I purchased a new vehicle MH02CG6533 from Sai Services, Andheri West, Mumbai. After one month, i got it serviced (first servicing) in their workshop situated in Hussaini Auto Mart, Andheri west Near Amboli on 24.07.2011. After getting my bike, i faced a lot of problem, first, the bike is getting off automatically, second, there is no smoothness in driving even after oil change. I went again on the very next day, and told Mr. Dayanand and Kalpesh regarding this problem. They did something and told that now it is ok. Still i am facing the same problem. I had a very bad experience in that service centre, as they have not touched my bike at all.

even after paying for first servicing almost Rs.275/- for oil change, they have not attended it.

Hence, i request you to please initiate proper action.

Even I purchased a new vehicle HP 20 D 1858 from Krishna automobiles, Nangal Road Una, h.p.in Nov., 2010. After one month, i got it serviced (first servicing) in their workshop situated in Una. After getting my bike, i faced a lot of problem, first, the self start was not working, second, there was no smoothness in driving even after oil change. I went again on the very next day, and told works manager regarding this problem. They did something and told that now it is ok. Still i am facing the same problem. I had a very bad experience in that service centre, as they have not touched my bike at all. Later I found out that they were planting chalu batteries in some of the bikes.After three services and nine months passed, my bike sounds like a very old bike and engine has malfunctioned too.Even it is under warranty period but they don't care and demand more money.

It looks like Bajaj is looting people bcoz even after getting money they do'nt work. I am feeling cheated by them.

    We tried getting spares for Bajaj Wave and where ever we try we get a routine answer that no longer spares are manufactured as the Vehicle model was a failure. I have spent hard earned 40, 000 Rs on this vehicle and it is not fair that they stop supporting it. There should be some solution for this or bajaj should take back the vehicle and pay us the value after deducting depreciation.

      Dear Pulsar Representative,
      Myself Pankaj Mahajan i had purchase Bajaj pulsar 150 date on 19/11/2010 from Shiel, Agra. From the very 1st day there was leakage of petrol from carburetor, it was repaired two times but at last I forced them and they changed the carburetor. On same time there was problem in speedometer also after many tries it was not repaired and finally meter was changed. After 1 service the bike has new trouble of air sucking, due to that problem that stopped on the way anywhere. During my 3rd service I companied about the same to the technician. He repaired it and said now this is fine and further you will not get this problem. Unfortunately I am facing the same problem again. And in Sri ved service station nobody is ready to gave me company complaint book. And even service station manager is not bother to take this matter seriously. Now I don’t know too whom I have to ask further. BAJAJ is such a big company and I purchased my bike with lots of trust, at last I have to say that, if BAJAJ Company is manufacturing this kind of bikes, that start giving trouble from the 1 day of purchasing, BAJAJ should look in to their product quality of stop manufacturing.         Respected Sir/Mam,

        My name is Amit, which means Spontaneous. I ve baught my second motorcycle Bajaj Pulsar LS - means Loose Screws???? Am i right.

        Technically; people who have designed Pulsar 135 LS knows very well that the Material; especially screws which are used are all from a very sick material may be a third grade quality. There is china material which is of very low grade as well as the poor quality in the market, like the same is the material used in Pulsar 135 LS.

        Not to be harsh but i am totally satisfied with the earlier product Pulsar 150 which i had earlier. But you guys broke that TRUST. Seriously its not been a year, issues which i am facing is terrible. The parts which made me write all these is the screws and the bolts used in my Pulsar 135 LS - "Loose Screw" i believe. Twice the screws (Two screws and bolts which fit in the head engine block at the silensor's mouth) were broken one by one. Secondly The Nut and bolt which supports the silensor tail & the leg stand was broken after that. Thirdly the bolt which joins the handle bar was broken. Fourthly the battery was gone completely useless in the 8th month, And freshly again one of the Head block screw which connects the silensor is broken. Phew.... now can u understand my problem with the problemetic 135 LS model??????

        Please, now if you can HELP ! me on this.......Coz there is no use speaking with the service guys at the service point at Sai Service Andheri west. Its like banging your head on the wall which is never going to break !!!!!

                Hi my name is gagan , i have purchased bajaj pulsar 180cc in 2010 from rajiv bajaj durgapuri shahdra, since than i am facing problem . The headlamp is not powerful enough so i can ride in night time. I went to bajaj people they always say just go to workshop and show them , when i go to bajaj workshop they say nothing can be done about it. Then after that on 1st service they said you have to buy oil supplement which i denied for but they said u have to take it as it is mandatory, now when i went for 3rd free service bajaj people said that it expired in 240 days from the date of purchase, however @ the time of second free service the service manager commited whenever you complete 10,000 km come for the free service , i asked twice and confirmed @ the time of 2nd free service and he said no worries, whenever you will complete 10,000 kms come to us for the third free service.This is not the service which we expect from bajaj atleast . Please do the needful so it can be sorted out.

                Bajaj Pulsar 180 UG4 — Poor customer satisfaction-

                I purchased pulsar 180 UG4 on 17 Aug 09, from Bagga Link Pitampura, Delhi. Within a month bike started giving problems.I even contacted Mr J.K. Arora (Area Manager Bajaj Auto, Delhi) he agrees that bike is having some manufacturing defect, but says he is helpless.Plz help me i dont no what to do now.

                I HAVE A OWN PULSAR 180 UG4, AFTER 5000 K.M. I FACE MY HANDEL BAR IS SHAKING IN SPEED BETWEEN 65 TO 80 K.M/H.

                Hi I'm prashant from coimbatore. I hav purchased p180 ug4 in middle of 2012.
                I've completed 3 services in same service center. The service is very bad. I asked them to
                service good everytime but its not satisfied. After complete the 3rd sercvice paid the bill. the very next the nuts and bolts are not fitted well in handle and some other parts I'm my bike and tat day itself I've complained to the manager . But they asked me to pay for that. And I don't what to do with this . I need my bike to be serviced well.

                  I have purchased a new bike "Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSI" on[protected], Bike Number "KA41 S 4312. Chassis Number MD2-DHD-H22UCA19199.

                  I have purchased bike from R.V.Bajaj ,#237, Mysore Road , Bangalore 560039

                  I have a complaint of bike getting off in running condition(In trafic while riding). this happend at least 25 times. I have complained the same and given the bike for 5 times now, problem is not resolved,So this bike has manufacturing defect. Now the bike is with Show room.

                  I have given complaint to custmer care and the complaint # is CR-78691

                  As the bike has manufacturing defect I have asked for new bike. But R.V Bajaj representative is telling that he will repair the bike and give the same.

                  Pls do the needful at the earliest.

                        On 27.06.11, went to the dealer Ashoka Bajaj for the waranty claim for both the tyres since both are burst after 4300 kms only. They could not make out the tyre makers. They received the complain. Had to wait for 3 hours.
                        On 29.06.11, they called me again and took some pictures of the tyre with mobile camera, latter with digital camera. Waiting for over three hours.
                        Again was called on 30.06.11, but did not go. The motor cycle is out of service, since both the tyres are flat. Both previous time had to take the bike on ricksaw thella, which cost me Rs.500 each time.
                        Have already lodged the complain on tollfree no. and complain no. is - 78020.
                        Please find the attached photos of the tyres.

                          This is the worst service ever, even on calling the dealer I always get one answer that it is in progress.

                            We like to inform you that last year 2009 we had purchased Pulzar
                            Bike 135CC from RK Bajaj Rajapalayam vide Ref no ( TN 67AX2413).

                            May 26th 2011, we've spaced some problem , that is bike wiring cable was
                            burntout in Thirumangalam Service Station for Andal Motors
                            I spoken to RK Bajaj,rajapalayam baranch Manager Mr Rajadurai, he

                            instructed to advised ,bike should be given in Thirumangalam Service

                            station(ANDAL MOTORS) for serviceable prupose.
                            I had hand over the bike to ANDAL MOTORS.The owner of the ANDAL
                            MOTORS (Mobile No: [protected]) asked

                            to me with in one week we'll be rectified the problem ..
                            After one week called to his , but he told Wiring Kit is not available
                            in Local Market. So we have 20days time for recover the same.

                            I had purchased Wiring kit from Chennai and sent to

                            Thirumangalam Service station and get confirmation(He will asured
                            that rectify the problem with in two days).
                            I have made repeated reminder thro phone to Rajalapalayam RK bajaj Manager and
                            Thirumangalam ANDAL MOTORS Owner but still not response in our
                            end.From last 5days Thirumangalam ANDAL MOTORS Owner not pick my
                            call.Rk bajaj,rajapalayama branch manager says even if your urgency we
                            can't anything .

                            Same time my work is based on bike, In this issue I had suffered and

                            unsatisfied. I had registered my compliant in service station and no is CR 77700

                            Meantime unfortunately I had purchsed new bike 150CCPulzar in the same

                            RK Bajaj,rajapalayam and received Registeration and get the no also TN67AT0465
                            But Still no reply from ANDAL MOTORS Owner and IRRESPONSIBLE answer
                            from RK Bajaj,rajapalayam branch manager(he says that andal motors
                            owner is my relative.I can't give force to him.so you wait.Otherwise
                            you can do anything)
                            Kindly organise and recover my bike from ANDAL MOTORS immediately.

                              Bajaj Company — unauthorized construction

                              Dear Sir/Madam- This is complaint regarding Unauthorized construction going on third floor of building address Block H-5, House no 60, Sector 11 Rohini. Mr Ramesh Bajaj and Mrs Renu Bajaj are constructing unauthorized floor on the building . construction is total illegal as they dont have any building plans , This additional floor is causing structural damage to the building and it poses great threat to other people residing in this building. Despite of our requests they are not listening. Even after repeatedly informing local J.E Mr Meena , he is not taking any action. We have already given written complaints to local counsillor, SHO POLICE, M.C.D office but no action has taken place and work is still going on.

                                I PURCHASED PULSAR 220 JUST ONE MONTH BACK AND THE BIKE HAS FULL OF PROBLEMS. I HAD TAKEN IT TO YOUR SERVICE STATIONS NUMBER OF TIMES BUT THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED YET. ONE OF MANAGER TOLD THAT THIS PULSAR HOSE PIPE PROBLEM THAT IT GETS DISPLACED.                                   I purchased a new Bajaj Avenger 220 from PL Motors.. I purchased it on 2nd June 2011. Seat cover was not available at the time of purchase. Company promised me to provide me the seat cover in a week. But still i am unable to get my bike's seat cover.
                                  Also the company promised my bike's average to be more than 35kmpl. But i am getting average of 20kmpl only.

                                  sub not agree from repair in claim

                                  i had submited my bike on 17/01/2011 for calim my avanger 220.

                                  first my petrol tank repaint on 04/02/11 but color not machated.
                                  and .i recived my bike on 14/02/11 .till my problem not solved again my petrol tank without steekar and color miss machated. and anil shrivastav ne muje kaha ki new india assurance company ke server (om parkash)ne claim repair ke liye pass kiya hai.maine mr.om parkash ji se baat ki to unhone kha ki mere pass repair ka claim aaya tha jo maine pass kar diya hai .agar mere pass new tank ka claim aata to main pass kar dete .to maine anil shrivastav ji se baat ki to unhone kha ki hum appko naya tank dedenge but apko jo repair claim ke 1800 aur new tank ke 4500 de honge to maine om parkash ji se baat ki to unhone kha ki hum sirf repair ya fir new tank ka hi claim pass karege .bus main appse yahe puchna chata hu ki muse ik hi tank ki liye do bar paise dene honge . mere jo barosa bajaj compney tha ab utth gaya hai my email id is ([protected]@ymail.com) plz give aus as soon as possiable

                                  I do agree, they do not provide seat cover and its not available easily in market too.

                                  But mileage is good as per their specification of 35 kmpl. My bike gives 35 kmpl too.

I have full & final settlement from your collection agency Rao Enterprises Rewari near computer market-Dawat Restaurant. recipt of payment detail AF14715785 Rs. 3500 Dt;30.03.2011,AF15551201 Rs3500 Dt31.03.2011,AF14915786 Rs1000 Dt30.03.2011,AF14915784 RS3500 Dt30.03.2011 said that execuitive mr. Sandeep/Mr. Dinesh (RAO ENTERPRISES) with fifteen days you have get NOC. but going two and half month I have not received any Noc. kindly arrange my Noc with during month june-2011 .Already mail your id [protected]@bajajauto.co.in dt: 18th june 2011 but till date not rec any feedback. plz feedback asap other wise I will take help consumer court next month

                                        purchased bajaj platina 2wheeler,awailed loan on august 2007 and remitted all EMI through bank upto september2010.
                                        recieved R.C.Book,hypothication completion and No objection certificates from Bajaj autofinance Edappally office.all these documents given to regional Transport office mattancherry,Cochin.
                                        papers passed to bajaj autofinance pune office on07.03.2011 from R.T.O. mattancherry for confirmation.
                                        Now the 105 th day I am waiting for your confirmation letter,to avoid hypothecation details from my R.C Book of bajaj platina(KL 43 9660)
