        I purchased a “Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS I” motorcycle from KHIVRAJ AUTOMOBILES & INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD, Pallikaranai, Chennai in February, 2022. This motorcycle is a BS VI configuration. So far, I have driven the motorcycle for around 1300 Kms without any issues or below mentioned problems.

        I tried giving the motorcycle for the first service when I completed 500 Kms. Not once or twice, I tried three times (three different days) in the same showroom (KHIVRAJ AUTOMOBILES & INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD, Pallikaranai, Chennai). They refused to take the motorcycle for service stating different reasons like power cut, house full etc.

        At last, they voluntarily called me this month and asked me to come and leave the motorcycle for first service. Though I hesitated, they gave assurance and I went and left the motorcycle for first service on 06/05/2022.

        I was called and delivered the motorcycle after service. This is where the issue started. When I drove back home, I didn't feel the same as when I left. It totally changed. The total performance of the motorcycle was not the same as earlier.

        I don’t feel like driving my new Bajaj Pulsar anymore. I felt the difference in throttle to engine response.

        The next day the issue got serious. The engine is blocking continuously at low speed (especially between 10 Km/hr to 30 Km/hr speed- odometer reading). I felt unsafe while riding in this condition when I fortunately escaped from a serious accident due to this engine's unresponsiveness for throttling.

        On 13/05/2022, I contacted the showroom/service center and explained the issue and they asked me to come and they just interchanged the sparkplug for name sake and stated that the issue is rectified. And also spun a story that there is some update in the BSVI which is blocking the engine in this motorcycle and they need a device to connect and update this motorcycle or else the motorcycle will be like this.

        When I drove the motorcycle again, I felt the same unsafe experience and literally the same blockage at low speed. The engine is totally unresponsive to the throttling action at slow speed. I contacted the Service center and explained the same. They asked me to leave the motorcycle again for that device connection and updating process. So, I believed and went to the same KHIVRAJ AUTOMOBILES & INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD, Pallikaranai, Chennai service center and left the motorcycle for servicing again.

        I told them that the motorcycle is faulty after the first service and I want it to be recovered and I don’t feel good with my brand new motorcycle after the service.

        The next day they called from the service center and told that there is a problem with a “Sensor” in the throttle line (Did not mention any specific sensor name). When I asked, why is the problem and where does it come from immediately after first service which did not exist previously. They said it is manufacturing defect from Bajaj Auto LTD. And said it will take one more day to rectify and they will cover it through warranty.

        The next day, they called and told me that the motorcycle is ready for delivery and the issue is rectified. I reassured them that they were test driven after service and went to the service center after confirmation. When they delivered the motorcycle, I tried to ask, what is the issue with the sensor, where does it come from in a brand-new motorcycle and just the name of the sensor. Immediately, the service engineer, a mechanic, a showroom staff like 4 or 5 members gathered around and spoke like that there is no mistake on their end and these issues will happen in these motorcycle and tried to convince me that it is my fate to adjust these electronic repairs and they cannot be answerable for a manufacturing defect. The way they spoke and answered like this has destroyed my overall goodwill and trust in Bajaj Auto LTD.

        When I drove back from the service center after this bitter response, I felt the same blockage and unresponsiveness between the throttle and engine and slow speed. I completely feel unsafe and threatened while riding the motorcycle on roads.

        I heartfully regret this purchase from Bajaj Auto LTD, a brand which I had high value of trust and confidence earlier especially before this service incident. Now I am completely frustrated on my purchase with Bajaj Auto LTD.

        · I want to know whether this is a blunder done during the first service or it is a manufacturing issue. Because the showroom/service center says it is a manufacturing defect.

        · My question is, “Why am I delivered with a defective product from BAJAJ AUTO LTD INDIA.

        · I feel unsafe whenever I ride the motorcycle after this first service. Engine is completely unresponsive to the throttling at slow speed and commuting. Even the engine sounds different in idling condition.

        · When I contacted the service center after all this, they asked for another chance to rectify the issue. My question is what were they doing with the three chances given before.

        · Are they getting trained with my motorcycle? Are they mocking the service and rectification? Are they really well trained on the issue with the motorcycle?

        · Whether the issue is really existing as they said or it is with the injector and injection pump or with any major component of the vehicle?

        · What is the resolution for me with this case? Am I supposed to own and use a manufacturing defect product (which cost me around Rs 1, 29, 000) from a renowned brand like Bajaj Auto LTD?

        · What is the response for my time wasted three times within ten days and again asked for one more chance?

        · What is the solution for the unsafe rides which I am having with the new motorcycle only because of some manufacturing defect/service center mishandling?

        · Still now I didn’t get a proper answer for the issue and I was not told what is the exact problem with the motorcycle.

        · I need a proper explanation and recovery from both Bajaj Auto LTD and KHIVRAJ AUTOMOBILES & INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD for the worst experience I am facing right now with a unsafe and defected motorcycle. I’m running for legal procedures on consumer rights (Safety, Information, Redressal, Consumer Education), if I’m not given with proper solution for the problem and unsatisfied, unethical customer experience for the product I purchased only on the trust which I had on BAJAJ Auto LTD.

                  I have pre booked Bajaj chetak premium Indigo Metallic model on 06.03.2022 but didn't get the scooty yet. I have ordered it from Bajaj showroom, Moti Nagar KLJ complex . I had given 2000 in advance. Dealership assure me that they deliver the scooty in 50 days but now it almost 60days .Kindly resolved the issue to get the scooty as soon as possible. Otherwise I'll take legal decisions

                    I went for paid service on my Bajaj 150 Twin disc model for fitting a additional footrest to my bike, they have charged Rs 250 for that but it is not suitable to my bike, half of the footrest is covered by back indicator, i feel total useless of the footrest, post that i asked the service people to change the footrest but they are not ready to do it, so finally i ask them to return the product of the footrest for that also they denied to take it back, i never came through this kind of harsh service from bajaj

                      I purchased Bajaj Pulsar 125 BS6 on 12th Feb 2022.After first I got issue with self start and odometer display blinking issue. I went to service center and they said it's battery issue. They took battery for replacement three days ago and still no information about it. Now some unwanted noise is coming from the engine from last 3-4 days. I just got fed up with this issues. I am a working person and can't go to service center again and again. It's 12kms away from my residence and they don't give drop and pick facility.
                      Please help to resolve the issue otherwise I have to go to Consumer Court.

                        Good Day,
                        Model : Pulsar 220 2014
                        The above vehicle which I surrendered for a service at JAIKRISHNAA AUTO PVT LTD, (185, 100feet road, Gandhipuram Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu- 641012), on 28/03/2022. After proper examination of the vehicle from the service advisor. He promised to do service on
                        1.Front suspension
                        2.Complete engine work except head
                        3.New Clutch plate
                        4.Brakes both front and back
                        5.Chain sprocket
                        6.Oil service and General services.
                        7.Rear suspension
                        8.Parking lamps in front head
                        And I suggested replacing the rusted nuts and bolts. And the advisor estimated Rs. 20, 000/- for the above-mentioned service and It took almost 4 days to collect the vehicle back from the service center and I have paid Rs. 18, 800/- on 31/03/2022. And the very next day I migrated from my home town (Coimbatore) to Bangalore for my work with my bike. And once I reached Bangalore I called the service advisor regarding brake issue and he said he will arrange a local advisor form Bajaj to sort out the issue. And no one addressed me regarding this issue.
                        After a month I have started to face the problems which I couldn't able to drive my bike to the office. After my personal examine I could find several problems in my bike such as Brake issue, drive train issue, wheel alignment, Gear tightening, Chain sprocket coupling is almost broken due to improper alignment, and chain sprocket head cover bolt was not fitted at the bottom and head nut was loose which is vibrating while driving, Rusted nuts and bolts are not changed and engine oil smells really bad when engine is started. After this issue I have contacted the service advisor and explained. He replied again, like he will assign the local advisor from Bangalore.
                        Even after spending the whole sum amount to the service provider, failed to do the work properly. Which shows the failure of customer satisfaction and I'm really disappointed with this service provider. However, this issue is truly from dealer side and Because of this issue even though I have my own bike but still I’m continuing with my regular travel in local transports. And I have clearly explained about my migration to the service advisor. He failed his promise which was totally unfair.
                        And also I have contacted the costumer care service via mail and to the authorized dealer thru call, but I haven’t received any kind of action taken from their end.
                        And as a final I have reached out to you regarding this issue and seeking for the better solution.

                            This is Abhilash I use ur premium bike Dominar 400 as of now it is one year of experience with ur Bajaj company i give 0(zero) on service there is no seriousness in work there is no responsibility ntng one of the waste company i never seen In 1 year of experience till date i dint get any call from your side regarding the service
                            While I pursing vehicle u guys said we will call and inform about the service but no call till date at first service u said that u called me but I didn't got any call at 2 nd service the same now the 3 Rd service same but now the problem is service time has crossed did u guys see customer as jokers??? Wt r u thinking about us see before I use royal Enfield even now I'm not using there vehicle also they call for service for every 3 months see hw they r working hw ur team is working i think they are sleeping over there 365 days i[censored] don't know how to manage close it..
                            My no. [protected] u call me any time even mid night 1 or 2 or 3 i will answer don't say that u guys called me I dint answer show the call history i[censored] guy's r not solving the issue i will make it big u guys r treating premium customer like this wt about the other I need immediate response and resolution no more tolerance on this.

                                I was travelling from Katraj to Pune station on 7th of May. When I reached the Pune Camp area I saw smoke coming beneath the fuel tank and parked the bike. Suddenly the bike caught fire, I was not able to do anything and my bike burnt into ashes.

                                    Hello Bajaj Auto,

                                    I am Vishal Pandey, i have buy new pulsar n250 from the day one it is causing some sound issue. I have contact suryoday Bajaj service centre in mira road like 4 to 5 time I have submitted my bike for 1 day first, 4 days at second time and now they are asking to keep my bike for 10 days. They say they don't have require parts for my bike. They have ordered it will take 7 to 8 days.

                                    I have buy this new pulsar with some hope right but what i got this big issues. Why Bajaj auto i am paying my emi on time but the product I have received is very disappointed.

                                    It is not a request, make my bike proper in 3 days or else give my money back or replace it. My bike details is mentioned below:

                                      I am Rebish K.R, my complaint is regarding the quality of service provided by PIONEER BAJAJ SERVICE CENTRE, JPN ROAD, KANNETTUMUKKU ROAD, THYCAUD TVM. On 05th April 2022 Morning, I gave my motorcycle Bajaj Pulsar 180 (KL08AQ1399) for paid periodic service and I received it back on the same day evening.

                                      Then starts the series of problems. The next day I lost both the brakes and on 7th April...

                                      My daughter was enrolled on february 2022 by coimbatore centre mr. Gowtham.

                                      He was in hurry and asked us to share OTP S and didnt give clear instructions about the product. He forced us by saying offer is getting closed today you will miss the offer etc.. and did some malpractice through online registration.

                                      As per his statement we can discountinue the course within a month..and no more payment will be asked.we informed him on february 2022 itself and discountinued our course. Once we said this he stopped attending our calls and didnt response atall.

                                      We have not received any loan amount from IIFL but now getting regular irritable phone calls and messages asking EMI which is totally injustice. How could bijus expect us to pay without getting anything. Its being very serious mental pressure for us.

                                      Mr.gowtham had not shown the complete physical document and misused our signature by asking it for online formalities.we knew only him at bijus but he made a huge malpractices.

                                      Bijus is irresponsible and inhuman concentrating only on enrolling people and acheiving his own target. Money is their only motive no ethics.

                                      I strongly suggest to bann this fraudulent company
