I have pulsar 180 this bike I have some incident damage my bike doom so that I plan to replace doom .
So that I went my where I purchased for bike in showroom same show room only I am asking spare parts intially he tell spare is thire I will give.
But I have own bike gaurage I plan to buy doom in geniun part in show room replace with my gauarge but he tell not given spare for outside but what is use of this if not given outside the spare why should people purchased the bike authorized dealer only is not providing the spare the what is the use of customer service . But I fine to change wih show room only but it asking too much labour cost
So I requested to bajaj company to please take the required action who ar all not maintaing customer service properly ths show room people doing things badly it's broken company reputation and create bad impression for purchase new bike in bajaj company.

    I had taken a Vehicle loan from Bajaj auto in the year of 2007. I paid the loan and I remember I also got the NOC but unfortunately I had not submitted the same to the RTO. Now I need to renew by RC but they are asking for the NOC. I tried reaching the Bajaj team but they are asking for the loan which I fogot. I only have my Vechile number and I need the support on the process.

      Bajaj Auto debit 2988 from my ICICI account from last 3months(Every month of 2nd), I don't have any loan with you till date. 2 years back also I had a same issue, when I asked them its typo mistake. Without my permission and any loan with you how you are auto debuting money from my account. I am attaching my account statement screen shot here. Hope I will get response here.

        I bought my bike on February 17 2021 from Jai Bajaj, Tambaram Sanitorium and I was literally enjoyed everyday till around 5000 kms. The main thing that impressed me is the exhaust note. It was bassy and pleasant.
        After some 5.5k kms, I noticed that my engine was getting louder. I thought that I am being obsessed with my bike and the bike was fine. After around 8k kms, all I can hear was the engine sound and my exhaust became very silent. I can hear rattling kind of sound when decelerating after riding for 15 minutes.
        When I took it to the service center at Guduvancheri, those guys were like this is very common in Dominar that the engine becomes loud over time. They made me believe me that I was the one who's wrong. Then I met other users and they were able to notice the difference in my bike.
        So I took the bike again to the service center. This time to Jai Bajaj Tambaram Sanitorium where I bought the bike. They told me that there is some noise and took 4 days to return my bike. They didn't change any part and didn't charge anything but told me that engine components were tightened. After I went for a short spin I was able to notice that the noise is not gone. I came back and asked them and they told that this is the normal sound of my bike. They were like they just want to get me out of there.
        But again when I compared with other users I can clearly see that my bike's exhaust note is very silent and my engine is loud instead.
        My bike is just 13k kms old and I loved my bike for the exhaust note and now I feel very irritated to ride my bike because of the unbearable noise from the engine. It really spoils the experience
        This really breaks me and I must say this is very poor customer service from bajaj.

              Two Weeks before I bought a bajaj pulsar 150 bike from Balamuruga Bajaj villapuram showroom and i handed over my bike for 1st service at 19 th april 2022. when i see my vehicle after first service i was shocked because my bike has so many scratches and damages on front mudguard and visor and bumper also shaken, so i enquired about this but they tell this is not our fault, its your fault only, at that time i totally disappointed and they didn't repair my bike, so please take some necessary action.

                  I have inform u that my bike BAJAJ AVENGER 160 throttle body was damaged then my bike was not riding from eleven day... I am going daily to Karimganj Bajaj service center. They replied this spare parts is out of stock and he asked another service center in Assam but not found... Due to this I have face many problm not attend my office right time.
                  So I request you kindly solve the problem.

                      I am suresh (contact number:[protected]), i have noticed second hand bike ( pulsar 220f) on olx, i am contacted them to get details of bike & it's final price, we got spoken each other, he said bike's final price as 35, 000 and asked and received 3100 from me( by showing fake Bill's copy )For transportation charge, in that bill it was mentioned as product will get reach within 24 hours
                      ( These all things happened on April 13, 5:20 PM)
                      He have sent me to believe them ARMIES pictures,
                      Along with that product and documents he sent me,
                      After i lost 35000, i got suspected on them and rejected the order ( bike) asked for refund for that they Taken[protected]+1850),
                      Place he said Banglore and bike rigistered for Banglore itself
                      Since April 13 i have spoken with 3 to 4 members and still numbers on active.

                        I have purchased a bajaj pulsar 150 in the month of Dec2021, and it is just three month but many problem persist into the new bike.
                        There was a pick issue where bike automatically left the pickup and go down slow. Also at every 10 days interval my handle goes loose and unable to drive.
                        This both issue may be got further risk of life. When I went to service centre at kalhanu bajaj patna service centre they told me a very time that nothing is wrong with my bike. The staff there are very much irronsible. They always shows anger and rude behaviour towards customers.
                        When I went to the showroom kalhanu bajaj patna. They also looks irronsible and no one is bother about my bike problem. Is this the service where bajaj pulsor comes with. I am old customer of this bajaj company as I have two more bike of bajaj.
                        Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis. Otherwise I will go to consumer forum and will case against bajaj for my life issue.

                              Bajaj pulsar 150 ABS BS6 suddenly getting slow down

                              Recently i bought a new pulsar 150 ABS bike on 23rd march 2022. Now the bike is suddenly getting slow down while on journey. The mechanic told that it is total body part problem. I'm asking them to change that from 10 days but they are not responding. What type of services that u r providing. Talk with showroom person and resolve my bike problem immediately. Otherwise replace my bike with new one....

                              Hi actually I’m facing lot of issues in my new pulsar 220 bike. It’s completed only 10000 kms with in this I have faced this problems
                              1) gear loading problem
                              2) front ABS problem
                              3) bore problem
                              4) head problem
                              Even I have checked with your retailer service center but they are not clearing my problems please do

                                      I have bought my bike from Bajaj Motors
                                      Branch - Kondapur
                                      City - Hyderabad.
                                      Purchase date - 2019
                                      Model - BS6 pulsar 125cc
                                      Drum system

                                      Nature of Problem - Right after Bajaj companies free 3rd servicing I am facing sensor problems.
                                      Self Service and Kick both are not functioning as earlier.
                                      This has been on and off. While I am riding the bike, suddenly it gets turned off while on the run and I am unable to start through self or kick start.
                                      I have been complaining in the authorised service centre but in vain. I have spent close to 10 thousand and still counting but my problem isn't solved.
                                      I feel that this bike is a defective piece.
                                      Request you to kindly look into this and solve my problem ASAP. I will have to approach consumer court if this isn't resolved.
