I have purchased a Bajaj Pulsar Bike DTS-i 150 from my city dealer M/s-R.C.AUTOMOBILE,Near Sanjay Nagar Crossing,Pillibhit Bye-pass Road,Bareilly.Email-i.[protected]@baldealer.com.ph.no[protected].
on 12th july 2010.
From the begining of 1st service of my bike,the engine of bike is not doing proper work.I got it cheked the engine by auth.service center but they never replied satisfactorily and every time they performed service
and assured that the problem will be solved after service.
Sir,
You will be surprised that they have made four services already but to of no effect on my engine problem.
Yet ny bike has run only 5490 km till date.

In this matter, the engineer of auth.service center advised that engine of bike is fitted that's why you should have to repaired it at your own cost wheres they have given two years warranty for replacement of any parts of bike.Whenever i lodged the complaint for giving smoke of my bike, then they used to say that the fuel
being used is not of standard quality.

In the last, I want that the engine should be replaced/repaired at FREE OF COST with extended warranty.

Bajaj Auto — Non Availability of parts
Dear Sir/ madam,I have purchased bajaj bike (Avenger 200CC) in Nov 2007 . On 20th December 2010 engine of the bike was seized and i have given the bike to service auto shop for replacement of the same. Now one part of bike's engine i.e. Gas Cylinder Kit is not available and i am following Bagga Link, Karol Bagh service cell for last 1 month for the same. They have told me that part will be available in next maximum 15 days and they have taken Rs. 1,000/- as advance also. Now again whenever i am contacting them they are saying they don't know how much further time it will take. I have given mail to customer complaint side of bajaj several time but did't get any reply from their side. i am facing lots of difficulty without the bike as my office is around 30 KM far from my home i.e. in Gurgaon. They are still manufacturing Bajaj Avenger but not keeping any stock of spare parts with them, which is in my opinion is very much wrong. It seems they are not bother about the customer satisfaction and just doing bussiness on profit basis.
I am requesting you to please take the matter and do the needful. It will be very helpful for me.
