Hi,
We bought a brand new avenger in June 2012. We met with an accident in 5 th August. Henceforth our bike is in service centre. Till date we haven't got it repaired. Whenever we go to the service centre, answer is same : " We haven't got parts from Pune ". I don't understand the logic. If they can deliver the bike in 2 days time from Pune, why can't they do the same for parts as well ? Is customer satisfaction not important for Bajaj ? Or it's just a problem with Avenger ?

    This is A.Santhosh Infant Raj.Last September I bought Bajaj vehicle-Pulsar 180 from Haritha Motors,Guduvancheri. Past two months am complaining about the front Alloy but there is no proper response from them. From the first day of My delivery I feel too risky to drive. I was not aware of such problems and even when I leave for service they never took it serious,and even past two months when i take My bike to their center, they just give some improper reasons and returning the bike. I personally feel so bad and unsatisfied with their service. I literally feel there is no technical support, no performance and no customer satisfaction. As I could reach some other service center ,I came to know the real problem and solution.so kindly asking you to note this and no such cheating/carelessness should happen anymore.

      Dated on 1/9/2012 I had to wait for a full day to return my bike.but at the time of receiving I found that they did nothing with my bike other then polishing and oiling and when I asked them to do so they all tried to conveys me that they had done everything with the bike.
      when I argue with them they tried to pull me out and use some abusing words that I Wont unable to say.
      I had to pay them full payment of bike service But I m not satisfy with your service It was my worst Experience I ever had.

      With reference to the above, I have taken a two wheeler loan from your esteemed organization, and I would like to thanks to your kind good self and co-operation ,

      As per the above, I have cleared all my loan (principal amount) and I also paid some late payment by cash along with bounce charges, but now I am not able to pay the dues and penalties which you have charged, so I request your kind good self , kindly waive off my over dues (Extra charges) , if any principal amount will balance I will pay and clear the payments.

        I HAVE BOUGHT TWO WHEELER FROM BAJAJ AND LOAN AVAILED FROM BAJAJ FINANCE WHICH HAS BEEN CLOSED IN THE MONTH OF 2009 BUT THE NOC FOR THE SAME IS NOT RECEIVED FOR THE SAME .         Dear Sir:
        I have purchased a two wheeler on public Auction conducted by the HDFC Bank, Dabagarden Branch, Visakhapatnam, during March, 2009, and I have paid an amount of Rs.28,530/ on their demand, and they gave the release order. I have spent about Rs.10,000/0 for getting the vehicle road worthy. Since the day of purchase the two wheeler, I am requesting the Bankers to issue NOC, Though eight months past., they are telling that the NOC Will be isue in two to three days. In some times, they are telling that they cannot give the NOC. I have also lodged the compliant with Grievence cell of the HDFC Bank. Form there also I am receiving the same reply.
        In this context, I am to state that the Branch Manager asked Rs.5000/0 as bribe. I am not interested in bribing him. I request kindly to give suitable suggestion to me to take further necessary action

        Pulsar — regarding insurance money and replacement of parts

        My claim no. is1-77u6ww. First of all the leg guard that was replaced is getting off its steel polish, second the disk plate that was changed is also old. I got my bike repaired at devli(ambe service center). I am highly disappointed with your service. Respond me whatever you can do? and when i am expected to get my money.

            I MR. SAIDAS KAUTANKAR, RESIDING AT DOMBIVLI. THANE HAD GIVEN MY PULSAR BIKE FOR SERVICING TO KANCHAN AUTO PVT LTD, PLOT NO A/129, OPP SAVTRI BAI PHULE AUDITORIUM, MIDC,DOMBIVLI (E), TEL NO -2449861/6509861, WHICH IS AN AUTHORISED DEALER OF BAJAJ AUTO SERVICES ON[protected] VIDE JOB CARD NO AA00454490. MR GANESH WAS INCHARGE FOR THE SAID SERVICE. ON DUTY OF SERVICE HE ADVISED ME TO PURCHASE THE SHOCKUPS OF BAJAJ AUTO, FOR SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE BIKE. THE SAID PRODUCT COSTED ME APPROX RS 2000/-, WITH A GUARANTEE OF MIN 6 MONTHS. BUT THE SAME STARTED GIVING ME A PROBLEM WITHIN 18 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. ON VISITING THE SERVICE CENTRE WITH THE GRIEVANCE FOR THE FAULTY PART GIVEN, THEY CHANGED SOME SETTINGS WITH AN ASSURANCE THAT I WILL NOT FACE ANY PROBLEM FURTHER.
            BUT NOTHING CHANGED IT WAS STILL THE SAME, I WENT FOR A SECOND OPINION TO ANOTHER SERVICE CENTRE WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE SHOCKUPS GIVEN WAS A FAULTY ONE AND COULDNT BE REPLACED.
            I ONCE AGAIN VISITED KANCHAN AUTO PVT LTD,ON[protected] VIDE JOB CARD NO 9711 WHEREIN THEY INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS NO GUARANTEE FOR THE PART IE THE SHOCKUPS INSERTED/

            I REALLY CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON, BEING AN AUTHORISED DEALER OF A BIG NAME IE. BAJAJ AUTO SERVICE, THEY ARE OFFERING SUCH RUBBISH SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMER IS A REALLY SHAME ON THE COMPANY'S NAME. I HAVE WAISTED NOT ONLY MY MONEY (ON SERVICING & ON PARTS), BUT ALSO THE TIME AND ENERGY ON GETTING THIS THING SORTED OUT. IS THIS HOW BAJAJ AUTO SHOULD BE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS? AND ARE THESE DEALERS REALLY RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY TO KEEP INTACT THE PRESTIGE OF BAJAJ AUTO.
            I AM REALLY NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE GIVEN AND THE UNWANTED TALKS THE DEALERS GIVE TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS JUST TO INCREASE THEIR COMMISISION. I REALLY WANT TO GET THIS ISSUE SORTED, AND MY MONEY BACK. ALSO THE COMPANY SHOULD BE REIMBURSING ME WITH THE DAMAGE WHICH HAS CAUSED TO MY BIKE DUE TO THE INSERTION OF THE SHOCKUPS.

            THESE SHOCKUPS WERE FAULTY TO THE BIKE BUT FOR ME IT HAS REALLY SHOCKED ME UP TO GET SUCH KIND OF SERVICE FROM AN AUTHORISED DEALER OF BAJAJ.
            I WANT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DEALER MENTIONED ABOVE. AND ALSO APPEAL THAT THEY SHOULD PROVIDE ME WITH AN ORIGINAL PART ALONG WITH THE REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE EXPENSES THAT I HAD TO BEAR TO REALISE THE FAULT.
            KINDLY TAKE THE SAME ON THE RECORD AND ATTEND THIS CASE AT THE EARLIEST AND OBLIGE.

              It has to be brought under your notice that i have submitted my bajaj pulsar 220 mh02 cu 0284 for the service in one of the bajaj service station at andheri west (Sai care). It was really a pathetic experience i had with these people, as they made scratches on my bike its just 2weeks older.
              I am riding my bike for last 2 weeks there are no marks on my bike but i had just given my bike for the service just for 3hrs, they had made certain scrathes on the front. Now they r not confessing their mistake & saying that i had done it.

                engine noise problem is not solved by service

                I purchased my new pulsar bike from bajaj on 13.04.2012.After that Bike has been replaced due to engine noise and chain sprocket problem on 18.04.2012. In that bike also problem is there such as carburetor overflow and Engine noise. They had replaced carburetor and told me engine noise will be arrested in First Service. But after first service also engine noise problem is not solved.Then I have consulted my mechanic he had told me crankshaft...

                I had purchased a discover 135 on July on 26TH from Auto Sales Scooter (18 A Kanpur Road Civil line Allahabad-211001)
                where i had purchased taken a extended warranty with insurance and registration from dealer.

                but today I went to Service center where my bike is repaired (engine block change)with Rs 3290 Rs. there I show my extended warranty card, they tell me that there is no any entry of your extended warranty.
                so please suggest me what to do for this that I had paid for extended warranty the receipt is attached

                In july,2010 workshop doing engine work and change block piston and workshop doing again engine work and change block piston in dec,2011,
                after that again workshop doing engine work and change block piston in july,12 .
                i am very shocked to see the poor service level of the workshop, they change ring piston three times, it means workshop often used duplicate parts
                thats why engine started creating problem in every six months.after that i am facing engine problem that means bike had manufacturing defect but no one helped me.

                if the bajaj parts is serve only six months ,it means bajaj should close his business. also bajaj is cheating with consumer as i took a extended warranty

                        I SAHIL MADNANI purchased my pulsar 150 saffire blue color on 28th september 2014 and my bike number GJ-01-SP-4072 from Ahmedabad Naroda Patiya branch and Now when i gave my bike for servicing in MANAN BAJAJ SHAH-E-ALAM AHMEDABAD BRANCH.

                        I have complained regarding vibration in steering after servicing i am not satisfied with this service as vibration is still as it was.

                        As per my talk with MR.ANSHUL CHAURASIYA THE SO CALLED GENERAL MANAGER OF YOUR COMPANY.

                        HE IS NOT IN POSITION TO REPLY ME IN PROPER WAY NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO? WHERE SHOULD I GO?
                        KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND LET ME KNOW FURTHER.

                          I lost my bike in the Oct. 2011, at that time I did not have any information about Engine Number and chasiss number so Geeta Colony police didn't registered any FIR. Now I have full information. Kindly help me in this case

                            We purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 in September 2011.There were 3 free service and 1 year warranty of spare parts.We have done our 3rd service on 2nd week of May 2012.In the month of June there was complaint of leakage in block piston,probably oil seal was broken
                            We went to Suryoday Bajaj Mira rd from were we had purchased our Motorcycle.Sales manager of service center informrd us that this will not be covered in warranty.we argued that as the motor cycle is under full warranty till September 2012,it must be rectified free of cost,including the labour charges,but the sales manager replied rudely that if you want to do it at our service center you will have to pay for this.When ased about the estimate he replied that no estimate can be given without opening the engine.
                            This type of behaviour on the part of Suryoday BAJAJ is certainly going to hamper the the sale of bajaj auto in near future.No doubt the product is very good without proper service backup product will lose it acceptablity.It is nt only me but there are many dis satisfied customer due to poor service back up.

                            Pulsur-150 — Regarding Bike Service.

                            I was dithched at your authorized service centre (Deewan Bajaj, Okhla) who offerd me a deal of teflon coating with four free services in 400 Rs., but when I visited him at the time of third service he levied one additional condition that the service( teflon coating) is valid for six months only.
                            I was not expecting such a maling deed at an authorized service centre and definitely such type of cheap activities will harm the goodwill of BAJAJ.

                            pulsar150 — Bad service of manager

                            There are very bad service of selling bike in alambagh branch.
                            there are no management becoz manager is not responsilble person.
                            the rate of bikes is different than other showroom .

                            i am murthy b.v.v bought my pulsar 150 at DJM MOTORS, rajahmundry, andhrapradesh. i was facing problem with my bike service every time i give it, from first sevrice i was unsatisfied with their service. recently i gave my bike for my 2nd paid service to check my bike and do service for the required in which i was charged rs.693(six hundred and ninty three) for complaints for the below mentioned. paid service-250 rs engine oil-260rs polish-20rs swing arm greasing-100rs spring switch break-3rs seal oil-19rs non tax-22rs misc charges 40rs i paid the cash of amount 693.rs to DJM MOTOR, RAJAHMUNDRY. for their service under job no.008118 and issue no.015261on[protected] later again i faced the problem with my bike, the whole petrol was leaked out and i was stooped in my way 5KMs from my town. i was helpless and was made to push my bike all the way. next day i took my bike to the DJM MOTORS where i got my service. they did a quick repair and gave my bike on 013. but i was unsatisfied with them. again my bike started to trouble meby stopping and making different sounds i gave my bike again on[protected] and recieved it on[protected]today) my bike was kept for more than 6 long days with them and i was billed amount for new complaints and spares like cone kit, fork bend, chain kit, holder fork, coupling rubber, lever for cl-swit and others and billed me rs.2500 under job no.008451. when i went to service manager i got a very irrespective behaviour from him. i asked him why i was not done a genuine srevice when i gave for my 2nd paid service 20 days ago? why these complaints were not resolved before when i gave for 2nd paid service. why my bike was kept for more than 6days in showroom? i also asked for the complaint book to write my complaint but the staff was no responsible with me. so i was complaining in grahak seva. as i face loss of time without my bike, loss of my peace of mind due to the unsatisfactory service. i need to get my genuine serevice free of cost immediatly, and desired punishment for the staff toward their behaviour.

                                purchased Bajaj platina 100 CC in may 2012
                                . . I was assured an average of atleast 85 kms. was told you will get the average after 4th servicing. I am still getting the mileage at 48-53 Kms. I would like to know What I need to do legally (In case the problem is with bike). What I need to check or take care of to get the average ?already check the bike to service station 3 times

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar Dtsi some time in the month of February, 2012 from one of famous authorized dealer M/s. Patni Automobile, Nagpur.
                                  Company providing 3 free service to the new vehicle purchase by customers. '
                                  During availing free services of authorized dealer, they are charging for oil, battery chargingg, policing the vehicle. this is nothing but false commitment given by the company while purchasing the vehicle.
                                  They not clarified initially the hidden charges behind the scheme of free servicing.
                                  The company had not providing the engine oil in new bike, and within in one month from the purchase of bike during first servicing they are chargingg Rs. 400/- for oil.
                                  This is unfair practice adopted by the authorized services station.

                                  Kindly look into the matter. Issue some guidelines in this respect.
