I bought new bajaj discover 125 on november 2015. In my bike there are lots of problem . The first problem is in second gear during forward position .when i press gear paddel to change gear from first gear to second gear it missed first time mostly and when i press second time it change first to second .( 2 ) when ever bike is in first gear it automatically changed in nuetral gear so its too hareasing in traffic situaition. ( 3 ) There is big problem in auto chawk alwas i start bike, race is increase to maximum lavel but as per its function it should be reduce to normal lavel but it doesnot decrease so i have to turn off bike wait for five to ten minutes . ( 4 ) when bought bike your showroom representer said that milage of this bike is around 70 to 75 km per litre but in actule on road milage is just 40 to 45 km per litre even on highway driving also . I told this problem to showroom in 1st and 2nd service and also made query to you also but i did not get any solution . Always your foreman told that problem is solved and take test drive but from second day the problem starta again . So is there any possibility that i will get solution . Last time visited showroom they told me that sevice centre is closed here so where to service or get solution of problem of my bike? And i am really disapponted from service so i will think before recomend this bike to other people. Give me solution as soon as possible.
My name is anjum patwekar and had taken loan on two wheeler, the same has been settled by me but i forget to collect NOC from the above company, on my demand the compancy is expecting more money for the same. please help me out

    When i purchased a. c. and led tv taken emi loan fore. c. s acancelled cheque was given which bounce 4times with penalty but it is not understand by me what my fault. so i chase bank manager who want to see the previoous cheque for further correpondece. my 2nd can celled cheque also troubled me as last month1stloan paid and 2nd loan unpaid though the total loan value r. s 4126debited at time from my s/b account. please send me back to my home address 1st cheque as early as possible which enable me further acction against bank authority.

      I have bought this bike on the month of january 26. Just a month after disc brake fluid pipe got damage. So i gave my bike for service and it took 15 days to get done. An after some other damage occurs in bike. Just after that handle bar get damage and soon after a month or two passed a problem came in engine and now yesterday again disc brake fluid pipe got damage. And i am facing a problem for this. Either fixed it or replace me for a new bike. It is very difficult for me to handle as i have to give bike in vapi and its 18 km away. So please kindly do it. Either fix my problem or replace me with a new bike.

      I given my bike for service in Auto Pulse in Marathahalli Bangalore.560037 but not done properly my bike full if complaint still problem is there in my bike & they are not taking care of service do only I'm complaining about service

        i have purchase bajaj vikrant on[protected] from durgeshwari auto mobiles, ruidhasa kishanganj. After one month i found a huge problem started on my clutch plate so i cant run my byke. That time i was repaired my byke from purchased showroom. But now the problem still exists. So please give me a proper way out to solve my problem. Because i am a employee and my daily routine is to up and down to my office. And in this condition this problem make me slow in my all works. I already complaint it for so many times on showroom better than your customer care number, but didn't find the shortout of this complaint.
        So i request you to give me a proper way to solve my problem from your side. For that i am always be thankful to you.

              Dear company,

              As complaint registered on aug 6 regarding manipulation on finance documentation charge referring to id cr-186166, i have visited kvr bajaj at thalassery and had unhealthy communication with the team. Based on my argument i have got invoice for my purchase.
              The invoice amount is rs 88374 and plus rs7070 road tax and 2036 insurance charge. The total amount will be rs 97480. The amount collected from me was rs 101650. As finance processing charge they have collected rs 4500 even a car showroom does not charge.
              Today after calculation i have spoken to the manager regarding this and the reply i got was permanent registration charge is rs 1500 which is not collected from our rto. Rto charges only rs 800 second thing was accessories charge of rs1500 where i found only footrest and saree guard as additional fitting. Is it coming by default or company is charging for that??.
              At the time of purchase when i asked for cash discount the executive communicated tat an helmet worth of rs 800 is given free along with this and now for making on road price tally they have added rs 1250 for helmet.
              Now what i have decided to do is if the company is not taking my concern seriously i am going to post this matter along with every evidence in the social media letting other customers to know about this cheating practice regarding vehicle price and finance manipulation.
              I request the company to take necessary action on this as soon as possible and return my valuable money back.
              All documents along with rto details and screen shot is being attached with this.

                I purchased pulsar 150 from ashoka automobiles, hamirpur, distt. hamirpur (hp) on 01/08/2016 after ten days it fell down from the side stand. on the next day i went to the sale/service centre from where i purchased the same. the service mechanic said me that the front head from the inner (part attached with headlight) has been broken and it costs to rs. 1400/-. now i am thinking about the quality of spare part and warranty provided by the company. i have purchased a new bike worth to rs. 80, 000/- and now after ten days they are saying me to pay 1400/- more for the spare part. is the spare parts of the bjaj auto limited are so weak and low qualitied that merely felling from the side stand it got broken? now they are saying me to claim insurance. i am very dissatisfied from the quality of the spare parts of the bjaj pulsar 150 and dont know but to do. have i done mistake by purchasing this bike in comparison to apache or fz? please do the needful

                  I am Prasenjit k, purchased V15 bike from mahalakshmi bajaj show room, dundahera, Gurgaon on 19 Jul/16.

                  From the day first gear shifting problem started.

                  The engine vibrates too much between speed 40-60 kmph.

                  'N' neutral indication blinks after 3 seconds.

                  Sometime, hitting sound comes from engine while gear shifting.

                  Sometime, gear does sticks at same position till the time I stop the engine and than try to shift gear

                  I went to the service centre, they assured me to resolve these problems in first servicing but they could not,

                  Also fuel gauge is not available and they told me to bring it soon.

                  I purchased the bajaj pulsar 2 month ago. Now i am getting the puncture tyres daily for front and rear also . Its a tubeless tyre.

                    I bought bajaj pulsar as200 on jun 4 16 in virudhunagar tamilnadu.now my bike crossed 2500 kms.Ten days ago l go for long drive my bike's leg guard bolt broken and comes with 2 pieces.i'll go to my bajaj dealer's service station They didn't react my problem.last 10 days i am waiting 4r their reply.i totally frustated bike's spares quality and bajaj dealers response is very very worst.

                      I have brought new avenger 150 two months back and I have done 1st service and Bangalore. Popular service center near Kathrigupe, I have driven on 3000, KM and now my bike is running not even TVS 50. The service center and sales man saying this things we can't do anything. Its not covered under warranty. You need pay then we will change the clutch plates. They are charging me 5K to replace the same.

                      Please requesting you don't buy Bajaj bike at all. They are cheating costumers and worst service center in Bangalore.

                        I sayed matin working in media industry. I have purchased my bajaj discover 150 f on 8 nov 2014 from chhatrapati motors pvt. Ltd. Ahmednagar. After 1 week of purchase bike started giving problem like oil leakage, gear problem, speedometer setting. This problem was continued, later i have complain to the company and later it was short out sai service showroom pune. From yesterday new problem has started, rare tyre of my bike has big bubble. Why it has come i dont know, rare tyre is of tvs company eurogrip. Just 1 year 8 months have pass for my new bajaj discover 150 f and tyre get spoiled.
                        I request there should be some action to be taken, i want my bike tyre to be replace with new one.

                            Highly regretted!

                            - even after complaining too many times and tired of visiting sai service centre borivali i learnt that bajaj only know to just attract customers. You guys don't have any after sell service i bought you yet premium bike released in country your executive (With zero knowledge) treat us like sheep. With no shame they have told me many excuse like mechanic is absent, everyone having same problem, nothings can be done its evening.
                            I have
                            - full body vibration
                            - hard gear shifting
                            - noises from front fork and wheel
                            - odo display turns blank sometimes
                            - drop in pick up at 3rd gear

                            Still suffering with these major issues but your mechanic just say fiber body hai hoga hi, aapne bike giraya hai blah blah. Just blame rider if you dont want to fix the issues really fed up with your service ihave also been to andheri when thought special mechanics are coming for rs but was also shocked seeing that same illiterate borivali mechanic named dinesh who just blame rider for issues service at andheri also was pathetic that fat guy amol (Manager borivali brance) told me u cant get your bike today he was giving more attention to his phone than anyone.

                            Just coming back from sai service center borivali again had a worst experience with them gone there thinking my complaint will get proceed but was carelessly treated as same.
                            No one was attending me properly i have explained them many times about my issues now iam compleatly fed up with your service centers they told me manager (Amol gaikwad) is on leave, i have tried calling him atleast 50 times still didnt get any reply.

                            They told me to come another day and just keep telling me to leave my bike for dont know how many days.
                            Seriusly what a bad customer service you just provide.

                            Fed up to the core of your services.
                            You just closed my previous complaint without resolving it.

                            What a sham bajaj. Forgot customers after taking huge amount of money that what u just do.

                              My name is kathiravan, I decided to buy a new Bajaj pulsar bike .Regarding that i have applied to Bajaj auto finance by online.I got details from Mr.Udaykumar, Erode (Shakthi ).He told me the rate of interest and down payment and all EMI mode .Erode is just far from my hometown, So i request him to arrange the loan facility in tiruchengode in Abirami bajaj.He given Tiruchengode Bajaj finance executive Mr.gokul Contact details, Based on his details i put one day leave to my office i went to the showroom at tiruchengode to meet the executive.But his plan is entirely diferent from what mr .Udayakumar was given, He told to me that erode plan will applicable for that erode juristication and not for tiruchengode. Then Mr Gokul told to me that Udayakumars EMI Plan will applicable i[censored] take the vehicle within 2, 3 days of delivery otherwise it might be change for next month (My planned delivery of vehicle on 05.09.16).Each executives plan details are

                              Mr. Udayakumar : INR 20542 down payment, EMI 2579*36MONTHS(Intrest rates are low)

                              MrGokul :INR 22144 Down payment, EMI 2767*36MONTHS(Intrest rates are high)


                              I have confused with this 2 plans . Based on Mr.Udaykumars plan i prepared .What shall i have to do get my finance based on Mr Udaykumarsplan.kindly let me understand and do needful .Because of this confusion i am thinking to go for other finance other than Bajaj.Please clafy my issues very soon

                                I own a bajaj pulsar 200 ns and making it serviced from sai auto sales, gurgaon on a regular interval from last one year. From the day i started servicing my bike at sai auto sales, i am getting too much problems, everytime i go there, they tell me that there are these-these problems and parts need to be changed, they make the bill of[protected] everytime and still my bike doesn't perform well. And now the situation is that my bike is even not starting up, contacted agency and bajaj customer care both and both are telling me that the mechanic will come to my place the very next day but nobody comes and it has been going for last one week. I don't know what the heck these guys are doing and why bajaj auto is not taking any action on them, this service centre is devaluing the reputation of bajaj auto as i never faced this type of issue with bajaj in the past, i humbly request you to please raise this concern and help me to get the resolution of my problem asap.

                                  I bought my new bike pulsar as150 from fair deals and bajaj new delhi patparganj n 19 november 2015.after buying i got a problem of engine oil leakage problem in december month i conatct to my nearest bajaj dealer suman bajaj gretaer noida .in last one i got this problem 3 times even last month manager of suman bajaj said that i m taking responsibility u will not get any futrther issues but now again i am having same problem. i dont know how they are providing servicing and aso i am paying for parts coz of their services i have to pay for engine oil price n others defected parts .

                                  Hello Everyone, I have bought my bike in April 2015 at Thane Maharashtra and my bike got service on regularly but the oil leakage problem from my pulsar AS-150 is not resolved yet Bike No(MH04-GX7678).I have complain to BAJAJ service center online but every time they change small parts and say it will be not going to happened again. All cost of every small parts are bared by me. In every month my bike goes nearly for 2 to 3 times for oil leakage problem from date of first service and for 10 to 15 days my bike will be in service center for resolving oil leakage problem in every month. Even they change outer packaging of my bike but still oil leakage is there, Even BAJAJ engineer came for my bike engine oil leakage problem but not able to resolve it. So After last service in month of July i have not go for oil leakage problem to service center as online complain and service centers are not able to resolve my oil leakage problems.Every time service center guys are very rude due to online complain made by me. So i have not gone for service after my last service.Now i want to file complain for BAJAJ Company. If you want pic i will upload it instantly.

                                    Hai, my name ia prabhakaran. I bought a bajaj v15 reg no. Tn11s1524. I left the vehicle for my second free service at jaibajaj tambaram sanatorium branch with my rs.850 worth helmet. I got my vehicle at the same day evening but not get my helmet. The service superviser told me someone took ur helmet u take someone helmet. Unfortunately i did that. After a day back the service center people called me and got the another person s helmer. But they did not provide my helmet. They provide a scratched helmet. I breaked it in front of the gate. The main reason the service superviser mr. Bala stole my helmet and the service manager supported that. I want you to take the siviour action againest them or i wont pay any due.

My bike engine seize ho gya tha or maine usse thik karwaya js bajaj burari service center se or sab bkwsh kaam kya hai ek dam chutiya banaya hai muje ek trha se.. Bike ke rediator or coolent fir se khatm ho gya 2 din mai... Bas bill banana aata hai kaam nhi aata bike..

                                        Hai, am jithin own a bajajpulsar220 which had an engine problem recently and was repaired at bajaj outlet cost me rs13760 nearby my house. Since then engine have an overheating problem. I went thrice to rectify d same. Then i renew the engine oil, which increase the heating problem.
                                        The showroom lacks skilled labours and my problem is not yet rectified. I actually have lost faith with the company outlet.
                                        Kindly do the necessary..
