              Dear Sir I want to inform you that i am facing a lot of problem in my new bike Discover 100M. My purchase date of bike is (31/08/2014). which time i have purchase of bike.my bike has given a lot of many problem some like starting an some noise that of many problem. most of the probiem in morning time. i am given complain of second day purchase of bike but nobody can solve my problem. I am not only person that a facing problem. I have 5-6 person that of facing a problem in bike Discover 100M. In this probem in my bike most of days i am reching my office late. I have submitted penalty in my office cause of late. I am asking question. Who will be responsible ? This is my first and last request.Next time i will not to do any complain.                 Dear Sir/Madam, I request you to find a solution for my Issue from your side at the earliest. I am a satisfied customer of Bajaj Platina for the last 8 Years. Due to the better performance of this bike I opted for Bajaj Discover 150S, even though many other brand bike sales persons approached me with good offers and discounts and other promises. Without asking for any discount or any bargain I went to M/S Popular Bajaj The dealer of Bajaj Bike In my home town and booked a bike for me. I trusted the dealer as I bought Bajaj Platina also from the same dealer with my own interest as I was using a Bajaj Scooter before purchasing Platina. The dealer had no deal in the bike performance as they are a class product from your side. I am complaining about the dealer behavior. I was delivered the bike after registration without speedometer cable, fuel gauge not working, tail lamp not glowing. From these problems I am damn sure that the Dealer was using the bike which was delivered to me as a test drive vehicle on road show melas etc. The bike was delivered without proper pre inspection. I am not satisfied with the bike performance as it was used one from the dealer (Used for test drives by prospective customers). I am mentally shocked and not at all happy .Kindly sort my issue with a proper solution from your side itself as I believe in Bajaj, not the dealer. My Mobile Number is [protected].                   Hi, I am from Bangalore, Karnataka. I am owning Bajaj Pulsar 220 DTS-FI (Fuel injection) bike 2008 model. Past few months, my petrol is leaking from Fuel filter and I learned that the fuel filter needs to be replaced by few mechanics whom I took the bike. I have been trying to get FUEL FILTER for Pulsar 220 FUEL INJECTION bike all over Bangalore but of no use. No one is repsonding properly and say not available and do not take any action appropriately. Please help me get the Fuel filter for the bike as soon as possible, so that I can save money on fuel wastage (leaky bike). I even called to Bajaj Customer Care and they are of not much useful in this regard. Looking forward for your help.
                  I am also facing the same issue. Service centers say that Bajaj has stopped production of those fuel filters. Really sad with Bajaj. This was one of the most expensive bikes in it's days and now because o[censored]navailability of Rs 40/- filter I can't use my bike. Please do not buy bajaj bikes or plan to use it no more than 3 years.
                  u can install maruti suzuki 800 cars fuel filter on your Bajaj pulsar 220 dts-fi. its a direct fit. bigger in size, but it works fine.
                  After reading this i bought the maruthi 800's thing but I couldn't fit it since the size is big and the tubes are not lengthy in pulsar 220. So it's useless buying it
                  Facing similar problem now with my 220 FI. The bike starts and then stalls as you hit the accelerator. The bike has been lying with the bajaj workshop for a week now and they have not been able to source the fuel filter. They say it is not available in whole of rajasthan.

                          hai sir This is waltter from hosur i buy bajaj avanger 220 cc from tarun motors hosur, in my vehicle 400km its engine gets noice i ask service center they told in first service i clear ur problem, i give for first service in 1300km they take 3 days but the problem not clear the noice is more then before again, i give to service after 4days to tarun motors hosur in 1700 km they r doing work again 2days then i am going to service center i am really shocked because they r open engine head, i ask with service head what r u doing he told me valve problem so we remove engine head and given valve to lathe work, So he ask one more day for service.just one and half month bike they open engine head and doing work.so file complaint in bajaj service center, service comp no:CR-162668.But i have not receive any replies from service center. thats y i want file complaint from consumer compaint.I need instruction how to complaint, so i am waiting for message.My vehicle no TN 70 P9524 MY contact no:[protected] Mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                                Dear Sir, Reference to my Vehicle Bajaj Platina, Chassis No. MD2A18AZ9CRG44722 and Bike No. HR05 AG5775 which was purchased on[protected] from you Dealer Ekta Automobiles, Karnal. On[protected], I had an accident in which my Bajaj Platina motorcycle front alloy got totally damaged. Next day I took my bike to Ekta Automobile GT. Road, Karnal for repairing and I also told them to do service, as it was due. I took an insurance claim for repairing my vehicle and they told me to come on[protected]. On[protected] I went to receive my Bajaj Platina bike and they said your bike is repaired and also they have done the service. But just after receiving the bike I found some loud noise in front wheel while riding and next morning on[protected] I went straight to Bajaj Ekta Automobile and told them about the noise problem coming from the front wheel. They checked it thoroughly and they said that it was an air pressure problem and after few minutes they have resolve my noise problem. But same problem occurred after few Kilometres of riding my bike and this time it was more noisier but I couldn’t took it to Ekta Automobile because I was out of station for some urgent work. Today on[protected] I again went to the Ekta Automobile for the same problem which they have resolved earlier but couldn’t succeed and now they told me that it was front wheel bearing problem and they couldn’t repair it as bearing is out of their stock and they told me to purchase it from local market so that we could replace it. After purchasing wheel bearing from my own money from local market I have given them to replace it and it costs me Rs 175. Now the question arises: Why didn’t they listed this problem in insurance claim? And how they didn’t know after repairing and servicing of my accidental bike that there was a bearing problem? I have a answer and it is, they don’t have the wheel bearing in stock and that’s why they didn’t listed this problem in job cart and insurance claim. Bajaj automobile has the worst automobile services and they repeat this fault again and again as you can check from my previous mails. Now I am thinking that I have totally wasted my money on wrong motorcycle from the worst automobile service comparing to Honda and Hero. And now I will recommend to all my friends, colleagues and relatives never ever buy a Bajaj Vehicle. Your Ekta Bajaj Automobile dealer had wasted my time, money (on wheel bearing of Rs 175) and fuel. After reading my whole incident, tell me who is responsible for all these things? I want the full claim on this entire thing which I have mentioned because customer care executive said we don’t have the permission to do these and go for the online complaint or mail them. I am blogger and SEO expert who knows how to promote and demote the brand and brand product by writing articles on popular websites.                                   My complaint is Continue as per my last customer Ref. no CR-162165. As per your reply, I went to the service centre dated 15th March 2015 and they made a job card. They told me that they will take two days for check & repairing my bike. I confirmed and went there on 16th March 2015. They give me a satisfactory form to fill up but I refuse to fill it because I told him that when I satisfied with your service then I will fill the form after one or two days. But they told me that if I did not fill the form they will not give my bike to me. Then I Consult with Head of branch Mr. Sameer Kalra, he told me “ MERA DIMAG MET KHARAB KARO “ and talk to service centre manager Mr. Himang. We have no another choice rather than to fill the form, forcefully I have to fill the form. But the same problem occur when drive the bike 8 to 10 km.                                     i bought puksar 200ns on 15-jan-2014 after 6-7 months my bike started giving me battery problem nd suddenly it became totally junk it wa sunder warranty so i asked the agency to replace they told me to do all the procedure but it wa stejected by comapny as the bttery was too old to be under warranty i conctacted the manager of the agency from where i bought the bike the said they will replace the battery as it was fault of the company the had aal the battery papers plus the battery and 4-5 months have passed still i have bot got my battery and using another battery for the bike to work which is not even ment for the bike

                                        Dear Sir, I have purchased Bajaj Discover (discover 100m), When the bike is running on the wet road at a speed of 60-70kmph, the dirty water from the front wheel is falling on the engine and legs of the driver.The mudguard provided on the front wheel is not able to stop that. It looks the design of mudguard is not proper & needs a suitable change. So kindly look into the matter and do the needful Suggestion: it appears that the extended portion of the mudguard outside of holding bracket of the front wheel it is responsible for it.
