Respected Sir
I purchased Scooter bearing Chassis No. CMCBLG10921 and Engine No. CMEBLG10961 on 11/11/2004 from Lovely Autos ( Athorised Dealer of Bajab) cost appx. 32000/-. But the spare pars are not available in servicing Center of Lovely Autos ( Bajaj Authorised Dealer). But my scooter certificate is valid for 15 years upto 2019.
So kindly replace my scooter with any other Bajaj Bikes with the deduction of reasonable rate of my scooter. So that i can use your product for my convenience. Kindly do the needful early and obliged.

    I had purchased a Bajaj caliber115 bike in April, 2004 from Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.My loan proposal no .was 572 / 2957 .

    The loan has been paid in full long back as per the PDC's handed.
    I have to sell my bike for which the loan repayment certificate is needed urgently.

      :( My mistake i went to exchange my super TVS byke with Bajaj this people are Thief :eek: Froud :o Cheateer on november 2011 i exchange my byk with pearl motor today on 31/1/2012 the gave me my deliver note after almost 8 visits to show room for asking rc book for confirmation of byke has been transfer d and not used in terrorist activity and i get the ans that take delivery note and go its more then enough and I did not found manager Mr Shridhar in store and the people sitting their are not ready to give his no today after heated discussion the connected call to him but not given his no

      MY BIGGEST MISTAKE OF LIFE IS GOING TO BUY FROM BAJAJ

      This is not enough i have to go garage from show room instead of home as it was giving very bad noise from chain as it has been not fixed properly tires were shaking same because of not fixed properly bajaj cheaters

        Dear Sir,
        I have purchased bajaj discover 125 CC from bajaj maheswari surendranagar on 6th dec 2011. it got serviced once. bt now when i change gear between 3rd and fourth it gets neutral while in speed and sometime neutral in first gear. its risky at all. i complained them and they say its normal thing. there is no problem in bike. its working perfectly. how can it be? while there is problem i m facing in gears. please do needfull to us. at least the bike with the gear shifting problem should be replaced by the company cuz it costs lives not money!!!!!. profiting with the defected bike is not worth of business ethics.

        Hi i have discover 125 cc bike, i bought last year june but i face a one main problem in starting when i bought that bike, problem is when i shift the gear 1st to 2nd gear tow times shift the gear but i complaint many times in bajaj showroom they are says no problem in your bike, but i face this problem anytime please how can clear this problem tell me?

          Bajaj Chetak Scooter — NOT ACCEPTED THE VEHICLE FOR SERVICING

          SIR,
          I had come to popular service for servicing of my bajaj chetak scooter which was not accepted by your officer on duty I would like to know on what basis have you not taken the vehicle for servicing.
          The scooter did belong to bajaj company so, i dont see any reason for u not accepting the same.
          your this attitude has discouraged me and i in future would not like to buy any bajaj bikes or nor will i advice any one else to

          Dear sir,

          I am a owner of bajaj chetak scooter . its manufacturing date is 1997. I have got it re registered and got the registration date valid extended till 2019 ( normally life is only for 15 yrs). Now I would like to get the vehicle insured (third party ) because it is mandatory for a vehicle to have insurance if its to be used on road.

          I have not been able to buy a policy online . kindly help me to get a insurance policy for the scooter.

            I have purchased a Bajaj Pulsar Bike DTS-i 150 from my city dealer M/s-R.C.AUTOMOBILE,Near Sanjay Nagar Crossing,Pillibhit Bye-pass Road,Bareilly.Email-i.[protected]@baldealer.com.ph.no[protected].
            on 12th july 2010.

            From the begining of 1st service of my bike,the engine of bike is not doing proper work.I got it cheked the engine by auth.service center but they never replied satisfactorily and every time they performed service
            and assured that the problem will be solved after service.
            Sir,
            You will be surprised that they have made four services already but to of no effect on my engine problem.
            Yet ny bike has run only 5490 km till date.
            Sir,
            In this matter, the engineer of auth.service center advised that engine of bike is fitted that's why you should have to repaired it at your own cost wheres they have given two years warranty for replacement of any parts of bike.Whenever i lodged the complaint for giving smoke of my bike, then they used to say that the fuel
            being used is not of standard quality.
            Sir,
            In the last, I want that the engine should be replaced/repaired at FREE OF COST with extended warranty.
            Sir,

            Pulsar DTS-i 150CC — Problem in Engine

            Hi Sir,
            I purchased Pular DTS-i 150 CC in September 4th, 2007. But I am not satisfied with this vehicle, after 2nd service.
            Unusual sound from engine, vibration while riding at normal speed, problem with indicator censors.
            15 days back I went for 4th servicing, I told about these problem, but I did not satisfied with servicing, still problems are as it is.

                I have purchased Pulsar 135 LS 1.5 months back. From the beginning of the day, my Pulsar 135 LS has been giving too much problems. I cant drive in 2nd/3rd gear due to the noise from the engine. I have done 1st servicing also from reputed Bajaj service center. I went 4-5 times to SNK Bajaj showroom with my complain. They were not ignoring every time. I have experienced with other pulsar 135 also. That was good. I know there is 1 year warranty, still I am not getting any kind of facility.

                I am the valued customer of Bajaj since last 7 years. This is 3rd time I owned the Bajaj bike. This time I really fed up with my Pulsar 135 LS. I am explaining my poor experience in service center. I went to Shree seva service center due to heavy noise from engine and extreme vibration. There should have some technical problem. They were not ready to take up my issue. They asked me to ride their pulsar 135 for testing. I did not seem any problem in that bike. I have tested my friend's pulsar 135 also. But Shree seva was saying every pulsar 135LS has this kind of sound and vibration. They are not entertaining any more. Then I went SNK bajaj showroom. They were entertaining me, but I did not get any fruitful result from them.

                I want to get replaced my pulsar 135 LS.

                  DEAR SIR,
                  I have purchased my pulsar150 on 23rd october 2011 from GEMS BAJAJ showroom Akurdi, Pune. On the second day I went out for a long ride and after returning I found that my right hand was paining badly. I thought this must be because of riding a gear bike after a long time. Three days passed but my hand was still paining after riding the bike. By profession I am an automobile engineer and I am working for Tata motors as a trainee engineer and completing my further studies. After a thorough observations I found that the handle of my bike was slightly vobling. I asked one of my colleague to ride and check my bike if he is finding the same problem. When he started riding the bike he made me sit behind and at a certain speed he left both his hands and in no time the bike started moving towards right hand side. Then I came to know that there was a right hand side pull in the bike and because of this my hand used to pain.
                  On the eighth day I approached the service manager of GEMS BAJAJ, I told him about the problem. At that time my vehicle's running was 320 kms. He told his worker to do the fork allignment and deliver the bike. After fork allignment also, there was no change. Again I went to bajaj showroom and told the manager for the replacement of the bike but they never agreed. For more than 20 days my bike was lying in the showroom. After being unsatisfied with their work I asked for an engineer from Bajaj but even he is not taking any decisions. This engineer told me that they have done fork allignment as well as wheel allignment of the bike and if you are still facing the same problem then it is your pshychological problem. The bike has completed only 1100 kms upto date. Now 2months have passed for the bike and I have to use the same bike without any work done on it. My hand is paining very badly from wrist till the shoulder.
                  Please help me to solve this problem.

                    Name of the Company that i purchased the bike from: Sai Service Agency (B) Pvt. Ltd - Andheri East

                    I'm writing to you after my bike stalled within 2 days of picking up my bike from your service centre for the nth number of time and you should have guessed that i'm not at all a happy customer.

                    My struggle started the day i got my bike home on October 23, 2011 from Sai Services when i experienced stiffness with the gear, the staff at Sai services however buffed/ shrugged off the issue citing this as normal with new bikes and that this should smoothen with use. When the same did not happen and i showed up at the Sai Service centre, the mechanic there worked on the clutch and stated that the issue was sorted without providing me a job sheet for the same (on the basis that job sheets are given for major repairs and this was just some adjustment required).

                    Subsequent to this visit i also started facing issues with the self start where my bike stalled. My regular follow up with them about the rigid gears and
                    self start issue yeilded no result as they refused to entertain the issue stating that its a new gear system and would loosen over a period of time and there is nothing much they can do about it as they couldnot trace any specific reason that may causing the issue.

                    After my 1st servicing (13/12/2011) on my way back home my bike stalled again (the self start refusing to work). With no options left, i dragged my bike back to the service centre where the mechanic acknowledged the issue and as per his statement replaced a magnet in the engine. The issue with the stiffness of the gear system still unaddressed as they assured me that since the bike has been serviced and the gears should smoothen. The bike however refused to show any signs of improvement and stalled completely again a week before christmas. As i reported this there were two mechanics sent to my house the next day. The mechanics landed at my place without any tools, checked my bike with some borrowed tools and started the bike after tightenning the screws around the reverso on the left side of the bike. They assured me that the issue was due to a loose screw on the reverso and it should not give any issue henceforth. As i was away for Christmas i couldn't follow it up any further till i came back. The bike completely stalled on my way to work on 6th January 2012. with much great difficulty i again managed to drag my bike to work. Upon reporting the issue there was a mechanic sent to my place of work where the bike was parked. The mechanic managed to start the bike for me after plugging together some wire which he stated was left unattended (according to him probably ever since we

                    bought the bike). His explaination was that my bike was running on one wire while it should have been on two due to which the tool was tripping causing the self start from not working. The rigid gear issue was still not addressed. The next day as i took my bike to the service centre i cautioned the Service Manager - Sadanand of escalating the issue. He was apologetic about the situation and assured me that the issue would be sorted. I left my bike at the service station for repair and inspection for three days and collected my bike on Monday (P. O. L-323496). I was not given any explanation about the repair work done on my bike. Happy to get my bike back i tried using it praying that it will stall no more. My joy was short livenned as the bike stopped working (The gear got stuck on second and refsused to move on 14th January 2012) and i had to take it to the service station. After much of yelling and arguement i just left my bike at the service centre and walked off. My brother intervened by collecting the bike from them the same day. They had reportedely changed the disc in the gear system hoping to resolve the issue. They were proved wrong as on the way back home the gear again got stuck. As my brother took the bike back to the service centre he was promised that the entire assembly of the gear system would be changed the next day which was a sunday(P. O. L-7283). The needful has been done, however my trial doesnt stop here as it has stalled again today.

                    All i can say about my experience with Sai Services is that - They are Confusing and Deceptive--I wouldn't trust a company who tries to pull the wool over their customers' eyes like this. I have spent a small fortune on this bike. The experience that i have been put through is very traumatic and unnerving.

                    I request you to kindly look into this issue and take immediate measures to sort out the problem as in my humble opinion, this is a complete rip off.


                    PS:- I had tried calling Sai service centre to report the issue late evening (8:15) to no joy. While searching for the an email id to write in across to you I have managed to find a toll free number for Bajaj. I have lodged a complaint with you customer service representative Shashikant Gondhali too -- Complaint number: 95081.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I got my Bajaj Pulsar 150cc Dtsi in the Year Oct 2006 and i like the performance of the bike. But a major problem is the poor service. I have changed almost 3 Service Center and i couldnt find a proper service in any of the service centers. Even they cant find the basic problem like battery, Spark plug also and worst case is if i give the bike for service with minor defect i will get back with another minor problem. I kindly request Bajaj to have a dealer who are well trained in service and who knows to repair

                      Sir,
                      I have taken up the service for my bike plusar 150cc dts i in the Shree Balaji Motors.Still now the fault on "Silencer coupled with Engine area there is an oil leakage".I have given service more than six times, still now they are not rectified the fault.

                        Dear Mam / Sir,

                        I purchase Bajaj Discover 125 CC from Service / Marketing @ Sai Service Station - Phugewadi - Pune 3-4 month back.

                        Immediately after 15 days i found Bike is not working properly .
                        i.e. 1) for long drive i.e. 50-60 kms my leg anad hand getting cramp and numness.
                        2)Saarting Problems everytime
                        3)Big Jerk on starting
                        4)Average giving 40-50
                        5)Fronnt and Rear Shock Absorber i.e. 0 suspension

                        I gave this request to Sai Service Station : Those people said After first service your problems will be solved.

                        After 1st service they showed me average by using their method it was 65-70 PL

                        One day at the time of start driving bike suddenLy petrol got licking from chain pannel and got stuck i.e. not getting started. this was happened with me 3-4 times After showing their authorised center the person told to take bike to SAI SERVICE they will solve problem.
                        After showing them no problems was solved. Again requesting I found these people making me fool not answering / avoiding. After I request manager and Bajaj Responsible person.

                        He assured me problems will be solved. They are saying your problem will be solved after 2nd service its only 3500 kms (for 2nd service - 5000 KMs should be there)

                        I am requesting them to give me new bike im ready to give extra money.

                        I purchased bike because my old bike giving less average. ITS BETTER THAN NEW one

                        ( I think they are cheaating me because : within 15 days i called bajaj service - phugewadi sai service : they asked me to do first servicing before time period / as well asked me to register for servicng: for servicing they asked me within 15 days you are unable to reach register office you hv to pay Rs.2000/- ; I refused to pay I aksed them If i am unable to reach to get VIP no on time its your responsibility to get no by default. I asked get regular no. But from registrn dept. they treated me roudly. after requesting from me to solve problems.)

                        They assured me your problems will be solved. They are saying your problem will be solved after 2nd service its only 3500 kms (for 2nd service - 5000 KMs should be there)




                        FROM LAST 3 MONTH I HAVE SUFFERD LOTS DUE TO THIS BIKE ALSO LOST MY BUSINESS BECAUSE I WASA UNABLE TO REACH AT OUR CLIENT ON TIME.


                        Above no problem ware solved. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS BIKE.

                          Sir,

                          I purchased Bajaj 100 CC bike just a year ago. Since then the bike has developed numerous problem. Although servicing from dealers were done at assigned intervals but the self is creating problems.while driving in busy lane the bike tends to stop all of a sudden in the midway which creates a lot of trouble to the vehicles behind and also a high chance of accident is caused. The bike was tuned number of times but to no avail. The most dangerous thing is that it doesn't have any road grip at all. While driving over a thin layer of sand or during rain, it skids terribly. Fortunately I escaped one major accident yesterday while during drizzling I was driving on VIP road Kolkata. In an attempt to apply brake, the bike skidded and rotated and as a result I fell down of the bike resulting in minor injuries. It is all due to slim/thin and sleek tyres which have fitted on that just like the one we used to see in moped in earlier days. I was very much nervous to drive this bike thereafter.
                          Now I have decided to exchange this bike with a more sturdy and stable one from the same company although. I am afraid that I will have to incur heavy loss for the exchange.
                          I would therefore, request the company to offer some concession on my purchase. Although its mileage and all is satisfactory but the life risk involved in driving it is huge. The company should understand a consumers pocket before marketing such models. After all it is a matter of my life and behind I have so many family members to look after. Just for the sake of saving few pennies on fuel, I can't risk my life.

                            I have purchased PULSAR 220FI DL-6SAB5085 on dated 31/01/2008 from M/s Bagga Link Karolbagh.
                            Since purchased date to till present I've not file any complant from my side.
                            But today I've got a blunder bounce from TCS BAJAJ FARIDABAD.

                            I am woking with R& D Centre of ESCORTS LTD at Faridabad, because of this, as per my feasible time I go to M/s TCS Bajaj Probiking Service Centre Mathura Road Faridabad for servicing of bike.
                            15 days before Engineer of M/s TCS adviced me to change Engine parts(Piston /Rings/Timing chain/Clutch plate etc). At that time Ive told him to check Battery. At the time of delevery TCS assured me the battery is quite well & good condition.
                            After 2day's bike was not starting..... due to Tuesday(weekly off) I've contact to local bettery repairing centre. He told me this bettery is not use full for long drive or off side distsnce, you can run you bike as "DHAKKA PARED".
                            I've contact to TCS... but his Incharge/engineer was not interested to do any thing. I told him that I've changed this battery last year as per your advice & if this is under warrenty period then please change this bettery.
                            The Bike was stopped at my Office, I called to TCS to pick my bike and do the needfull. they picked it with charge of Rs 150/-
                            after 2day when today I contact to TCS, the engineer assured me " Sir apki bike first class condition main hai" after paying the charges of Rs. 150/- when I want to go start the bike.... it was as it is.... after my quistion to I/C one was mooved from that place & onather was laughing & was passing the comments "GHANTA KARLE"...

                            Kindly do the needful

                              I have purchased Bajaj wave scooter in 2006.Now i am facing the problem of getting spare parts especially the Brake cables.The scooter is not being used for want of cables since one month.Kindly arrange to supply the Brake cables.

                                My self Mohammad Azhar has purchased a bajaj platina in the month of June 2011, through your esteemed organization. the regn no of my bike is DL3S CA 3623. I have received temporary RC dated -12/07/11,RC NO.-52445 with authorized signatory Mr.Manoj Kumar,but after 6 month receiving temporary RC I have not collected my ORIGINAL RC. PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS...

                                    I p.suryateja, working in multimediacenter. sir I have puchased a Bajaj Pulsar 150cc on[protected]. (CHASSIS NO: MD2DHDHZZTCF13112) And i have done the all regular services in tanuku,attili. vijay vasavi Bajaj and some services are done at vijay vasavi Bajaj, tanuku. My vehicle silencer is damaged with Rusting& hard beeting.
                                    So I gone to Service centre(vijay vasavi bajaj, tanuku) and give my vehicle for silencer warranty .
                                    The Works Manager has told we cannot give the silencer warrenty . u go to main dealer (eluru) bajaj automobiles and contact the service manager shankar he will give da warrenty so we are not responsible to ur bike silencer warrenty . tanuku bajaj vijaya vasavi mechanics are very poore working n very neglecting to work n very late delivering to general services . iam given to my silencer warrenty 25 days above he will given not response .This is very bad.
                                    Why don, t you give warranty . Another companies(HERO HONDA, TVS, YAMAHA) are give Fully warrenty . I will complaint to consumer court.

                                    HI,

                                    i am Anusuya from banglore, i have taken loan from BAFL for my bajaj pulsar 150cc bike, unfortunately i missed 1 month loan, so that your recovary team by name kumar from shree associates banglore, had talk to me very rudely nd forcing me to pay that amount in the day, but i am not sure he is from bajaj,Bcz he resembles as Rowdy, and i am very much irritated please take appropriate action agaist sree associates banglore(kumar).

                                      I purchased a discover DTSI 125cc from Nabadurga Motors PVT. LTD., Located at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Vide Retail Invoice No:- NM0215 dt:-22.04.2011.One of the nut of my bike’s fuel meter had already slipped . The fuel meter is already out of Order & Chain spoket use to lose frequently and getting damage. I regularly give complaints to the service center of Nabvdurga, Bhubaneswar but it is totally in-vain. I always enquired about the engineer provided by Bajaj Company but they responded that he is on tour. Due to their poor customer service i am totally fed up.
                                      So, kindly accept my complaint and look into this matter as early as possible.
