaj auto finance L.T.D. made a rough behaviour with our family member when only two women in our family.Given they used rough words as "chottolok morkho etc" from finance office a madam phoned my wife and made bad behaviour. we are Indians and we have right to live in honour in the country. In the weak point of my economical condition they mis behaved with us. I paid my last instalment on 23/02/2017.

            By the honour. I want to get the right justice from the Department of our Country.

              I am praveen I owned Bajaj discover 150f vehicle with reg no TS 08ES 5413 which was met with an accident on 1st April 2017, I handover the bike at Sri Vinayaka Mobikes showroom at Kachiguda in Hyderabad on 6th april and insurance person surveyed on 7th April. I paid advance of 3000rs as well. It's been 20 days till now I did not get my bike due to spares non availability. whenever I ask they are asking to wait more 2days This is not the first time, in the month of March 2017 I serviced my bike at Siddi Vinayaka Bajaj at Kothapet in Hyderabad and requested to change the engine oil seal because oil was leaking and some noise identified in disk break. I was charged for both but they did not repair at all. After two days I went to service center and asked for the same then they confirmed that the oil SEAL is not available. I visited 3 times to service center for a small oil seal but that was not available. At last I went to my friend's mechanic shop he replaced it in 15min. Bajaj failed to provide a Small oil seal which costs approx 30rs. Last 6 months back I ordered front fairing it took 10days time. This is how Bajaj is providing the service. from past 20days I am facing difficulty in going to office, i am nearly spending 300rs per day for transport. Sent email twice at "[protected]@bajajauto.co.in" on 16th April but customer care people says that they didnt receive the email and they confirmed that this is correct email id. To whom I have to complain.. pls suggest.

When i bought next day the bike will make noise from back, chain cover loose, gear were also not working properly... Then 1st service will come i go to the showroom but they were not solve that problem... When service has done i go to home then next day battery will dead.. So yesterday i got battery.. Till now the noise was also come from bike but the members of showroom don't now from where come..

                  Hello this is bala from chennai. I have bought pulsar 200ns on 15th august 2014 in mothjeeth bajaj katupakkam chennai. Really the bike is awesome but after 3 months i have found some oil leakage in engine and i left my bike for service they said it was a minor problem and it will be fine after the service. After i get my bike i found the same issue again i went to that showroom and they told me the same thing . I havr spent lots and lots of money becase of this issue still it dint get resolved. One day it beacme a big problem. Engine oil leaked out and stopped in middle of the highway at nyt 2.00pm. Again i took my bike to the same service centre again they told me the same thing and said that this issue will be resolved permanently. They told me to come after two days and collect my bike. I went and asked they ask me to come on next day. I call them after 3 days they ask for 10 days time and i really got fraustrated and waited for 10 days and went to the showroom. They ask one more day time to clear the issue and left the showroom with disappointment. I went next and they gave my bike and i paid 6700rs for service and take my bike and drove to home. While on the way again my bike engine shuts down i called the showroom they not responded properly. I take my bike to mechanic shop and spent 650rs. After one week the same problem occurs again. Engine oil is leaking again and it smells wierd.. Now im came to the same showroom and ask them to clear this issue. They asking me to come another day. I cant believe this whats going on with u guys. I think bajaj is the best company and loyal but u guys fails. I gave my bike for 11 times of service in just 2 and half years. This is rediculous and my friends are also facing the same issue with the bike service in mothjeeth. Take a look in this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I lost my patience now im seating in the same showroom and writing this messae. They dont even responding me. They are busy with works. I have all the pictures of my bike with the oil leakage. I[censored] guys dont take any actions definetly i will post it in social medias. Escalate this issue to your higher officials ASAP

                    I bought new bike from bajaj dealer: Shiva Bajaj, Aligarh and they sold me a defective bike. The pulsar 220F which I purchased started making noise. When I visited service center in Ghaziabad: Shiva Bajaj, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, they keep on calling me for visit every other day but they are not fixing the issue. Bajaj have cheated me, after 2 months now still neither problem is fixed nor they are replacing the vehicle. I have also given complaint to Bajaj on their customer service number but they are also not doing anything from last 1 month, they are just passing the time.

                    None of the person from Bajaj is solving the problem, neither service center nor Bajaj itself. Suggesting everyone, please do not buy Pulsar 220F this vehicle have a manufacturing fault. Its fearing makes irritating noise when you ride it over 60-70 km/hr.

                    See...this is what bajaj service is. I gave you number on 24th April and since then no one have called me. Anyways...I visited showroom again and they have provided me a temporary fix, when I came back home from service center again my vehicle have started making noise.

                    Will Bajaj Auto be able to fix it, I do not see anyone interested. The interest was to sell the bike and now no one is bothered to check it.

Facing lot of difficulties in gear shifting. same has raised issues in Bajaj service center thrice & the service provider replying that they cant do any thing more then this, its company defective vehicle.                         I mohit shah i have bajaj pulsor 200As today i was going to bajaj showroom manan bajaj at shahalam ahmedabad gujrat at morning they told me that the total bill was around 920 rs when in evening i was going to pick up my bike then they give me the another bill its 1180 when i was ask why it was too much bill then they told me that it was our extra service charge it is different for other bike then i refuse them then they change 3 time bill and ask to their manager and after that they change the bill rate and they collect 1020 and they either not service yet they does not wash bike they charge for filter oil but they dont change it so i was to much disappointed from their service so please take some action against them.

                          I got delivery of Bajaj dominar abs on 16 Mar from Amin Bajaj near Roopalee cinema Ahmedabad. I noticed my engine cowl broken after the first service. I never realized whether this was broken by my driving. I was checking photos of my bike when I bought on first day and noticed that the engine cowl was broken. I took delivery in late evening and missed to check the engine cowl. I still have photos of that day which I took after driving the bike to my home . Please help. My contact no. [protected]

                            I have a Pulsar 150 purchased TN29 K 5283 in 2003.I have been regularly performing my service at Jai Autos, Chennai.By Jan 2017 while i left my vehicle for service, i complained on my headlight that was of loose contact. Jai bajaj sembakkam, Chennai branch took my complaint lightly and hope they managed to do some alterations in my wiring saying that the wiring kit has to be changed and since they do not have stock, they would let me know on the same in a week's time. in the mean time, my vehicle got broke down and never started. I toped to the show room and they said that the wiring kit has to be changed. waited for the kit for 20 odd days without my vehicle and finally got the news that wiring kit has been replaced. The shocking thing was that the vehicle was made to ignite but none of the other electrical things were functioning like head lamp, indicator, horn etc. They said that the same shall be corrected on changing a starter plate coil in another one week . Again they took 25 days for procuring the same. I left my vehicle for rectifying on 12th April and I was shocked to see today evening, that the work was incomplete and only few electrical were functioning. Now they say that again a part has to be changed and the new wiring changed by them doesn't belong to my model and is an altered one. I left my vehicle with them and came home . I have to commute to office daily for 18 km one way and these guys are irresponsible and have paid nearly 5k for the past 3 months without using my vehicle. Kindly guide me how to proceed further.

                              During my forth bike servicing at mapusa bajaj service center I was charged RS.840 even though I had extended waranty which cost me RS.1000/-

                              also they included service charges for things covered in waranty, which included basic servicing done during free servicing

                              and with all that now my bikes rear tire is making clicking sounds.

                              please shut down that worthless service center

                                My self Mr Shriram Yadav, my bank account has been debited with some amount Rs 2600/- on dated 3 April 2017 in the name of Bajaj Auto transfer to investment . Amount debited from my account without any reason and purpose. Whenever I am trying to contact bajaj customer care for details they are not giving me correct and satisfied answer.

                                The bajaj service center in kotdwara charge all product price above the MRP rate.

                                  I have purchased avenger 220 street two weeks ago. There is gear shifting problem in it. I told to showroom dealer(Fairdeal, Ganesh nagar) they told me bring bike to their showroom to check with the mechanic. I took my bike 2 times in two weeks but everytime mechanic made temporary adjustment in it. Finally they advise me to go to service center(patpatganj). I took my bike there on 15April. And its been 2 days and i haven't recieve any response from their side as well about the status of my bike. This is the condition of NEWLY PURCHASED BIKE. I am very much depraved and disapointed with the pathetic customer experince. And if my problem not resolved soon. I will not only go to consumer court but also share my feedback on all social media sources. And also suggest my all known ones not to purchased Bajaj bikes.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  One more mail, one more disappointment. Again i got a call from service centre saying that your problem has been resolved. Today in the morning when i reached to service centre and took ride of my bike. I found out problem was as it is as it was. I told the supervisor about the same. Instead of resolving my problem he tries to make me believe that everything is fine and not ready to listen the my concern issue.

                                  Even thats not all when i submitted my bike the fuel tank was full and when they returned the fuel tank was half empty.

                                  I will promise you i will share my experience on the public forum and go to the consumer court about the same.

                                    Hey,

                                    I brought my pulsor 180 in June'16. And from the date of purchase I was not completely satisfied with the braking system of the bike, when I got the dealer notified about they just came up with some excuses to say that since it's a new bike it will take some time to adjust. And so I paitiently waited till the first service after which I was still facing such issues ( considerebly better but not for long). So now after second service the dealer came up with lame excuses to say that the braking system needs to be changed, where I requested him to go ahead with it. But after that, now I am facing same issues and the dealer is like this is how things work with 180. Also the backlight which glows after applying breaks is not working. And the dealer's service person doesn't know how to fix this. Which just says how good they are with service.
                                    Could I have someone look into this in order to resolve it ASAP?
