This is to bring to your notice that the vehicle has been purchased from Bangalore, JP Nagar, Pearl bajaj on November 12th 2020. I have been servicing the vehicle on time and you have all the details. I have been servicing the vehicle from Banshankari Bajaj service center and ever since i started riding i knew about the tappet sound from the vehicle and from the start itself and reported and allerted the team and always has given temporary solutions and never fixed till date.

Just recently, May 14, 2022 my bike (Odo reading - 10, 180 kms ) broke down on my way to Sakleshpur with some heavy noise from the engine (attached video clip) and towed the vehicle which was 3 kms away and parked it at Arpita Bajaj, Hassan, Thanniruhalla. They complained about timing chain tensioner issue and said that it will be fixed and after waiting for a month they said i can come and collect the bike. On June 18th 2022, i went to collect the bike and noticed that the bike is not starting, they made me wait from morning 9:20 am till 6:30 pm and handed over me the bike after paying a bill of close to INR 7, 700 which was for a known problem to just replace the starter, and fuel injection as the bike was placed untouched for a month. I was promised to not have any issues any further and the engine head has been removed and work has been done so was also adviced to ride the bike slowly for 1000 kms, which i did.

After almost 500 kms the bike has a break down again ( odo - 10, 600 kms ) with high coolant temperature error and the bike is towed to Kormangala Bajaj service center and has been updated that the bike has gone through an ENGINE SEIZURE and cannot be repaired and will not be covered under warranty and can be taken to the SC where it was last repaired.

Team, the bike is a new bike and just 10, 600 kms on the odo, is this the kind of service provided to a customer? Are these the kind of knowledge in SC people have? You guys do not know how to repair a bike ? Then why do you make one ? I have so many questions in my mind. The bike is under warranty until 2025, kindly fix this issue please, i have and still trust you guys thats why i have purchased this bike.

Kindly look into this matter URGENTLY and please respond to me soon or else i will have to file a case in the consumer court.

      Auto drivers standing outside of supertech capetown sector 74 are charging any amount for sector 16 or other areas. They say due to traffic we charge extra, is it a valid reason??
      It seems no control board is there to monitor this and control the fare charged by auto drivers in noida. Is there any department who can help the citizen. There is no bus facility provided in this sector and so auto drivers charge much mote amount than usual charge 120

          Hello, I am Thirumalai Selvam P from Krishnagiri. I have recently bought a bike in second hand Pulsar 180 TN 70T 1267 and In order to transfer the registration of bike I need a valid insurance so I have bought a insurance in Krishnagiri Bajaj showroom in Chennai road, near mariamman temple . I have verified with the office representative whether we can change the name once the registration is changed to my name before taking a insurance policy. The representative in the showroom promised that they will change the name once registration was changed to my name. Bike was registered in my on 07/06/2022 and from that day I have been walking to the showroom for the name transfer of the insurance which I bought . The representative who assured for the name change is not responding properly I got a careless answer as she forgot to do that . After multiple researches I have found the correct person in order to change the policy to my name but how could a person be this much irresponsible towards the job and the service is not at all satisfied. I am not satisfied with the service provided and the fake promise made me roll my eyes. Kindly look after this issue. Thank you

              I have booked D250 back in march in a showroom in BBSR.
              According to them it was supposed to be delivered by end of march, but couldn’t due to stock issues.
              Now it’s almost 3 months and haven’t got the delivery.
              Bikes price is also increasing

                I start facing engine start related issue.
                Service Center had replaced 19 parts to cure the issue.
                When i asked Which parts will cover in Warranty, they said all parts will be chargeable.
                As there is no option left i paid whole amount of 4173 INR but when i checked the list i found some parts which should be cover in Warranty like Part Code: DD111018, 36DU4144, etc.
                As per Warranty T&C, Warranty covers till 5 Yrs or 60K Kms and my Bike ran 32K+ and age is 22 Months so it should be cover in Warranty.
                Please check the list of spares replaced and do the needful.
                I want reason for not covering those parts in Warranty or refund of those parts which should be cover in a Warranty.

                    Loss of Bagpack containing Original Business documents in AutoRickshaw
                    On 7-7-2022, at about 10:30AM to 11:30 AM travelled from Sector-13 rohini near Sacdeva public school, New Delhi-110085 to Karol bagh naiwala by an Auto Rickshaw.                       I lost my red color backpack in that auto. My backpack has all my bank documents and especially some very important papers related to my busniess. It has my address proof and contact details written all over it.
                      I personally went there and inquired all the auto stands around that area, to find that particular auto. But hard luck.

                        I had visited to torrent bajaj workshop on 3rd July 2022 as my bike was having engine off and pickup problem and then an advisor whose name is Shohail did a test drive and said that bike is alright, no any problem found. When I bacame rigid about my problem then he said that we have only two mechanics today(which was not my problem), plz come again tomorrow. I raised a complaint on helpline with ISR1194681 and next day monday I again visited there and in the evening they said, we have fixed the issue but same evening problem started again means no work done. Your area service manager Nikhil also ensured that my issue will be resolved but issue still persists and complaint closed without any resolution.

                          I completed this loan in the year 2014. I received NOC but I didn't remove the hypothecation from RC. So, I recently requested Bajaj for a renewed NOC which I received last week. When I submitted this at RTO, they said the form 35 is missing the QR code. So, I need to request my financier to send a confirmation mail to RTO with me in CC.
                          I then sent a mail to bflcustomercare and then contacted their support. The support agent repeatedly told me that it will take 48 hours to send this mail. I requested her for the possibility of sending this mail little earlier as am travelling this month end. She denied it rudely. When I pointed out that they didn't follow government guidelines with form 35, she got even ruder. Then I escalated this to their customer service head and nodal officer with no response or action from their end.
                          Today is 3rd day and am still waiting to receive this mail.
                          BAJAJ IS ALWAYS UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE. Please never go for any bajaj loans. I hope bajaj will take some action after this complaint.

L2WMUM06125314 i have paid all my dues, one of your employee called us asked to us to pay all money with settlement +[protected] that's his phone number he said after paying your settlement amount you will receive your noc within 9 days. Here is the Waiver Case Created (Request Id : [protected]), i did my payment on[protected], its past 9 days that guy has blocked our number and not picking up the call we are not able to connect with customer care as well. We would like you to take serious against against that guy, he must be registered in your database if you're not to take any action we are suing you for all the fraud claims made by your employee.
                                    We have still not received any updates about our noc, if this keeps happening we will file a police complaint against you.
                                    Please do the needful as soon as possible
