I DID NOT GET MONEY RECIPT FROM MR.AJAY HE SAID YOUR CASE IS NOT APORVED SO YOU WILL GET THE BILL ATER THE APROVAL.DUE YOU DELIVER THE VEHICLE BEFORE THE APROVAL AND WITH LOW ADOWN PAYMENT.
EITHER COMPANY IS PLAYING GAME OR THE DEALER TO EARN MONEY
THEN I M SORRY WONT RECOMENT ANY ONE TO TAKE LOAN FROM FAMILY CREDIT.

    This is Kothandaraman i have taken two wheeler loan in Bajaj finance for my two wheeler. Now i have taken decision to pre close my loan.

    For past two weeks i am following with your employees about my pre close of loan but there is no response on my request i am so frustrated on your service.

    I have contact the Sathyaraj & Dhanasekar in this regards. Dhanasekar was supported some where i am dialing sathya he is not picking the call. could anyone respond my request. Let me know any clarification on this.

      and Register No. is GJ.1.DK.5026 registered through RTO ADMEDABAD.Whose Chasis No. 58976 & Engine No. 58829 150 cc. Deler had apruve loan from Bajaj Auto Finance LTD. And I had recieved The certificate of loan agreement to hirer & owner of same vahical Mr. KINNER B.THAKOR REG.nO. GJ 1 DK 5026. Loan proposal no. 418/36302 and certificate issued by Bajaj Auto finance Ltd. 0n Dated 20/12/2005 for compliting loan.

      Bajaj Pulsar — Issue of NOC,give any reply

      Kerala, in 2006 and now i complete the finance with out any due, but thy are saying that NOC will got only after 60 days, I m going to abrod in May last so plz issue the Noc as soon as possible.I also send a mail last week but didnt got any replay

        i have a complaint against bajaj co.
        they have a branch named partap auto india pvt ltd., show room no.is 1074-75, sector 22B chd.
        they sold the bike bajaj discover on my mother's name to someone and when we went to them ..thy said thy will not change d name. how can thy even say that.???????
        how can sch a big company do fraud??????
        just because thy got the full payment in cash...they wrote my mom's name (mrs Shobha) like we are their slaves..
        now we r at risk.
        any mishap can happen.
        kindly take strict action against the company that in future they dnt dare to do sch a foolish thng.for money only thy cant put us on risk.
        really of them..
        freakin non-sense staff.

          my name is chintan chauhan, and i m submitting this campain against bajaj pulsar 200 ns , i buy new pulsar on month of sep. and 5th december it stop working. I took my bike to the service station. i expecting they will contect me within some days but when they don't, i go to the service station for check my bike status. but when i see my bike without engine i m totally shock.

          i writing this compain because i feel i am cheated by pulsar. its almost 1 month my bike is on service station, they remove my bike engine, without my permision,,,

          i expecting here is to give me justice, i want full refund or i don't mind if i get replace my bike. please contect me : [protected]

            I PURCHASES BAJAJ DISCOVER 125 ST FROM MAYUR AUTO PVT LTD DEHRADUN VIDE INVOICE NO-MAP02003299 DT 26.10.2012 BY MAKING CASH PAYMENT OF RS 59940/ VIDE CASH RECEIPT NO-1349.ON THE SECOND DAY OF PURCHASE ENGINE OIL WAS TOTALY LEAKED & BIKE WAS GIVING A IRRITATING SOUND, I TOOK BIKE TO SERVICE CENTRE & RESOLVED THE ISSUE.
            NOW THERE IS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN THE SAME,WHEN THE BIKE IS STARTED AFTER 4-5 HOURS & WE PUT 1ST GEAR IT GIVES A JERK WITH A SOUND & IF BIKE IS STARTED AFTER OVERNIGHT THE PROBLEM IS DOUBLED i.e A SOUND & A HUGE JERK.SINCE THEN I HAVE TOOK THE BIKE TO SERVICE CENTRE 3 TIMES BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS.SERVICE CENTRE HAS NO SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM.EVERY TIME I TOOK THE BIKE TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY TOOK TEST RIDE OF APPROX 6-7 KM & THEN THE PERSON TAKING TEST RIDE DISAPEARS & SOME NEW PERSONS COME & I HAVE TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AGAIN.I AM BEING HARRASSED MENTALY.I AM SERVICE CLASS & ITS NOT POSSILBE FOR ME TO VISIT EVERY DAY TO SERVICE CENTRE.MAYUR AUTO HAS KEPT THE BIKE OVERNIGHT 2 TIMES BUT ISSUE IS UNRESOLVED.

              I am mailing you the photographs of cracks developed in headlight as well as paint peel off in both handles.
              Kindly suggest solution.

              I was totally dissatisfied with the resolution, as I provided my bike at around 12:00 Hrs & I was told to collect it at 5:30 pm.
              I requested them to do that in front of me but they told me that they are short of mechanics, although I have pre intimated them my date & time for head light replacement, they took a long time for that. So I left the workshop after waiting for 30 minutes. I got a call in the evening that A nakka (in hindi) is crack & Headlight will not be replaced.
              I just want to know that I have informed them about the cracks in head light on third service also but there casual reply was Sir abhi to bahut kam hai ise thoda aur ho jane do abhi to warranty baki hai, but that time they didn't told me that if in the meanwhile any one of the so called NAKKA is crack then it will not be replaced, & also which dont have any role in development of cracks.
              I do agree that I fell from bike in october which resulted in minor scratches on silencer & fairing, not more then that.
              The cracks were there april onwards & I do remember in 3rd or 4th service I told service supervisor to write this issue along with paint peel off in handle in job card, & he has mentioned it in that, So was it my mistake that you delayed the replacement saying that abhi to kam hai ise aur hone do.
              I am also doubtful that there are no scratch or crack anywhere near headlight, so there is no chance of NAKKA cracking, so it may be a deliberate step, or has happened while opening of headlight, that's why they told me to leave it & collect it in evening.
              Please tell me that does that NAKKA has any role in crack formation.

              This is reaching top level of torture & mental harassment, when I am fulfilling yur all terms & conditions, getting servicing my bike regularly, Do I have to Go to CONSUMER COURT for JUSTICE.
              One more thing I have also mailed you photos of peeling off of paint in handles, but no body even discussed about that.
              I am having faith in BAJAJ INDIA & hope that you will think practically & please verify details of job card as I have informed them well in time, or do I need to call your customer care fro any issue everytime, then for what servce centres opened for.

                My name is rinku and i have purchased a tv throug loan which is been given by Bajaj leading....The actual cost of the tv is 29000 and we paid around 9000 as dp and the remaining is been given by bajaj...the loan is subjected to 8 installments of Rs 2485 and the transaction is done throug ECS..

                I have paid all 8months of payments but still the bajaj people is saying that 2months of payment has not been received and it is still pending..
                But from my bank Statement its clearing mention that bajaj has been deducted all 8months payments and also they have taken more money from my a/c...

                So kindly help me to solve this prob....

                    Starting problem in Brand new Bike

                    I had purchase a brand new Bajaj Avenger. I am very sorry to say that my decision of buying is useless. On very second day I am facing the problem with Self Start, this is what is happening to the brand new bike after paying whole money in advance.

                    Now last 9 Days I am facing the same problem and now I am fed up and upset with the Bajaj bike and the services of the Bajaj.

                        I purchased Bajaj discover 125 cc on 21 Sept 2012 after 1 month my Gear box got very bad. I came to know that the whole Gear Box is rusted and needs replacement and it may cost around 3000 . I really cant under stand such a reputed company is not Responding to me.

                            I purched my Bike bajaj Pulsar 150 on 26 oct 2011. I went for servicing the Bike today(23oct2012) for servicing at Service Center (Pagariya Bajaj) of Aurangabad .They estimated me the charges Rs.800 for servicing. when i enquiresd them about warranty of 1 year , they said me that no warranty servicing will be provided and i vil be charged for servicing also. Nobody properly answered my questions. Request you to kindly look into the matter .

KYONKI ISKA HANDLE EKDUM BEKAAR HAI AUR KHAAS BAAT KE ISKA HANDLE BAHUT HI HALKA JISSSE TEJ DAUDANE PAR CONTROL ME NAHI HOTA AUR TEJ BIKE CONTROL BHI NAHI HOGA.
                              EK ISKE PLASTIC KE PARTS AUR SABSE BADA ISKA HANDLE JO EKDUM BEKAAR HAI JISSE KABHI BHI ACCIDENT HONE PAR KUCH NAHI BACHEGA.

                                Dear Sir,
                                My bikeBajaj pulsur 150cc model 2011 no.KA19 EC7871 got accedent on 13th june 2012.I placed my bike in GEM motors vittal which is sub dealer of Supreme bajaj Mangalore.They repaired my bike after 3 months after launching a complaint to bajaj customer care, service not proper getting sound everywhere in my bike,which is done after full advance payment Rs.29,879.He dint give any bill to me now it is around 1 month over , owner of showroom Mr.Shankar bhat is absconding he is not coming to showroom I am trying to contacting him daily more than ten times in phone,by going to his shop but I never found him.I suffered a lot and dint able to get bill,I disapointed about bajaj services actually I was fan of Bajaj.I contacted higher authorites but just getting an satisfactory answer we will check that and will try to contact him but which is never happened I think.I request to you to provide the bill urgent.

                                  bike no. : MH12HM 1155
                                  TAKEN FROM : SNK Bajaj Planet,Pune

                                  BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT :
                                  From 1st day onwards some unnatural sound is coming from the bike ( Whenever trying to increase speed )& in the time of Doubling.

                                  I have complaint this on the time of 1st servicing ,But they unable to resolve this Problem.
                                  Even i have shown my bike to B.K.Automobile & OMKAR Service Station & many bajaj service station at Pune.
                                  But they also unable to resolve this Problem & Said That it happened with all New Pulsarr 150.
                                  But i m not totally satisfied with this problem.
                                  It Sounds Like 10 yrs old Bike.

                                    Hello sir, My name Shantharama , I purchased bajaj discover 125ST on dt 8.8.2012 after i appoximately ride 650 km (the bike give 43km mailage) inbetween. The gare rod has become loose , after i had serviced in your service station RAJAJINAGAR VST, I felt unhappy because that if I put the gare it will be very tite and mailage drasticaly came down it will reach only 38 km.

                                    So, I request you to check my Bike once again and rectify what is the exact problem. Please help me in this case, so I can use / ride my bike in good condition.
