Dear Bajaj Team,

My name is Srikanth, I had submitted my pulsar 150 twin disc in tirumala service center, ongole on 09/06/2022 with a complaint of Bike met with an accident. I got the estimation from your team of about 26500/- which is the cost of spares which are not necessary to replace. I was shocked to see that how they are stealing customers' money, My point is after submitting my bike for service they committed to deliver my bike on or before 17/06/2022 but still they keep on saying that wheely spare not received and today i was very upset about the phone response from your team. They keep on saying that they will update the status but I have not received a single call from your team and moreover when I call them I am not getting any proper response from them. I never expected this type of service from bajaj. I am attaching the call recording so that you may have an idea about the response of your team to customers.

      I own a vehicle Bajaj Discover 150F, last six month before I had problem on my vehicle they told...Your engine has been ceased. I told him to ready the vehicle. They gave me the vehicle in running condition I paid nearly 14, 000₹ after 15 days my bike had been turned off in running condition and kicker had been freely moving. I visited the service centre (Sri BALAJI AUTOMOBILES BAJAJ). They changed spark plug and they gave in running condition...Nearly 5 times after servicing of my vehicle from ceased condition. I had a problem of kicker freely moving only start by first gear only. Now they are saying valve problem you want to pay 2500₹ Lathe charges for servicing the Head and Valve. Take necessary action against on the Sri BALAJI AUTOMOBILES BAJAJ in TIRUTTANI

          Dominar 400 noise from engine/radiator

          I own 2019 dominar 400. I bike was in service center for almost half of the time. Initially tappet noise engine work done at Varun Bajaj kondapur. Then heating issue work done at siddi vinayaka Baja at kachiguda. Changed every part at the end changed the radiator and worked fine. Took almost 30 days. Finally i thought the vehicle issue are resolved. Now new issue which never occurred. When I accelerate a strange vibration noise from radiator...

          Dear sir/Madam,
          There is problem that engine/ pickup gone slow while driving since I have purchased my pulsar 150 bike. I have visited number of times to DEWAN service center at Palam New Delhi but still this problem is not solved. I have spent much money for this also . I often being cheated by your service center . I have visited two times in this month for this problem but yet not resolved this problem. I have gone depressed for this problem

            I noticed that in my SBI account statement Rs.560/- was debited towards CMP mandate Bajaj Finance Ltd, today. I would like to inform you that to date all my EMIs are paid on a date without any delay, all of a sudden why did the amount got deducted without any notice either through call/mail/SMS. I need Bajaj finance Ltd to provide the justification for this action and refund the amount got deducted ASAP.

            Also, the Bajaj team needs to provide the clarity of their CMP policy clearly in their loan form so that the customers will be aware of any fraudulent activity happening in the future.

            And I request the RBI to tighten their policy to avoid these types of errors or any fraudulent activity.

                To whomsoever it may concern, I have purchased RS200 in Malinisri. And I was continuously doing my service with malinisri bajaj which is in Kolathur, but they never do proper service. My bike always have starting problem. I have changed all the parts whatever service manager suggested but still it has Same problem. So i started to give service outside for next 6months and there is no problem with my RS200. And recently as just my left side mirror got damaged, I left service again in malinisri bajaj which is Kolathur that too, as only the authorised dealer has that spare parts and now again my bike having a starting trouble. What I personally guess is, the service manager in Kolathur is doing something fishy just to achieve his Target. How come my bike will always have a starting trouble whenever I give service with malinisri. I demand an explanation for this.

                      Totaly worst service done by the team the things whichever not been asked to do they have done that.

                          Sir, I surrendered the vehicle No TN38 CM 4781 to Bajaj Auto Finance Branch Manager, Mr. Prakash S his mobile number is [protected] on 17/09/2019. At the time of surrendering it was told to me that this loan will be closed as I am surrendering the vehicle, but the loan is still active and Bajaj is asking me to pay loan or surrender vehicle. As I have already surrendered the vehicle in 2019, how can I surrender vehicle again. I wrote to Bajaj customer care, Bajaj Head customer care, Bajaj Nodal officer, but none of them has responded or provided as solution yet. My CIBIL and my wife's CIBIL is severely impacted by this. I humbly request to provide me a solution. The Bajaj employees have done some fraud by collecting the vehicle from me and sold to somebody else without the knowledge of BAJAJ and I am suffering for their crime. Kindly help. I am attaching the surrender letter provided to me on 17/09/2019 with this complaint.

                              Hello, myself Amol Patil & I am a Bajaj customer for the past 2 years. Today (16/06/2022) I visited Garve Bajaj Wakad for my Dominar 250 bike footrest replacement which I was told will take place today by the service manager himself. There was a small accident which I met a couple of weeks before due to which it was damaged. On arrival I was told to wait for some time which was totally normal, but after an hour an employee comes to me asking to come the next day as they were unable to find the footrest in their store which was very annoying ask. But then I requested to wait for some more time as already 1 hr was wasted. So finally, after almost 2 hrs footrest was found which was of a different colour which I refused to install as it will not suit my vehicle. After going to the manager Mr. Ramakant and explaining the whole situation to him I got the answer "What can I do" from him which was totally unexpected. After the accident repairing only the footrest was remaining which was not in the stock so they told me that they will inform as the part arrives in the workshop. To avoid the time and fuel wastage I first confirmed the availability of the spare before visiting the service station with Mr. Ramakant and he confirmed that I can come for replacement activity. But still it was of no use and now I am told to wait for another week. This is not my first bad experience with your service but I ignored before when my number plate was damaged during the regular servicing but the same thing is continuously repeating and my patience level is exhausting. I bought Dominar with very high expectations but now I am regrating on my decision. This type of experience was not expected from a brand like Bajaj. Sorry to say but I don't think I can recommend anyone to go for a Bajaj vehicle in future if this type of service is provided. Request you to look into the issue and help me with a solution.

In this regard I inform you some body has stolen digital/ Trip meter rubber ( front side)- snap sort has attached for your records & also Digital meter speed not exceed go above 65 KMPS.
                                In this Regard I have checked many times with Bajaj service center - they talk the Digital/ Trip Meter Rubber is not in his stock & Bajaj company or any other company vendor has not manufactured the Digital/ Trip Meter rubber.
                                I am very surprised how Bajaj company has talked these type of words. If they sale the 2 wheeler then how they arrange the Digital/ Trip Meter Rubber at time of manufacturing.
                                I have check many complaints in YouTube or other site against these type of issues. Still these issues are not resolved from Bajaj company end. Due to all these, customers satisfaction level is zero.

                                So Please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                  I just want to bring you notice that one of the Bajaj services center is not responding properly they even don't care about customer values.

                                  one month back i have visited Bajaj service center and they have told me battery is not recharging and for that they have ordered part to trouble shoot the issue it has been a month no one is responding properly till now no part came they has wasted one month of time till now issue is not resolved.

                                  Note: I will not recommended to purchase any product of Bajaj even in future because of this worst response.
