Dear sir/Madam,
There is start problem and engine has gone slow while driving since I have purchased my pulsar 150 bike. I have visited number of times to your service center but still this problem is not solved. I have spent much money for this also . I often being cheated by your service center . I have visited two times in this month for this problem but yet not resolved this problem. I have gone depressed for this problem

Please do something.

    Dear team,

    Today I had done the service of my Bajaj CT 100 from kaviraj bajaj.
    Totaly worst service done by the team the things whichever not been asked to do they have done that.
    But what was the actual problem smoke is still persist with the vehicle.
    Please look into the matter otherwise I will escalate this to social media platforms regarding the worst service done by the kaviraj bajaj Marathahalli banglore.

        Sir, I surrendered the vehicle No TN38 CM 4781 to Bajaj Auto Finance Branch Manager, Mr. Prakash S his mobile number is [protected] on 17/09/2019. At the time of surrendering it was told to me that this loan will be closed as I am surrendering the vehicle, but the loan is still active and Bajaj is asking me to pay loan or surrender vehicle. As I have already surrendered the vehicle in 2019, how can I surrender vehicle again. I wrote to Bajaj customer care, Bajaj Head customer care, Bajaj Nodal officer, but none of them has responded or provided as solution yet. My CIBIL and my wife's CIBIL is severely impacted by this. I humbly request to provide me a solution. The Bajaj employees have done some fraud by collecting the vehicle from me and sold to somebody else without the knowledge of BAJAJ and I am suffering for their crime. Kindly help. I am attaching the surrender letter provided to me on 17/09/2019 with this complaint.

            Hello, myself Amol Patil & I am a Bajaj customer for the past 2 years. Today (16/06/2022) I visited Garve Bajaj Wakad for my Dominar 250 bike footrest replacement which I was told will take place today by the service manager himself. There was a small accident which I met a couple of weeks before due to which it was damaged. On arrival I was told to wait for some time which was totally normal, but after an hour an employee comes to me asking to come the next day as they were unable to find the footrest in their store which was very annoying ask. But then I requested to wait for some more time as already 1 hr was wasted. So finally, after almost 2 hrs footrest was found which was of a different colour which I refused to install as it will not suit my vehicle. After going to the manager Mr. Ramakant and explaining the whole situation to him I got the answer "What can I do" from him which was totally unexpected. After the accident repairing only the footrest was remaining which was not in the stock so they told me that they will inform as the part arrives in the workshop. To avoid the time and fuel wastage I first confirmed the availability of the spare before visiting the service station with Mr. Ramakant and he confirmed that I can come for replacement activity. But still it was of no use and now I am told to wait for another week. This is not my first bad experience with your service but I ignored before when my number plate was damaged during the regular servicing but the same thing is continuously repeating and my patience level is exhausting. I bought Dominar with very high expectations but now I am regrating on my decision. This type of experience was not expected from a brand like Bajaj. Sorry to say but I don't think I can recommend anyone to go for a Bajaj vehicle in future if this type of service is provided. Request you to look into the issue and help me with a solution.

              This is to inform you that I am customer of Bajaj. I have buy 2 wheeler Bike on 22nd August 2020. In this regard I inform you some body has stolen digital/ Trip meter rubber ( front side)- snap sort has attached for your records & also Digital meter speed not exceed go above 65 KMPS.
              In this Regard I have checked many times with Bajaj service center - they talk the Digital/ Trip Meter Rubber is not in his stock & Bajaj company or any other company vendor has not manufactured the Digital/ Trip Meter rubber.
              I am very surprised how Bajaj company has talked these type of words. If they sale the 2 wheeler then how they arrange the Digital/ Trip Meter Rubber at time of manufacturing.
              I have check many complaints in YouTube or other site against these type of issues. Still these issues are not resolved from Bajaj company end. Due to all these, customers satisfaction level is zero.

              So Please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                Hi Team,

                I just want to bring you notice that one of the Bajaj services center is not responding properly they even don't care about customer values.

                one month back i have visited Bajaj service center and they have told me battery is not recharging and for that they have ordered part to trouble shoot the issue it has been a month no one is responding properly till now no part came they has wasted one month of time till now issue is not resolved.

                Note: I will not recommended to purchase any product of Bajaj even in future because of this worst response.

                  I am using 2019 july model bajaj pulsor 150. within 9500 km, two times clutch was replaced in showroom. now again it has issue. i used several other bike like splendor and tvs star city. first time, such issues are coming for my bike. i am fed up of my pulsor 150 bike.

                    Sir maine apni bike green Bajaj NIT faridabad se service karvayi thi aur us time par unhone bike ka half engine ka aur clutch ka kaam kiya tha aur mujhse total kaam ka bill 5000rs liya tha par jab kaam khatam ho gaya to unhone mujhe bike check karne ke liye bola tab maine unko bataya ki bike ka gear fas raha hai aur clutch bhi sahi se kaam nahi kar rah hai to unhone bola ki kuch time chalao sab ok ho jaega aur maine unke bolne se wait kiya par problem solve nahi hui aur jab main unke pass gaya to wo kaam karne ko taiyar hi nahi huye aur ab mujhe paresaan hona pad raha hai maine unki complaint bhi kar rakhi hai par wo meri koi help nahi kar rahe hain unhone okhla main madhur bajaj par meri bike ko transfer karne ko bola hai par wo log parts maang rahe hain change karne ke liye aur green Bajaj parts nahi de raha hai ab aap hi batao meri isme kya galti hai jo main paresaan ho raha hun bike chalane main mujhe bahut dikkat ho rahi hai aur unka owner mr gaurav bhi customer se misbehave karta hai problem ko sunne ki bajaye customer ko dhamkane lagta hai ki kahi aur kaam karao chale jao.

                      We have given our motor cycle to service in RV Bajaj service center in kengeri Bangalore 560060 on 10/6/2022 for 3rd service first they said it's ready for delivery but later they called and informed us that right side shock obserb is broken so being a new bike 7months old how come it's possible and when we checked the shock obserb series are different and when we asked for CCTV photage for our reference they do not have that facility also ...being a service center they should have all these basic nessesories ...our main intension is that problem should get resolved and what ever they made mistake to us they should accept it...

                          I've bought my bike on the 6th of June and now I'm able to see that the coolant oil is leaking this is not what i expected and the response from the showroom was also very poor and I'm totally disappointed with Bajaj. As this is a new bike i need replacement or compensation immediately.

                            भोसरी पुणे में बाइक सर्विसिंग को दी और जब देखा कि सर्विसिंग में क्या होता है तो शॉक हो गया सर्विसिंग के नाम पे खाली दोनो व्हील्स खोले लाइनर घिसे और जोड़ दिए फिर इसके लिए चार्जेस लगा दिए कार्बोरेटर क्लीनिंग के लिए extra charges, air filter/ oil filter/clutch settings/ accelarator को ग्रीसिंग ऑयलिंग ऐसा कुछ भी नही किया और wash करके दे दी बाइक 900 का बिल लगा के बजाज वालो सर्विसिंग में क्या क्या काम करने होते है उसका एक बोर्ड बाहर लगा दो और अपने स्टाफ और मैकेनिक को भी सिखा दो और लोगो को चुना लगाना बंद करो,

                              I had bought pulsar ns 200 on Jan 14 -2022.Nearly 3 Months ago I met with an accident, In that My bike gear lever was got Crashed so I rushed to my nearby show room for changing my gear lever .At that time There was no stock in that show room but I can manage with that gear . Later after a month when i asked the showroom, They reply me that "gear was in stock now You can pay now and change that ". .After i had paid they did'nt tell me that it was a ns 160 gear and placed it to my bike .later whwn i asked to the mechanic and manager they forced me that it was a ns200 gear level but i clearly know the truth it was a ns 160 gear .after that the manager had gave me a assurance to place a correct gear lever on 2 months ago exactly on april.now it was a june still they replied me that there was no stock/spare of ns 200 but I can't know it was a true or not .I still got stuck with my bike while driving .these is a way you are Treating the customers like that ...

                                Sir/madam,
                                I am visiting the adhithya bajaj showroom, somanur, karumathampatti - 641659 for bike Oil change purpose.
                                Date on[protected] Saturday ) evening Time : 5:40pm.

                                My bike is Pulsar 150 DTS-I (ABS) classic.

                                Completed around 39399 km on that time.

                                My complaint is after service oil leakage issues & Oil drain internal thread totally damaged.

                                Un skilled person wrongly mounted.
                                It is a very lethargic work.

                                After going to home, Still next day sunday[protected] morning I am looking oil leaking in ground Area.

                                I am really shocked and try to call showroom, but nobody's attending my call.

                                I really dispoint.

                                I send my evidence photos & video & bill of service details. But no reply for that complaint.

                                The next day[protected], Monday afternoon I am again going to showroom traveling around 50km again.

                                After requesting the manager two days time for repairing work.

                                [protected], thrusday evening full mounting case replaced.

                                Oil leakage complaint solved.[protected]

                                But again new complaint started in[protected] Monday.

                                Oil leakage in engine top side.

                                Really disappointed.

                                Again[protected] Wednesday evening I'm going to that showroom. This problem is not solved properly.

                                Just bike parts removed and small tight for nut to leakaged place.

                                But I'm scary this problem again continues in future.

                                I'm really unsatisfied in adhithya bajaj showroom somanur. No of days wasted.

                                I hope kindly slove the problem permanently & please work properly & hearing the customer satisfaction.

                                Following complaint is starting for after oil changing.
                                * Bike not moving properly after gear change options.
                                * 30km speed only moving in 4th gear.
                                * engine casing and clutch plate not properly mounted.

                                Kindly slove the above problem & I need new Bike.

                                  Mere pass bajaj v15 bike hai or usme current ki problem hai to main service centre leke gaya par unko problem samajh nahi aayi phir unhone kaha bahar dikhayo bahar unhone cdi unit ki problem batai maine service center se cdi lene gaya unke pass nahi tha unhone kaha order par mangwana padega maine order pe mangwaya and maine cdi buy kar liya bajaj auto se par cdi kharab nikla(#fakespareparts) maine unko replace karvane ko bola par unhone saaf mana kar diya abb main kya karu bike bhi inki company ki hai phir bhi kuch nahi kar rahe please help and resolve my problem am in trouble

                                    Poor mileage of 35-38 even after 2 services...very poor ...showroom service saying cant do anything about it...will approach consumer forum if not resolved as i am a average employee and thought of getting a good bike in this range..please help me resolving this problem

                                      As i recieved message from Bajaj auto finance about my loan amount of 4257.
                                      On 03/06/2022.and i already deposited amount in my bank on 30/05/2022.but they not detected..know they arguing your not claim amount. The penalty will be 500.they only have problems with the bank so what should we do ..

                                        Platina 110 H-gear Battery and Self starting Issue

                                        On 05/11/20, i purchase a bike Bajaj platina 110 H-gear. But after 3 months it's battery discharged
                                        completely. They told me that it's
                                        manufacturing
                                        defect and changed it.
                                        But it discharged again. And Now it's
                                        self start system is not working properly.
