Hi, my name is Samie..I bought a new bike.. Bajaj Pulsar 135LS, got registered on 09/03/2010.. it has not yet been an year..It has many serious problems as the engine gets overheated within a short distance... Lights are less... Shock absorbers are not good... strange type of noise comes from the back part of the vehicle... mileage has dropped... worst possibe bike on the Earth......

I have not got back my loan papers against loan no L2WHDW00391453.

Please do further needful and necessary action...

I purchased my motorcycle in the month of april-2010, from shakti bajaj the dealer of Bajaj in Deoria only, since the period i taken the delivery i'm complaining that there is a Problem with pickup and fuel cusumption (Discover) but the service center takes my number by saying that the part which is required is out of stock this time we will call you but no solution given.

I request please look into the matter and help.br...

Hope the subject matter is clearly suggesting what i am going through.

I had bought a Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC bike on 10th July 2009. Details are mentioned below for your reference. I have done three service from bajaj and my bike has run 9000 km. my bike digital meter is not working.and i have warranty of 2 years for change of meter.i visited ansh bajaj rohtak haryana for this.but they refused to change it...

Ernakulam) Kerala naed RF Motors for purchaed of Bajaj Platina in Novermber, 2008 Delivery happened on 18.11.2008 andthe loanwas for 2 years with one EMI advance now it is laready passed 26 months still the loan is continuing. initially due to somproblem from your side the EFT not happened and i have paid cahs for the smae for which I obtained reciept from your agent....

Bajaj is unable to provide after sale service to the customer. I am not getting parts for my avenger byke. You ask for any parts and the authorised dealers will say no.
Now i understand why after making good byke the company is unable to catch Hero Honda.Hero Honda company simply believes in total solution for the customer. Where as the BajaAuto is driven by Motive of total money making solution for the company.
