BAJAJ XCD — OIL LIAKAGE

I purchased a X CD bike from Royal Auto on 13/01/2008 bearing chasis no MD2DSJBZZPWJ00156 & ENGINE NO JPMBPH02027. On the 7th day itself the oil statrted leaking from the main engine chamber. I went for the 1st service to Royal Auto Itself and was assured that the same will be set right. But again the same problem errupted and again I was assured at the timeof 2nd service that this problem has been set right and will not come again. But I am extremely sorry to say that I am facing the same problem again. I would like to take immediate action on this matter and ask the service department of Royal Auto to talk to me other wise I will go to the consumer form regarding this manufacturing problem.

I have purchased one XCD 125 Motorcycle in June 2008. First time i get 80 to 85 KMPL millage. After first servicing millage reduced to 55 KMPL still continued. Kindly help me, what the correct settings of the Carburettor. Serving time settings was changed by servicing end. Kindly info me.

BAJAJ XCD-125C — NOC NOT RECEIVED YET

Dear Sir,

We are Purchase a Two wheeler Bajaj XCD-125C through Bajaj Auto Finanace LTD(AUTO) on 14.01.08.Reg No.WB42L2609, indtall ment period 05.02.08 to 05.07.09.Our all EMI's were paid.But till date we are not receiving any NOC.Even so many times we are given Request to the call centre.They are provide a request ID no.A0185800 ON 11.12.09.They told us that on 17.12.09 they had been send the hard copy of the NOC by postal.But we did not received till date.Even we checked our Locat post office for this but they told that they have not received such documents.

    manufacturing defect in bike
    honorable court sir/madam
    i bought a pulsar 135 cc bike on 15 June 2012 and since 22.09.2012 i am facing some problems that is not resolved yet when i approached 5 time to dealer and even i approached to the bajaj company dealer took my bike for three time and they did some repair. and still in new bike after getting repairs my bike has same problems and lastly as i contacted to dealer and company many time but didn't get any satisfactory answer so i decided to come here. honorable court please come forward to protect my genuine right and i demand to replace my bike with a new same bike because i think its manufacturing defect and i am facing problem again and again and don't want again and again repairs in new bike ...

      Respected Sir,

      This is to bring in your kind notification that I Praveen Kumar purchased a pulsar 135 ON 29/07/2011 from your showroom Bike Reg. No. DL9SAG6123 , CHASSIS NO. – MD2JDJDZZUCC88019 & ENGINE NO. JEGBUD33574 at F-1/1, Mahavir Enclave , Palam Dabri Road , dwarka . Since the day first , the bike is malfunctioning . It’s indication of Battery low runing continuously . I lodged complaint with the effect they changed the body parts. But even though the problem persisted . The worst effect of the problem come in my view when I had a terrible accident at Kapashera Road. The bike showed sign of Battery low and then Suddenly it stopped altogether on the Running way. I fell down on the road and got hurt. Thereafter I had narrow escape many a time . I can’t explain in words How I felt.Then I had words with Mr. Manchanda the engineer of Bajaj Automobile. He too tried but could not give a conclusive report. Now after so much of harrasment and stress I request the company to pay me accordingly and replace my bike with a new one. with the latter I am enclosing a complete details of the complained I have lodged and hope you will look into the matter positively.

        I have Purchased Bajaj Discover is Jan 2012, It is in Warranty but Manan Bajaj Shahalam Service Center is not giving service properly as per standered. I have given 2 times for the service but same problems are repeating and I am not satisfied for the service from Manan Bajaj Shah Alam, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. So please do needful action and give me an answer quickly.

          I had booked a Bajaj Platina Motor Cycle from Jalandhar to Bhubaneswar along with my sleeper ticket on 08/09/2012 in Jalandhar City.They promise that the bike is definitely come with you.But when i come down in Bhubaneswar i saw,There was no bike. when i asked to the officer of the parsal dept.he said that the bike may be not down from train so u will come after two days.then i had gone to ask about my bike in Bhubaneswar parsal dept.they behave like a bagger.they said that you search your bike in the station is or not.then i search the bike but i am not found that.still today i am not getting the bike.I also dial in 139 five times for the information,they give me one no-[protected].i call in this no ten to fiften time but there is no positive answer,neither attempt the call properly nor answer properly.so please help me for the same.my mobile no-[protected].

            Good Morning

            I had bought my Bajaj two wheeler (DIscover 125 cc Self Start) on 17th of Aug 2012. I had left my vehicle for the First Free service on 11th of Sept (Yesterday) the vehicle was delivered today in the morning and to my surprise i was surprised that the Washing itself was not done and the charges of Rs. 666/- for various things (Oil change, Gasket, 3M petrol tank additive) as they had explained has not been done.

            I then went to the Service Manager's cabin and the person on the Managers' seat told that he is not the manager and he is sitting there on behalf of him, he did not reveal his name.

            The employees of Popular Service Center have put their effort in emptying my fuel of 2 Ltrs & the vehicle is untouched and is in the same condition before i could leave the vehicle to service.

            I am lodging a complaint in the consumer court regarding this.

              I HAD PURCHASED BAJAJ PULSAR 200 NS DATED 17 JULY 2012 , AFTER COMPLLETEING 200 K.MS , THE OIL PRESSURE INDICATOR KEPT ON GLOWING FOR WHICH I TOOK TO THE AUTHORIZED BAJAJ SERVICE STATION , BUT IT DID NOT HELPED , IT AGAIN KEPT ON SHOWING THE SAME INDICATOR , ,TILL THEN I HAD COMPLETED 2000 KMS BIKE WAS DRIVEN AS PER SPEED MENTIONED IN THE BOOKLET PROVIDED I.E 54 KMPH TILL 200 KMS , NOW WHEN I TRIED TO THROTTLE IT BIKE PRODUCED MISSING...

              To the concerned,
              I am R.Navaneetha Krishnan, I had purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 150 cc (TN 38 AC 1462) in July 2005 through Bajaj Auto Finance and completed all the EMI's in the end of 2006 or early 2007 (which I dont remember because I dont have those documents now).
              Now after 5 years I have got a call from your representative that I have not paid the EMI and it is pending ( I got an advocate notice during the loan period unnecessarily inspite of my correct payment of dues). I dont understand why such an activity is done after 5 years, I had paid my last EMI and got the statement of payments even.

              But now I have received a call that still about 4500 is pending, why was this not before?
              The mistake from my side was that I did not push for NOC due to lack knowledge.
              I hope that I may get a solution.

                I Purchase a moter bike (DISCOVER 100 CC) on October 2009 from Shreeram bajaj ghatkopar Mumbai. But I facing a problam for GEAR PROBLEMS, SELF IN GEAR PROBLEM, AVERAGE PROBLEM (48-50), CHAIN COVER SOUND etc., and I camplaint so many times and go for it they solved my problams manually .but after two days my problam as it is .I purches this bike for inly milage purpose but i getting avrage only (20 to 25) only my bike no. is (MH-02 AU- 43) and my mobile no. is [protected]. so please solve my problams as soon as possible.                   Hi,
                  We bought a brand new avenger in June 2012. We met with an accident in 5 th August. Henceforth our bike is in service centre. Till date we haven't got it repaired. Whenever we go to the service centre, answer is same : " We haven't got parts from Pune ". I don't understand the logic. If they can deliver the bike in 2 days time from Pune, why can't they do the same for parts as well ? Is customer satisfaction not important for Bajaj ? Or it's just a problem with Avenger ?

                    This is A.Santhosh Infant Raj.Last September I bought Bajaj vehicle-Pulsar 180 from Haritha Motors,Guduvancheri. Past two months am complaining about the front Alloy but there is no proper response from them. From the first day of My delivery I feel too risky to drive. I was not aware of such problems and even when I leave for service they never took it serious,and even past two months when i take My bike to their center, they just give some improper reasons and returning the bike. I personally feel so bad and unsatisfied with their service. I literally feel there is no technical support, no performance and no customer satisfaction. As I could reach some other service center ,I came to know the real problem and solution.so kindly asking you to note this and no such cheating/carelessness should happen anymore.

                      Dated on 1/9/2012 I had to wait for a full day to return my bike.but at the time of receiving I found that they did nothing with my bike other then polishing and oiling and when I asked them to do so they all tried to conveys me that they had done everything with the bike.
                      when I argue with them they tried to pull me out and use some abusing words that I Wont unable to say.

                        I have purchased a two wheeler on public Auction conducted by the HDFC Bank, Dabagarden Branch, Visakhapatnam, during March, 2009, and I have paid an amount of Rs.28,530/ on their demand, and they gave the release order. I have spent about Rs.10,000/0 for getting the vehicle road worthy. Since the day of purchase the two wheeler, I am requesting the Bankers to issue NOC, Though eight months past., they are telling that the NOC Will be isue in two to three days. In some times, they are telling that they cannot give the NOC. I have also lodged the compliant with Grievence cell of the HDFC Bank. Form there also I am receiving the same reply.
                        In this context, I am to state that the Branch Manager asked Rs.5000/0 as bribe. I am not interested in bribing him. I request kindly to give suitable suggestion to me to take further necessary action

I got my bike repaired at devli(ambe service center). I am highly disappointed with your service. Respond me whatever you can do? and when i am expected to get my money.

MR GANESH WAS INCHARGE FOR THE SAID SERVICE. ON DUTY OF SERVICE HE ADVISED ME TO PURCHASE THE SHOCKUPS OF BAJAJ AUTO, FOR SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE BIKE. THE SAID PRODUCT COSTED ME APPROX RS 2000/-, WITH A GUARANTEE OF MIN 6 MONTHS. BUT THE SAME STARTED GIVING ME A PROBLEM WITHIN 18 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. ON VISITING THE SERVICE CENTRE WITH THE GRIEVANCE FOR THE FAULTY PART GIVEN, THEY CHANGED SOME SETTINGS WITH AN ASSURANCE THAT I WILL NOT FACE ANY PROBLEM FURTHER.
                            BUT NOTHING CHANGED IT WAS STILL THE SAME, I WENT FOR A SECOND OPINION TO ANOTHER SERVICE CENTRE WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE SHOCKUPS GIVEN WAS A FAULTY ONE AND COULDNT BE REPLACED.
                            I ONCE AGAIN VISITED KANCHAN AUTO PVT LTD,ON[protected] VIDE JOB CARD NO 9711 WHEREIN THEY INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS NO GUARANTEE FOR THE PART IE THE SHOCKUPS INSERTED/

                            I REALLY CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON, BEING AN AUTHORISED DEALER OF A BIG NAME IE. BAJAJ AUTO SERVICE, THEY ARE OFFERING SUCH RUBBISH SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMER IS A REALLY SHAME ON THE COMPANY'S NAME. I HAVE WAISTED NOT ONLY MY MONEY (ON SERVICING & ON PARTS), BUT ALSO THE TIME AND ENERGY ON GETTING THIS THING SORTED OUT. IS THIS HOW BAJAJ AUTO SHOULD BE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS? AND ARE THESE DEALERS REALLY RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY TO KEEP INTACT THE PRESTIGE OF BAJAJ AUTO.
                            I AM REALLY NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE GIVEN AND THE UNWANTED TALKS THE DEALERS GIVE TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS JUST TO INCREASE THEIR COMMISISION. I REALLY WANT TO GET THIS ISSUE SORTED, AND MY MONEY BACK. ALSO THE COMPANY SHOULD BE REIMBURSING ME WITH THE DAMAGE WHICH HAS CAUSED TO MY BIKE DUE TO THE INSERTION OF THE SHOCKUPS.

                            THESE SHOCKUPS WERE FAULTY TO THE BIKE BUT FOR ME IT HAS REALLY SHOCKED ME UP TO GET SUCH KIND OF SERVICE FROM AN AUTHORISED DEALER OF BAJAJ.
                            I WANT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DEALER MENTIONED ABOVE. AND ALSO APPEAL THAT THEY SHOULD PROVIDE ME WITH AN ORIGINAL PART ALONG WITH THE REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE EXPENSES THAT I HAD TO BEAR TO REALISE THE FAULT.

                              It has to be brought under your notice that i have submitted my bajaj pulsar 220 mh02 cu 0284 for the service in one of the bajaj service station at andheri west (Sai care). It was really a pathetic experience i had with these people, as they made scratches on my bike its just 2weeks older.
                              I am riding my bike for last 2 weeks there are no marks on my bike but i had just given my bike for the service just for 3hrs, they had made certain scrathes on the front. Now they r not confessing their mistake & saying that i had done it.

                                engine noise problem is not solved by service

                                after that again workshop doing engine work and change block piston in july,12 .
                                i am very shocked to see the poor service level of the workshop, they change ring piston three times, it means workshop often used duplicate parts
                                thats why engine started creating problem in every six months.after that i am facing engine problem that means bike had manufacturing defect but no one helped me.
