Even Mechanics doesn’t know What is problem
With the bike
They know only minor works
They showing weekly new problems and again they say it takes time since 3 weeks I’m getting same answers from them.

    My bike was service at 07/07/2022 at roha gyan bajaj service centre. But i was facing problem regarding oil sensor issue and oil burn issue. When bike run for 2-3 km then that problem was showing in display. I personally visited that showroom from last 23 days regarding that problem. But still they can't help me. Also gyan bajaj showroom here not costumer setting area. We have to stand for 2-3 hrs until bike work has finish. So i request you to take action about service centre.

        I had my second service of my Bajaj pulsar ns 125 in a authorised showroom in vasai the bike was absolutely good till then, , after the service i started facing some issues exactly day after the surviceing the compressor got weak and the bike stopped working on middle of the road I went to the service centre and explained the problem and even said that the bikes pickup has been reduced they said that your bike need to be updated the guy said that this is what you get in 125cc bike exactly after 4 day the clutch plate got very weak know those people are asking for Rs.3, 000/- for repair and saying that there is no warranty of any such part...

          I got service of my byke bajaj avenger 180, after servicing he made a bill within only 1 hour, bill was manual and computerised both, billing amount is more than MRP, time of servicing was only 6 hour, I reached at 10AM and got a bill after 4 PM.

            Hello Bajaj autos,

            After having alot of patience, i am tired of the services that i have received. Within a month i took my bike self through any possible i can and paid almost 3 to 4000 just to take my bike to the service station. Everytime after they give me bike it was the same issue i lost my control now for having same issues multiple times 6 times visited service no resolution given

              Dear sir/ madam

              I purchased new bike pulsar 150 DTS- i on Jan 2021, last month I given to service center to ranipet branch on 08/06/2022 for maintenance purpose and I clearly told engine throttle boday indicator censor fault and other parts fault, after day I get a call service on bike is completed please take a delivery then I received bike my request is not cleared and throttle body sensor fault no one can solve my request then I asked questions that time people's are say go to vellore main branch then only clear your problem and another day I going to vellore main branch there is also one can solve my request there is saying go to ranipet branch after two days you can solution to ranipet branch, then i repeatedly go weekly twis ask when you clear my bike fault there is no one body response my questions repeatedly say go to vellore branch there is say go to ranipet branch fully shame on your service and still now date is 29/07/ 2022 my request is not resolved to our service center, it's fully disappointed to me, never I expect your service quality like this, I complained both service ranipet and vellore any body to respond my queries, i need to clear my request on priority basis otherwise I surrendered bike to your company, please accept my request and please resolve my request do the needful.my details are given below

                    My pulsar 125 is over heating and smell's like burnt plastic while it's hot
                    Although I am not riding on high speed, the engine keeps heating so much so that I could get burns in my toe.

                            Shame on your part... " Bajaj company" how can you be so neglected towards the dealers negligence... It will really affect Bajaj auto... Davanagere dealer is the worst bike dealer i have ever come across... I request Bajaj auto management to take serious action on davanagere dealer " Jain Bajaj " and their whole staff ... Please go through Google reviews... Hope a good response from Bajaj

                              I am writing this letter in reference to the bike(Pulsar NS125) that I bought from Bajaj having registration number HR 14S 5795. I got the bike serviced on 14 june 2022 from Divyansh Bajaj (Plot No 3, Nangloi Najafgarh Road, Tilangpur Kotla, Near Chanchal Park, New Delhi-43). I am writing this letter to bring into your kind consideration the issues that I have faced.
                              At that time they done my paid service and i have paid 1344/- via upi but after that they told me that today we are not able to print your service bill and we are assuring to you that we will sent the copy online by evening.
                              From that date I'm continously trying to get my bill but they are not responding on same.
                              i have tried more than 5 times at service center and more that 10 calls ans sms everyday. I have also complaint on bajaj but no solution till now.

                                The supervisor told me next day your bike will ready condition and you will draw from showroom.
                                I called daily to showroom but showroom person told me not ready for your bike and responded
                                Now 22 july22 i draw for my bike its not for ready condition

                                    I bought a Bajaj CNG auto on May 16th by paying full amount (Rs. 269000). Within a week, I faced an issue and visited KING MOTORS located in Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

                                    They took 3 days to resolve the issue and gave me back my auto. On July 15th, I literally was gonna die in a major accident due to the auto suddenly stopped in the main road and I escaped from that major accident.

                                    Again, I took my auto to KING MOTORS (where I actually bought the auto) on the same day. But, it took more than 10 days, they are still not responding properly on when I will get my auto back.

                                    I am very much disappointed with the way the staffs are behaving and I am not getting a proper response from them about the actual issue. I am not sure how a new auto gets these kinds of issues within a couple of months.

                                    I am a driver and run my family with the earnings of this auto and they are saying these kinds of reasons each and every time when we enquire about the auto.

                                    Please help on this.
