I have a problem in bike pulsar 150. Plzzzz accept my compliment to renew my bike shoker or change my bike. I did purchase that bike 18/01/2016. And after 1 week i saw that problem in my bike then i talk to my nearst bajaj service center they told me this problem will be solved with in 2 service now i did these service but that problem still i have in my bike... So plz help me & solve my problem

    We had purchased 7 bikes from bajaj auto, adajan branch, surat in the month of april, first week. Bikes are in the name of mr. Prakash dhanjibhai manek & mr. Bharat chatwani. During purchase the branch manager mr parikshit promised us, he will provide registration. But after that he didn't kept his words. Till today after all documents provided, the registration is not done. He is not bothered to pick up the call or reply our call. Which is ethically unacceptable. This behavior is totally not acceptable from bajaj company

    Kindly i request you to take the necessary steps & do the needful. Waiting for your response

On 29th may 2016 i paid monthly emi via online through your website (Bajajautofinance.com) however erroneously i paid for total outstanding of inr 10450 instead of emi inr 3, 475 due to which thier is shortage of fund in my account.
      Could please refund rest of amount of inr[protected] because there is also other commitments which i need fulfill.
      Kindly look into this matter and respond on same asap.

        I bought a pulsar 220 on 26/march/2016. My bike was functioning all good but almost after 3-weeks the "auto choke" stopped working, it just don't work when my bike is cold in the morning and i need auto choke to make my engine functional without using throttle, when i wasn't aware of the exact reason, i stood with my brand new bike continuously hitting electric-start button for almost 15 mins to start it, but it just refused to start, it was damn embarrassing because it was happening with a brand new bike, i gave my bike for 1st service and informed them about this issue, and below are all the issues that i am facing within 2-months of owning a pulsar 220

        1) auto choke not working - informed about this issue to service center on 1st service, as the bikes engine was hot when i submitted my bike for 1st service, they couldn't detect auto choke issue
        2) front fairing assembly vibrates and makes irritating sound as hell, when i cruise at around 50-60 km/hr (As hell means yes really loud vibration sounds) which leads to vibrating rear view mirrors and zero rear view visibility.
        3) handel fork or t-section is not aligned to the bikes body and feels like handle will break when i pass on from road bumps
        4) and also the front portion of bike don't absorb road bumps smoothly, it makes this bike very uncomfortable, my old pulsar 150 is much comfortable as compared to this pulsar 220
        5) my bikes chassis and and body are not aligned, when i park my bike on center stand one can clearly see the bike leaning to one side, so is the center stand faulty or bikes body is bending?
        6) the fuel meter doesn't show any bar even when the tank is filled with 1-2 liters of fuel
        7) it rained very heavily here in indore suddenly one day, i was doing 70 km/hr and suddenly engine started fluctuating (Starting-stopping), somehow reached petrol pump and filled rs. 100 petrol because there was enough petrol already in the tank, and bamm bike didn't start after that, i walked all the way (1.5kms) along with my bike to the bajaj's service center, the mechanic took the bike in and god knows did something and started the bike, and said it was due to rain water (Why only my bike stopped, there were many other cheap bike on that wet road running without breaking down) it was disappointing, i complained again, about auto choke and he also agreed it is not working so he just tightened the throttle screw to increase the throttle saying you will need to leave your bike for 1 or 2 days at service center to resolve auto choke issue. I feared for my new bike and it was a newly opened bajaj service center with newly trained mechanics (Not professional) since than i am struggling with auto choke issue every day when my bike is cold at 1st start of the day.

        Bajaj i really trusted your product when i was using pulsar 150 and that's the only reason i upgraded to bajaj's higher capacity bike, but now my trust is going down with this brand new pulsar 220 that i bought 2 months back. 1 lakh rupees is not a less amount for a common man and don't let me think i wasted this much money

        Please bajaj motorcycles, help me

        Note: please help me send my bike for resolving these issues to your trained mechanic in indore and not to that newly opened service center

          Petrol leakage from petrol tank in bajaj platina 100cc bike

          Dear all,

          There is serious issue of safety while riding my bike (Platina dl9sak8607) as petrol is leaking continuously from petrol tank which can catch fire and chances of bursting of petrol tank taking my and co-rider life which i suppose is a very critical safety issue. My bike not met with any accident and i am regularly doing servicing of my bike. However, the petrol leakage problem still comes. I am not getting the reason...

            I had given the bike for an issue that it stops all of a sudden and fails to start for 5~10 min later starts, and the service for this was done thrice and there is no solution . once it starts there is no issue again .

            I cant trust this bike and go out anywhere .

            Lost my trust in Bajaj bikes and there services .

            before the 3rd service itself I had this issue and they said its rectified still i have this issue

              Hi Team,

              I went for bike servicing on 7th May, 2016 in D Bajaj Service, Khasra No. 70, Main Ignou Road, Saidulajab, New Delhi 30. Those people first told me that this part is not working, that part is not working and put some wrong logic to claim that if those are not changed then bike would be completely damaged. However my bike was in a very good condition. After the servicing i was charged with INR 3395 and no improvement has been observed. It is more or less same i would say its in deteriorated after the servicing.

              This is really pathetic the way these people cheated customer. FOr reference i am attaching the invoice details.

                This is regarding my complaint about customer care. I have been contacting them for 5 days to register my complaint against bajaj service centre located in noida sec 63, address mentioned below:

                There was a persistent lightning problem in my bajaj pulsar, all the lights used to stop working due to loose wiring.
                I used to get it repaired from some local bike repair centre.
                When few months back i went to the bajaj-service centre for bike servicing,
                One person told me that it's sensor is not working & need to be replaced which costs 2000 rs.
                Due to budget issue i did not allow them to replace
                Ensor. After that i was using my bike for around 2 months with no lights working in it.
                And then i again went to the same centre for servicing and one of your mechanic
                Has repaired the loose wiring & said there is no sensor problem,
                Ensor is absolutely fine and then lights started working, he took me to a test drive and asked for 100 rs.
                He urged me to not to tell anyone about this. I had given him 100 rs because i felt it is better to spent 100 rs compared to 2000 rs.


                So my complain is that the mechanics in this centre convince people to change even proper parts for the sake of making money because
                The customer is not aware of the internal parts of the bike, this problem i have been facing everytime i go for bike servicing.

                Now again i had gone for bike servicing on 04/04/2016 and i got all wiring replacement done which costs me 1750 rs.
                They have also replaced many other parts which i suspects to be proper because i have lost my trust in bajaj service centre due to
                Previous incidents.

                Now 2-3 days back when i was driving my bike on road, suddenly i felt burning smell in my bike, i quicky get off the bike and saw
                Lot of smoke and buring smell coming from the bike, seems like wiring had a short-circuit.

                I am trying to contact service centre for past 5 days, have called on the numbers several times given on the bill,
                Two numbers are always unreachable, one number rings but nobody has ever picked the call.

                Now i am scared to even start my bike which can cause burning of wires or even fire.

                Very disappointed with bajaj service centre money oriented servicing and harassing it's customer.

                Now very disappointed with bajajuto customer care service as well.
                Worst and disgusting customer care service.
                Please do the needful as early as possible and get wiring replacement done as early as possible.

                  Accident had took place for my Pulsar 180 on 7th may 2016, I have gave my bike for repairing in Bajaj Authorised Servicing Center Manerikar Automobile located at Dodamarg Sindhudurga. and Till date my bike is not ready.Your Authorised dealer have placed Duplicate part for my bike and charged me the amount for original parts. secondly the technicians working with the service center are not trained and constantly delaying their work and giving false information. This Authorized dealer is also doing servicing of other company's vehicles and because of this all their work remains pending for bajaj vehicles. so kindly take strict action..

                    I do service in ur authorised service centre. only.
                    18 month is gone..now theri is some problems in self start so I visit ur service centre.
                    I already extened my service warranty.
                    Now my bike was in ur services centre only...But I think something worng is ur service.. Is ur products (BIKE BATTERY) this much low quality within 18 month services centre person asking to change ur battery...

                      Yesterday i have handed over my one year old avenger for regular servicing. When i was handed over my bike it was in good conditions only need to have regular servicing like filter cleaning chain tightning etc. Today i have received my vehicle but when i have taken trial after servicing i found that my front wheel fork and grap bar is out/bend. When i intimate to sai service representative they refuse it and saying they have not done anything and they will not do the repairing.
                      If i have to repair then i have to pay extra charges.
                      The way sai service manger and representative talk is very rude and disrespectful, they don't bother listen what their customer wants to tell.
                      The servicing they have done is very poor

                          I got new avenger street 220 bike at bangalore garebhavipalya baranch on january, done 1st service at hsr layout and 2nd second service given to btm layout service center on 13/may/2016 service and i paid money got my bike that next day my bike is full of problem i cant ride my bike even i cannot start also i don't know i then did, and i went and asked with them they are telling some carpetor problem so what i need to u people tell me?? There are scolding me in bad words telling we cant do anything go to consumer court. So tell me shall i go for consumer court or shall i return the bike.
                          My bike bajaj avenger 220cc having problem from first day of purchase. still problem not solved by bajaj service center Dhankawadi. 3 times servicing done and 3 to 4 times bike given for repairing for the same defect, but not solved.

                            Dear bajaj,

                            I am happy with my rs200 bike but unfortunately its right head light not working due to headlight failure and i am trying to get since one month from different service centers and authorized parts dealer but all i get the answer is we don't have stock and will say will update. Really i never saw such creepy and customer service if i failed to pay one emi i'll get number of calls to pay it and roam like dogs in front of my home when you people are curious about money then why don't you show same thing in services. As i observed bajaj only concentrate about money money money they after sales they don't even look back to provide proper services because i have faced service issue at the time of service.

                            All i just want to say is bajaj really suck and in service when they cant provide spare parts of bikes why they hell manufacture such kind of worth bikes and give fake promises to customers which they dont fulfill.

                            Saying your self's that india's largest sports bike sellers doesnt make commonsense first learn to give proper customer service which you people don't know.

                            I was huge fan of bajaj sports bikes but just because of your service and response i am forcing my self because you people literally torched me but still my problem not resolved being an it employee i couldn't able to take out time to visit ro of bajaj and i know even it doesn't matter to you people if i post on social media because you people just habituated to suck people money.

                            I am really feeling sad and ashamed why the hell i took bajaj bike i made a blunder mistake in my life which i can't correct it now.

                            Bajaj should have minimum commonsense that how a customer can ride a bike without head light if i met with minor or major accident i'll blame bajaj.

                              1. On 18th april front disc hose pipe puntured. Called and explained my problem to frontier motors jabalpur mp.
                              They said come to our service center we will look into it.
                              On 21st april took my bike to service which is 140kms from my home. After looking and running here and there for 30 mins they said we dont have spare hose we will call you as soon as it comes.

                              2. Mud guard cracked near anchor point of front disc hose pipe.

                                मेरा नाम आसिफ़ हुसैन हैं में कोटा राजस्थान का रहने वाला हुँ मेने bick Bajaj pulser Rs200 ली थी लेकिन जब से मेने वो bick ली हैं तब से बहुत ज़्यादा प्रॉब्लम कर रही है वो हाइवे पर चलते चलते २०० की स्पीड पर बंद हो जाती है उसका एंजोंन बंद हो जाता है यह bick चलने लायक नहीं है मेने 8/10 चेक करवा दी लेकिन उनके मिसटेक समझमे नहीं आइ हमें वापस भेज देते है फिर मेने परेशान हो कर शोरूम पर दे आया उन्होंने कहा आपकी गाड़ी सही कर के दे दी जाएगी उन्होंने २० दिन तक मेरी गाड़ी को अपने पास रखा ओर पूरी खोल कर चेक की जब उनसे सही नहीं हुई तो हमें वापस दे रहे है बोल रहे है यह नहीं हो पाएगी आप अपनी गाड़ी वापस ले जाओ लेकिन मुझे अपनी गाड़ी सही चाइए या तो उसे सही करो या हमें न्यू दो नहीं तो में कैश कर रहा हुँ कम्पनी पर

                                  i had recently bought avenger 220 and form the day one i had got problems in bike regarding lock and over engine heat with burning smell . had complained many times but no action is been take since ..
                                  i had purchased the bike from sakthi motors, chennai.

                                  they are not clearing the issue .

                                    I had purchased a new bajaj pulsar 150 having chassis no md2a11cz2fcd72316 and registration no is dl9sbc6019 on dated 31/07/2015 from dewan bajaj, mahavir enclave, new delhi.
                                    I face the bubbling problem in bike steering since purchasing.
                                    I visited many times regarding with this problem to dewan bajaj workshop at mahavira enclave, new delhi but no satisfy resolution overthere.
                                    Pls look into this matter at the earliest

                                    I had purchased a new pulsar 150 having registration no DL4SBK0865 in august 2015 from m/s dewan bajaj, mahavir enclave, new delhi.
                                    I facing steering bubbling problem since purchased the bike.
                                    I visit two times regarding with this problem at dewan Bajaj workshop situated at mahavir enclave new delhi but no solution overthere.
                                    Please look into this matter at the earliest.

                                      I purchased Bajaj Avenger Street 150 just 2 weeks back from Select Bajaj Hyderabad(Uppal) showroom.
                                      I got damaged one. rear wheel is shaking.
                                      so I went to the showroom they asked me to pay the money and they needed 1 to 2 weeks of time to replace the wheel.
                                      Iam really really not happy with Bajaj anymore. I do not understand how they could sell a damaged bike to the customers.
                                      they literally screwing the customers, no proper communication from showroom and customer care service people. when i try to call the customer service center([protected]) they were not able listen my concern itselt.
