On 27.06.11, went to the dealer Ashoka Bajaj for the waranty claim for both the tyres since both are burst after 4300 kms only. They could not make out the tyre makers. They received the complain. Had to wait for 3 hours.
On 29.06.11, they called me again and took some pictures of the tyre with mobile camera, latter with digital camera. Waiting for over three hours.
Again was called on 30.06.11, but did not go. The motor cycle is out of service, since both the tyres are flat. Both previous time had to take the bike on ricksaw thella, which cost me Rs.500 each time.
Have already lodged the complain on tollfree no. and complain no. is - 78020.

    dear sir/madam,
    i purchased a motorcycle, bajaj pulsar 135 LS, on 20th Nov 2010 from Akash Service Center, Hinjewadi, Pune. Its being more that 8 months now but I haven't received my Registration card till date.
    This is the worst service ever, even on calling the dealer I always get one answer that it is in progress.

      We like to inform you that last year 2009 we had purchased Pulzar
      Bike 135CC from RK Bajaj Rajapalayam vide Ref no ( TN 67AX2413).

      May 26th 2011, we've spaced some problem , that is bike wiring cable was
      burntout in Thirumangalam Service Station for Andal Motors
      I spoken to RK Bajaj,rajapalayam baranch Manager Mr Rajadurai, he

      instructed to advised ,bike should be given in Thirumangalam Service

      station(ANDAL MOTORS) for serviceable prupose.
      I had hand over the bike to ANDAL MOTORS.The owner of the ANDAL
      MOTORS (Mobile No: [protected]) asked

      to me with in one week we'll be rectified the problem ..
      After one week called to his , but he told Wiring Kit is not available
      in Local Market. So we have 20days time for recover the same.

      I had purchased Wiring kit from Chennai and sent to

      Thirumangalam Service station and get confirmation(He will asured
      that rectify the problem with in two days).
      I have made repeated reminder thro phone to Rajalapalayam RK bajaj Manager and
      Thirumangalam ANDAL MOTORS Owner but still not response in our
      end.From last 5days Thirumangalam ANDAL MOTORS Owner not pick my
      call.Rk bajaj,rajapalayama branch manager says even if your urgency we
      can't anything .

      Same time my work is based on bike, In this issue I had suffered and

      unsatisfied. I had registered my compliant in service station and no is CR 77700

      Meantime unfortunately I had purchsed new bike 150CCPulzar in the same

      RK Bajaj,rajapalayam and received Registeration and get the no also TN67AT0465
      But Still no reply from ANDAL MOTORS Owner and IRRESPONSIBLE answer
      from RK Bajaj,rajapalayam branch manager(he says that andal motors
      owner is my relative.I can't give force to him.so you wait.Otherwise
      you can do anything)
      Kindly organise and recover my bike from ANDAL MOTORS immediately.

        I am Vikas Srivastava.I bought/purchesed a bike bajaj plusher-150,Date-28/02/2011,Engine No:-DHGBTL22479,Chassis No.MD2DNDHZZTCC38692,Bike No.MH-14-CR-4528 from Rhythem Auto Jagtop Dairy(Vishal Nagar).The showroom is not giving proper services.I have a issue in bike handdile and some others issue.
        I request you that Please resolve this problem .How will resolve that problem by your company side or by showroom side. I am not comfort of riding a bike .

        last one month march 09 from coming drink water supply bad smel water, dirty&mudy water started flowing in pipe.it seems that, sewer line is mixed up some where.

        Bajaj Company — unauthorized construction

        Dear Sir/Madam- This is complaint regarding Unauthorized construction going on third floor of building address Block H-5, House no 60, Sector 11 Rohini. Mr Ramesh Bajaj and Mrs Renu Bajaj are constructing unauthorized floor on the building . construction is total illegal as they dont have any building plans , This additional floor is causing structural damage to the building and it poses great threat to other people residing in this building. Despite of our requests they are not listening. Even after repeatedly informing local J.E Mr Meena , he is not taking any action. We have already given written complaints to local counsillor, SHO POLICE, M.C.D office but no action has taken place and work is still going on.

          I PURCHASED PULSAR 220 JUST ONE MONTH BACK AND THE BIKE HAS FULL OF PROBLEMS. I HAD TAKEN IT TO YOUR SERVICE STATIONS NUMBER OF TIMES BUT THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED YET. ONE OF MANAGER TOLD THAT THIS PULSAR HOSE PIPE PROBLEM THAT IT GETS DISPLACED. I NEED TO TIGHT IT OR THE BIKE DOESNT START. BRAKES HAVE PROB BOTH ARE DISKS BUT OF NO USE. THIS IS MY LAST STEP TO GET MY BIKE PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED OR I'AM GONNA GIVE THIS NEWS TO ANY NEWS AGENCY AND PUT IT ON PAPER.

            I purchased a new Bajaj Avenger 220 from PL Motors.. I purchased it on 2nd June 2011. Seat cover was not available at the time of purchase. Company promised me to provide me the seat cover in a week. But still i am unable to get my bike's seat cover.
            Also the company promised my bike's average to be more than 35kmpl. But i am getting average of 20kmpl only.

            i had submited my bike on 17/01/2011 for calim my avanger 220.

            first my petrol tank repaint on 04/02/11 but color not machated.
            and .i recived my bike on 14/02/11 .till my problem not solved again my petrol tank without steekar and color miss machated. and anil shrivastav ne muje kaha ki new india assurance company ke server (om parkash)ne claim repair ke liye pass kiya hai.maine mr.om parkash ji se baat ki to unhone kha ki mere pass repair ka claim aaya tha jo maine pass kar diya hai .agar mere pass new tank ka claim aata to main pass kar dete .to maine anil shrivastav ji se baat ki to unhone kha ki hum appko naya tank dedenge but apko jo repair claim ke 1800 aur new tank ke 4500 de honge to maine om parkash ji se baat ki to unhone kha ki hum sirf repair ya fir new tank ka hi claim pass karege .bus main appse yahe puchna chata hu ki muse ik hi tank ki liye do bar paise dene honge . mere jo barosa bajaj compney tha ab utth gaya hai my email id is ([protected]@ymail.com) plz give aus as soon as possiable

            I do agree, they do not provide seat cover and its not available easily in market too.

            But mileage is good as per their specification of 35 kmpl. My bike gives 35 kmpl too.

                  recieved R.C.Book,hypothication completion and No objection certificates from Bajaj autofinance Edappally office.all these documents given to regional Transport office mattancherry,Cochin.
                  papers passed to bajaj autofinance pune office on07.03.2011 from R.T.O. mattancherry for confirmation.
                  Now the 105 th day I am waiting for your confirmation letter,to avoid hypothecation details from my R.C Book of bajaj platina(KL 43 9660)

                    I paid Rs.1500 last month for servicing my bike at Kalyani bajaj at Yelhanka in Bangalore. First of all they delivered it in 2 days. Second,they didnt fix themain problem of shockers in the bike and charged me for crap duties such as gas recharge,brake shoes n all...Iam a workng professional and short of time to go back and complain. Upon calling the service centre they are asking for Rs600 more...wtf is this???

                        Hi All,

                        My name is lucky i purchased pulsar 180cc in 2010 , and since then im facing pulsar,s headlight problem. The beam is really low that i cant see anything on the road. In streets it works fine , but on highways and broader roads it is really bad. I tried to speak to bajaj pople and they said they can do nothing about it. I confirmed from many automobile dealers about changing the bulb to improve lighting, but nothing is helpful. Please see what can be done about it

                          I Purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC bike 30 days back. Just after 25 days of purchase, Electric start is not working. I gave my bike for first service and they told me that it is a problem with charging. After one day of service i got the same problem. Horn and lights are igniting on battery but not the ignition.
                          When i took the bike again they told me that there is problem with battery.

                          They are telling that i have to go to Exide battery service center where i have to avail warranty.
                          When i enquired them they want two days to test the existing battery where i should drive the bike without battery. Note : Driving without battery means no use of lights or horn as the coil would burnout(Suggested by Babaj service guys). As it is the brand new bike why should i spend my time wasting days roaming around them and even battery service center is far from our location. I asked Bajaj showroom guys to deal with this where they rejected.

                          Is there any way i can complain about this dejection?

                            Sir/madam
                            I want to bring to your kind attention about the worst experience and harassment happened with me by the automobile big brand of biking i.e. Bajaj. My name is Vikas Verma (24) and am working as Business Devolvement Manager in IT Company in Chandigarh (IT Park). I have a Bajaj Pulsar, DTSi 150 pulsar, 2004 Model. I prefer getting my bike service done from recognized Bajaj service center only.

                            In the month of November 2010, I had gone to Pulsar service station in Industrial Area-S.C.O no-479, Panchkula ([protected])to change my bike’s brake shoes. The guy asked to make a paid card worth rs.695 to avail 5 free services. I have made that paid card for service and paid almost 1100 rs including my repairs and paid card cost. I had successfully got my first service done in December.

                            On 4th June 2011, I had gone for servicing to the same service center. First the guy insisted me to get my engine repaired. The bike is completely fine and I couldn’t see any fault with it. He told me that it will cost me INR[protected]. He asked me to take the bike in 2 and half hours
                            .
                            I went there to take my bike at 4:40 P.M and When I was about to take the bike I was shocked to see my bike lever which was broken. Further to it, when I saw my bike fuel tank, there was a huge dent on it. After inquiring the same from the people there, the result was that no one agreed to their mistake.
                            Rather, they said the complete work was already done before the bike was given to them. Neither had they mentioned anything in the job sheet previously nor was of repair was told to them. The people completely misbehaved with me and my father and didn’t agree to get the things corrected on their behalf.

                            a) When the dent was already there, could they see it before service though it was available clearly?
                            b) In case the dent was made by them, they should agree and get the repair done on their own cost. Why the customer should bear the losses for sending the bike to the service station? Moreover, the behavior and attitude was so rude that I was wondering how the company has such representatives who are exploiting people and spoiling the name of the brand.

                            I want you to take the strict action against them otherwise I will lodge a complaint and go to consumer court. I seek an early action on the same so that the same should not be repeated with anyone else in future.

                                we purchased a bike from east afrika BAJAJ PLATINA..AND after running only 2000 km and five free service not completed till date..even battery warrenty card blank and hence there is no checking of batteries ..and even warrenty /guarantee period time battery vala chrged rs..20/30 for battery checkup..we given a bike fourth service when recvng the bike after service we found that KIK IS NOT WORKING..[BEFORE SERVICE THEY WORK VERY WELL] HE CHRGED OIL+FILTER..
                                AFTER SOME TIME AND LETTER REVD FROM EAST AFRIKA..AND COMPLAIN TO HEAD OFFICE BAJAJ WE ONCE AGAIN SUBMITTED BIKE FOR PROBLEM SOLUTION

                                I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM U THAT I HAD BUYED A BIKE FROM SOCICETY MOTORS -SAKET NAGAR(KANPUR-U.P.)
                                FROM THE DAY FIRST THE BATTERY IS CREATING THE PROBLEM .
                                SIR I HAD MADE MANY COMPLAINTS FOR THE SAME .
                                THE SERVICE MANAGER MR. KS CHAUHAN TOLD ME THAT U HAVE TO VISIT OUR VENDERS PLACE FOR REPLACE THE BATTERY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REPLACE THE BATTERY.
                                PLZ DO THE NEEDFUL & GUIDE ME.

                                    Complaint against Bajaj showroom

                                    I purchased My Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi on11/10/2010 from RAJ AUTO MOBILE G.T. Road ,Mogra, Hansghara,Hooghly West Bengal, PIN- 712148 By the Dealer ROLTA MOTORS VIP road, Narayantala (West) Baguiati Kolkata with cash price(Rs-69840/-
                                    Chalan no-432) but till date they could not give me blue book only life time tax receipt given by them on dated 31/03/2011 and They hackled me to give bike no. They are harassing me when asked for blue book. They could not attend my phone also.

                                    I FEEL THAT I HAVE DONE A HUGE MISTAKE BY PURCHASING A BAJAJ
                                    PULSAR. Please take some action against these hopeless showroom. I hope u will
                                    definitely help us. Bike details given below.

                                      I bought Bajaj Pulsar 180 from Abhinandan Bajaj, Tolichowki. After 2 months of purchase, I found that air is leaking from the front tyre. When I checked it for puncture, there were no punctures as such. When i went to showrrom, they gave me a letter and asked to go to Eurogrip factory in L.B.Nagar.What i want is , i didn't buy tyres directly from Eurogrip, they(bajaj) bought it. So they should get it rectified for me.
                                      Now how I can force them to rectify my problem.Please suggest.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I had bought a bike from Dewan Bajaj showroom in R.K.Puram, New Delhi as of 28th July, 2010. As informed I had submitted all the documents required and as told by the concerned manager(Mr. Jha). I bought the Motorcycle on finance (Bajaj Finance), after submitting the partial amount of cash and finance approval, I was told that the RC would be provided to me after 3 months from the date of purchase.
                                        Now its been almost 10 months that I don't have my RC with me.

                                        I have been paying challans almost Rs 5000 and there is no one to help. Now these people ask me to open LIC policy (which is an extra expense for me) to get my RC.
                                        While I was purchasing the bike no one informed me about all these things, I gave them all documents they asked for and got the bike.
                                        Its been really harassing that I have too take leaves from my office and run here and there to get something done for my RC. I have lodged a complaint with Bajaj reference number is CR- 73307, there is no response from them as well.
                                        I really feel cheated, had it been the case I would have never ever purchased a motorcycle.

                                        I request you to please look forward to this matter.
