This is Abhilash I use ur premium bike Dominar 400 as of now it is one year of experience with ur Bajaj company i give 0(zero) on service there is no seriousness in work there is no responsibility ntng one of the waste company i never seen In 1 year of experience till date i dint get any call from your side regarding the service
While I pursing vehicle u guys said we will call and inform about the service but no call till date at...

I have purchased NS 200 on dtd 11-04-22 from RM Motors, Rourkela but didn’t receive RC book. The sales man mr. Bapi told me that within 15 days you will get your RC . But its been 1 month I didn’t receive it.Now he is not picking up my phone call. Is this the service you give to your kind customers.
Kindly do the needful and necessary action.

I was travelling from Katraj to Pune station on 7th of May. When I reached the Pune Camp area I saw smoke coming beneath the fuel tank and parked the bike. Suddenly the bike caught fire, I was not able to do anything and my bike burnt into ashes....

Byjus consular enrolled us in the education system of my child and told that we can cancel it after 15 days but no one is answering after that for cancelation I have messaged And called them a lot of times but they are
Not giving answer not even on customer care they have started EMI on my husband's name and are not canceling now...

I am Vishal Pandey, i have buy new pulsar n250 from the day one it is causing some sound issue. I have contact suryoday Bajaj service centre in mira road like 4 to 5 time I have submitted my bike for 1 day first, 4 days at second time and now they are asking to keep my bike for 10 days. They say they don't have require parts for my bike. They have ordered it will take 7 to 8 days.

I am Rebish K.R, my complaint is regarding the quality of service provided by PIONEER BAJAJ SERVICE CENTRE, JPN ROAD, KANNETTUMUKKU ROAD, THYCAUD TVM. On 05th April 2022 Morning, I gave my motorcycle Bajaj Pulsar 180 (KL08AQ1399) for paid periodic service and I received it back on the same day evening.

Then starts the series of problems. The next day I lost both the brakes and on 7th April...

My daughter was enrolled on february 2022 by coimbatore centre mr. Gowtham.

He was in hurry and asked us to share OTP S and didnt give clear instructions about the product. He forced us by saying offer is getting closed today you will miss the offer etc.. and did some malpractice through online registration.

As per his statement we can discountinue the course within a month..and no more payment will be asked.we...

I purchased new bike plusar 150 standard in Gayathri Bajaj showroom located at palasa, srikakulam dist, Andhra Pradesh. I pay the total amount, but show room owner didn't provide helmet, bike seat cover, body cover. I didn't understand helmet i mandatory but not provide at time of purchasing. please consider my request and provide helmet and other accessories.

I had submitted my vehicle ( Bajaj Avenger Cruise 220 ) KL-22-H-8873 for servicing at the Royal Bajaj service center at Nattakom, Kottayam, Kerala on 19th Mar 2022. The main issue being the fuel leakage from the bottom of the engine.

The servicing or repairing was completed on 21st Mar 2022 and I picked up the vehicle on 25th Mar 2022. The service cost was ₹ 1, 670 /- [ Invoice no. SIKG/6420/2122 ].br...

My bike NS200 (Under warrenty) MH49 BS3960, has a serious issue the engine gets failure in the way while riding, and bike doesnt start. I left the bike at service center on 14th April 2022, now it's almost 2 weeks but bike is not repaired yet.

When called or visited, they answer that they need to add a new fuel pump but they do not have the fuel pump available at the centre. and their vendors are making delays with the supply....

So that I went my where I purchased for bike in showroom same show room only I am asking spare parts intially he tell spare is thire I will give.
But I have own bike gaurage I plan to buy doom in geniun part in show room replace with my gauarge but he tell not given spare for outside but what is use of this if not...

I had taken a Vehicle loan from Bajaj auto in the year of 2007. I paid the loan and I remember I also got the NOC but unfortunately I had not submitted the same to the RTO. Now I need to renew by RC but they are asking for the NOC. I tried reaching the Bajaj team but they are asking for the loan which I fogot. Bajaj Auto debit 2988 from my ICICI account from last 3months(Every month of 2nd), I don't have any loan with you till date. 2 years back also I had a same issue, when I asked them its typo mistake. Without my permission and any loan with you how you are auto debuting money from my account. I am attaching my account statement screen shot here. Hope I will get response here....
