i have bought New Bajaj Pulsar 180 on Dated 14.11.2008, from Mahesh motors Nalagarh Dist Solan HP, and after 6 months its green neutral indicator near meter stopped working (It ramains glowing all the time in every gear). I faced lot of problems due to this.
I shown this to the dealer They changed the wiring but ,problem not solved , After this they given me dates to change the meter , But every time they excused, I visited that dealer about 15 times in two months but problem not solved.

Now the warranty is over Iam still facing the problem

What to do????????????????

    Recently, i purchased a Bajaj pulsar 150 motorcycle in a Bajaj dealership outlet M/s Preeti Bajaj,salem,Tamil nadu. while on purchase the dealer has given quotation for Rs.69300/- but while on delivery,thedealer asked me to contact his sub dealerM/s Lotus agency,Mettur, salem{dt}, tamilnadu. when i contact there, they delivered vehicle after payment of nett cash Rs69300/- with M/s Preeti Bajaj,salem. they have given cash memo for Rs.58500/-and said remaining amount forRTO PURPOSE,bill will not be given for that amount.Then it took one month to register my vehicle. when i contact with RTO office,while registration,they gave bill for (tax RS5437/-+fees RS60/-+service charge Rs100/-+Roadsafety tax rs250/-total Rs5847/)-.Then for Insurance dealer has given bill for Rs1465/- For the remaining Rs3538/-amount the dealer says the amount is for documentation purpose&bill will not be given.Dealer using filthy languagesfor demanding bill&cheating

      I HAVE PURCHASE PULSAR 180 DTSSI ON 05.12.2009 FROM BAJAJ AUTO AT RANCHI BAJAJ, JHARKHAND (CHASIS NO: MD2DHDJZZSCH079 AND ENGINE NO : DJGBSH24193)SHOW ROOM BUT AFTER SOME TIME (BEFORE FIRST SERVICING) I HAVE NOTICED THAT FRONT WHEEL AND REAR WHEEL BUBBLING AND DIS-BALANCE OF BIKE WHEN RIDING, I HAVE COMPLAINT TO SHOW ROOM, THEY SAY THAT, IT IS TYRE SETTING PROBLEM SO PLEASE GO TO MRF SERVICE CENTER, THEY SAY THAT IT IS NOT TYRE PROB IT IS FROM WHEEL DEFECT, AT FIRST SERVICING AND SECOND SERVICING THEY CAN'T, NOW THEY SAY THAT WE WILL CHANGE THE BOTH WHEEL, IF REQUIRED, OTHERWISE WE WILL REPAIRED IT, BUT I WANT TO REPLACE WITH NEW BIKE.PLEASE ADVISE ME.

        I had purchased one Bajaj Pulsar from Baja auto finance on 26/10/2007 and paid the instalment amount Rs. 1929/ without fail ,on 30/09/2009 I have paid Rs.19290/- the rest amount of my loan amount and request to issue me the liquidated certificate and also return my rest cheque leaf but they denied to do that, instead of that they use the cheque leaf and debit my account as usual.When Ipaid the full amount of my loan (a/c No:[protected] to their representative Sri Bikash Ghosh vide his book no:75203 receipt NO:AF11630073 of Rs.19290/- on 30/09/2009 instead of that why they are not close my account and also debit the amount from my account. I don't understand , is it a finance company or cheatingbaj company.?Bajaj is a renouned Brand name in the World , why their service is so poor?
        I shall be glad if you kindly return my rest cheque leaf and also issue me the liquidate certificate.

          one and half year ago i purchased pulasr 220 for 88 thousand and after 1 month it started giving me troubles like over heating in just 10 km at 40 kmph speed .shoker leaking,self start problem, braking problem etc etc......
          now days its rim got any type of defect and due to that its rear tubeless tyre cannot hold air. From 2 days it is standing at my home...
          still it is in guaranty period is their any way that i can claim bajaj for free repair or replace of whole tyre

          i also purchased bajaj pulsar 220 dtsfi on 30 may 2008 and the number is DL 6S AB 8046 .
          the company gives 5yrs warranty for the engine ...
          but i din't recieved anything and paid the amt of 14, 000 INR .just one months before. and the condition of my bike is again same...
          i very very disappointed with bajaj pulsar services and their commitments towards the customer..
          any body please suggest me some thing(s).

          Im also facing problems with my Pulsar220. i bought it 9 months back. from day 1 there have been problems with the bike. The rear disc brake makes a lot of noise while applied, the dome makes a lot of noise.
          I am very disappointed with the kind of service bajaj provides to the customer.

            I have purchased a bajaj XCD 135 motorbike from GAUTAM BAJAJ,New-Delhi on 09/04/2009 and on 08/11/2009 the tail-lamp found not working at the service centre i.e.at DEEWAN BAJAJ,K-70,Saidullajab,new-delhi.
            From that day(08/11/2009) the service centre is giving the stupid statement that they have sent a request to the company but the part is not available,the customer care is good in talks only but still the problem is same as it was,the service engineer Mr.Chopra is also not interested to solve my problem.This is the situation when the bike is in Gaurantee Period.Customer Care calls done by me on 19/01/2010 and on 30/01/2010.
            When there was dense fog in Delhi it becomes very difficult and also dangerous to drive the bike without tail-light but nobody is there to bother about the problem.I make the calls to deewan bajaj regularely to check the availability of tail-light.
            CAN YOU HELP ME IN ANYWAY.

              complaint against Bajaj Service station
              In Tenali varalakshmi bajaj service station not maintain sufficient workers .when ever we go there was busy .Every day we go to that station request them if you free plz service my byke.this is the present situation in tenali bajaj byke customers.
              I have observed that the silencer part of all pulsar ware out wery fast as compared to all the other company bykes I wanted to know the reason for the same as I have 150cc pulsar and I am facing the same. this is not covered in the free service nor it is covered in the manufacturing defect and un necessary you have to spend some ware around 4000 for fixing the same
              Dear sir my name is Manish and i have Bajaj pulsar 150cc and it has been taken before 2 year and it runs only 30126 kilometers only, Now it is giving problem, i, e oil is consumed by engine, in service center they are telling to repair the engine it will cost up to Rs.5000 to Rs 12000/-, I have a dought only vecheile has runed only 30126 Km and oil is consuming Why? Infact i am giving regularly for servecing. This is worest expiriance with your company vecheile. Please sujest me what i have to do?

                Respected sir/madam,

                I (vikas puri) want to state that I bought a pulsar 220cc, registeration number, CH 01-AA-7434, from the probiking, secter 8 chandigarh on 02/12/09 on cash. I met with an accident on 26/12/09 when a car hit me from the right side. we had compromise that the owner of the car will pay the money. I submitted my bike at service center for the repair on 26th of December-09. From the same day, my bike is lying at service center as such , they have not even started repairing. Every time they people are making the excuse that they are short of parts and they will make the bike ready tomorrow, day after tomorrow and so on. I am continuously in touch with Mr. Chopra, manager in service centre,( Hind Motors, plot no.9, Industrial Area, Phase-1, Chandigarh. Contact no. [protected] ), But he always making with the same excuse of short of parts and they are waiting for the same.

                Today I talk to Mr Kishore, Head of spare part department, Pune[protected]

                According to him, The local branch have not placed the order of the required part yet, although he also told that they have only got the bulk order from local branch which is in huge quantity and he is not aware when the parts will reach there.

                I just wanted to know one thing, If they people are not having the parts then why they people are selling bikes. Just because of their delay, the car owner refused to give money which was decided during compromise. I have visited local service centre around 15 times, just because of this my studies is getting effected because everyday I have to travel 25 kms to reach my college and instead of all I am also visiting the local branch continuously, but no benefit.

                Its my request to you please take some action.

                  With sad heart, I state that 3 years back I purchased a motorcycle Bajaj Pulsar 150CC from 'Krishna Bajaj Sec 14, Gurgaon, show room. I have never taken my bike to another place for service. The only hands those touched my bike were service people at Krishna Bajaj's servicemen. Bike has not yet touched the mark of 15,000 KM and I make sure I drive with in safety limits and per traffic rules.

                  Yesterday (Feb 01, 10) when I went for servicing my bike to them again, I was told that bike needs a major work and I would have shave Rs1500. Relying on the people there, I asked them to go ahead with the service. But in the evening I was told that bike needs half engine work and it'd cost me Rs.5000/-.

                  Following were the problems I faced:

                  1) I was told that engine oil is not present in adequate quantity. It was probably leaking.
                  If so was the case, are they stealing the engine oil? Using single container to fill 2 or may 3-4 bikes.
                  or if it were leaking, shouldn't they have fixed the problem the last time, is this called servicing of bike.

                  2) Bike was smoking like hell when I started it this morning.

                  3) They charged me for two bulbs, but only one was replaced.

                  4) Battery which was working perfectly, suddenly went dead, no self start working.

                  5) Brakes were not working properly.

                  6) Bike was running so heavy that it seemed to me that servicing is the worst that can happen to a bike.

                  Please suggest what can be done in such a case. If going to company authorized dealer costs so much, when, as Indians, are we going to get the value of our money for the services.

                  I am very irritated, last week I go to service center, my bike down side paint remove conduction and my speedometer glass damaged, and bike side cover damaged .I inform kindly change everything but the service people taken for three days, OK I am aspect.
                  Today I am going to check the vehicle they changed the side cover in different color in my bike. I asked why you change the color without information, the service manager told it also Bajaj product so no problem. The service manager used words wrongly, and he said if you want to take the bike now or otherwise wait for one or more week. This type of answer for a customer, hurts a lot.
                  Today I am filing for FIR and go to consumer court. I have my vehicle before service photo and after servicing photo. I shall produce it.
                  first time compliant:CR:150464
                  second time compliant:151078.
                  i am purchasing SAFFIRE BLUE

                  But Service people change in different color side cover.
                  I'm facing poor pick-up problem in my bike from last one year, even after continuous reporting this performace problem in every service, workshop staff is not even able to identify the problem. I think they do not have properly trained and qualified staff to even identify the problem. They have bound me with one year service card and now they are not paying proper attention to my problems. I'm feeling helpless.

                    SUB:- Regarding “Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC DTS-I”

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I undersign Lalit D. Joshi had purchased new “Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC DTS-I” motorcycle on dated 17th Jan 2010 from M/s Suryoday Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Dealer code 10473), insured with IFFCO-TOKIO general insurance Co. Ltd. & registered with R.T.O. Thane on dated 22th Jan 2010, at Palghar camp.
                    On 23rd Jan 2010 at mid night my vehicle has been met with accidental fire (we have no enemy who will fire new brand bike and fire is because of internal fault might be due to battery) Due to fire the vehicle has been totally damage, this is a very serious matter. I had registered an F.I.R. to concern police station (F.I.R. no. SDE 20 at 13.05 hrs on date 24th Jan 2010) & duly inform to your dealer on dated 24th Jan 2010.
                    I mail to Bajaj auto Ltd. about same matter on their consumer service mail id and requested to send their experts for finding exact reasons of fire but they only give consumer request no (CR-19144) and no one will come till to investigate the matter . I want fully replacement of faulty motorcycle with new one , plus compensation.

                        honorable court sir/madam
                        i bought a pulsar 135 cc bike on 2nd January 2010 and since 3rd of January i am facing some problems that is not resolved yet when i approached 5 time to dealer and even i approached to the bajaj company.. dealer took my bike for three time and they did some repair. and still in new bike after getting repairs my bike has same problems and lastly as i contacted to dealer and company many time but didn't get any satisfactory answer so i decided to come here. honorable court please come forward to protect my genuine right and i demand to replace my bike with a new same bike because i think its manufacturing defect and i am facing problem again and again and don't want again and again repairs in new bike ...

                        Bajaj — Engine problem after two months

                        I bought new bajaj discover 135cc.I serviced the first service on time and send the bike for second service to authorised service center.Next day after service my bike stopped at road.When I consult to same service centre,He said that engine is seized.I got fainted.Service center said that it is manufacturing defect.I don't know what happened but can any body suggess me what can I do againt Bajaj so that I can my money back?
                        Bajaj bike's are very low in Quality. I also faced problem in the Trasmission. Asked for a refund or replacement for the bike, but they did not. Also i filed an consumer case on bajaj & the dealer. But to my bad luck i lost the case inspite have all proof's which highlights the defect in the bike.

                        I had accident on dated 5th March 10 and i gave my bike to Manan Bajaj (Nr Bhumi Party Plot, Sola road, Nr A.E.C Zonal Office, Naranpura, Ahmedabad) on 6th March for service and repair.

                        I had accidential Insurance and surveor has visite bike on dated 8th March.It has been almost 21 days & I am constantly asking for bike but still i am getting only one answer that "We have not received parts from Bajaj Pune". This answer given very negative feedback.

                        After that i gave compalain to Bajaj Customer care on mail on Sat 20th in the morning. But they didnt reply me so i called them on monday.On monday they consider my complain and gave me complain number and told me that they will contact me within 24 to 48 working hours (1 day working hours are 8 so it will be 3 to 6 days).

                        Even after two day i didn't get any call/msg/progress on my complain.
                        So i called again on Wed 24th. They also give me same answer that your complain is in progress and our representative will contact you.

                        Till today ( 26th March) i have not received any call/msg from Bajaj.
                        Interesting thing is that when i called today afternoon they told me your complain is in progress but still i forward your complain again and they will contact me within 24 to 48 working hours (1 day working hours are 8 so it will be 3 to 6 days) for the answer "WHY THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN RESPONCE". So agin for 3 to 6 days i have to wait for their answer that why they didnt give me response. So it may be that my original complain remain there only.

                        It shows that they are highely careless for customer. 3 to 6 days to give response is not at all a good time.

                        I am very dissapoiting from Bajaj.

                        Please help.

The model has less fuel efficiency and vibrate up @ speed of 80 kmpl.

                        I have purchased Bajaj pulsar 135cc on 6th March 2010 and from 1st day bike started giving problems, engine was very fast and fork was making noise. It is informed to Sai Service they ask me to show it to Service centre and almost 6 times i been in service centre but problem is not rectified. I am just waiting for problem to get rectified so that i can sell my bike.

                        I do agree pulsar 135 has some complaints like the rear suspension making noises n i dunno wy the bike becomes unstable in the front...im not able 2 guess if the problem is in the fork or in the tyres...people in the dealership are really not bothered once they make a sale...but they too must understand that 59000/-
                        is not a small money...
                        i purchased baby pulsar considering it as latest model with blend of milage performance and looks. but sadly ..not satisfied with it. My experience after 1000 kms of riding.

                        mileage - 55-60 kms.litre ok, but engine is noisy when speeding above 45 kms/hr. vibration is more.
                        front fork is somewhat not that smooth, also noisy. This is even after first service.

                        Balance while riding is good but i fell 3 times that too on slow speed.at breaking i dont know why its getting disbalanced. plz note i have riding experience of 4 years > 60, 000 kms on intercity highway.
                        Bike's handle became loose in fitting. Also gear shifitng is not that smooth.
                        petrol tank mounting is having play. I am taking it too servies center again. Lets c what solution they have to my problem.

                        But one thing i must say ...Bajaj is not following their Quality standard properly.

                        The worst bike i have ever seen and the worstest Service from Bajaj i have ever got. Bike has so many problems ( new bike ) and no one cares about it. I have been to sai service almost seven times with same problem of engine become fast automatically, fork making noise and now it is cutting exelaration while in running. It is just waist of money buying bajaj product specially Bajaj Pulsar 135.

                        when i enquired about the same at the showrrom, they said that they have made improvements in the successor to the silver coloured engine, which is now black.
                        i had a test ride of the "improved bike" and the vibrations are still there.

                        what a waste...bajaj should look into this ASAP
                        Yes! I also purchased the bike thinking of pulsar Image in the market. I am using the bike from last 4months and done three servicing still no progress. it vibrates lot and bubbling problem. I don't know its the balance problem or Tyre. I complained every time i went to the service center for the same problem. They never care about this. Just wash and hand over the vehicle and obviously they don't forget to change the oil every time.

                        I was a strong supporter of Bajaj however this bike made me to speak against Bajaj. They completely spoil the image of his name "Pulsar".

                        Its 100% correct about Bajaj Pulsar 135 bike. My brother brought this bike just 2 months back and it has got lot of problems. Gems bajaj akurdi people are unable to do anything on this. They changed so many parts from new bike and again the new problem arises. Most of its parts are corrosive. Can you imagine a bike which is new gives so many problems??
                        If we had to go through all these then we would have brought second hand bike na? Why to go with new one? Really worst experience with Bajaj Pulsar. Bajaj people should really consider this.
                        Just selling should not be the aim. Till how many years they can do it if they do not improve on the things?? Some day they will loose out all the customers. No body who faced such kind of problems will ever suggest a person to buy this bike.

                        I strongly say do not go with bajaj bike think thrice before taking any decision on those bikes.

                        Guys, I was about to buy Pulsar 135. But, after reading all your comments, I have decided against it. I request the consumer court to look into the complaints raised here. And Bajaj, well... what to say... people are losing confidence in your products. Needs serious thought process to improve your quality. Or, come up with an explanation and resolve all the issues.
                        I have purchased a new pulsar 135 LS for 61000/- .But, eventuly from the date of purchasing i am not satisfactory with the performance of this byke .In the first day of purchasing i found that it's gear are not working properly and it got struck in between 4 - 1 gear .It not get neutral easily .Also, I found in the third day that my byke got accelerator mount up problem and a sound problem in the shockup. I really don't know is this a best byke for me or not .I have ride bykes for more than 10 years and not face this kind of problem .I just hope that Bajaj will do something to resolve this problem .

                        my name is jagdish i purchase Pulsar165LS last year but from the day of purchase i am suffering from low average upto 30-45, Self start not working in morning time, DIGITAL METER geting hank for some second when I am trying to start bike by self start., Bajaj service centre is not able to rectify the problem, Accelerator goes on increasing whenever i started the bike and the bike gets stopped thereafter, bike gets stopped in a busy traffic and now the battery is dead.

                        i mainly purchase the bajaj 135cc for its average advantage but it turn in to worst case i am now tired of show my bike to service center and the are not able to solve my problem. so pls can anybody help me out of this...

                        i am also facing some problem in my Pulsar 135CC i brought my bike in Mar 2010, and getting started vaibrating after 2nd service, i have not given any complaint on that that time, i have just told dealer about the same, but they are telling some sesens which is not valueble, then i left, now i am feeling very bad on my bike, because the paint is going (coming white color) on tyers disk both front and back. whenever iam seeing that, really iam feeling very sad, please do some thing for the same.

                        i buy a new pulsar 135 ls there is few problems with bike chain sound rear shocks problem handle konset problem engine sound while 60 to 70 kmp gear problem front disc barke problem.
                        this are issue try to rectify the problems.
                        I have purchased new pulser 135 Ls last year I have so many problems with it, very poor front and rare suspention non availability of spare parts at service centres. So many manufacturing defects in it. Bajaj must replace all the bikes which sold from them.

                        Bajaj is not going to sustain in a long run in 2 wheeler segment.

                        I purchased a 135cc pulsar on 11 Aug 2010 from Ghaziabad, when I Purchased this bike I thought I have done a good deal, but I was completely wrong, this bike's engine has a great problem, engine gives not more than 45-50 kmp speed and if you try to open throttle then it sounds like truck's engine as it is going to burst, I have a good experience of riding all kinds of bikes but it is worst among all of them, company will not be able to sustain for a long run with this dirty 4valve engine.My bike has passed through 3 Services and already run 8000+ Km. but still I hope It's engine make itself OK. But Alas it is not good yet. So I strongly suggest not to buy any 4 valve engine mounted bike, now or never.

                        i bought pulsar 135 three years ago. since past one year a weird thing is happening with my bike, whenever i start my bike it roars for around a minute. i complained to the regular service provider he says its because of the auto choke. but before one year my bike was totally fine, also i have never seen/ heard of similar problem by any other friends. can someone share their views on this one
                        Pulsar 135LS is just a light sports bike... I own this bike for last 3 years and ofcourse yes its giving a mileage of 50 and has vibration after 60kmph.But i liked the control of this bike and taken this bike to its most extreme limits in both highway and cities.. I am extremely pleased to escape traffic I have ridden around 30000kms and still its giving me nice performance. Once my gearbox had trouble and something broke inside it and so i changed it in service center and was back on track. I am now planning to change the stock tyre to MRF Zapper fs for front and MRF Zapper c or Michelin pilot sporty for rear . I changed my stock battery to amaron as old was giving me battery low problems every time. I use shell 20 40 oil as engine oil.Although now i have a plan to buy pulsar 200ss if it releases at end of 2013.

                        I have an issue with speedometer, it runs for few kilometers(2-3) and then stops. With this problem i went to service center (behind hi-tech automobiles). At first place they said that my battery was problematic and needs to be re-cycled. Battery is not able to give power to speedometer and hence problem. But after re-cycling also problem did not go. When i went again, this time they said the cable
                        which transfers rotations from front wheel to speedometer is not working. I said BAJAJ has given me 2 years of warranty so please go ahead and change it. they said your cable warranty is expired. Then to avoid unnecessary delay i agreed to pay for cable. Then they told me to come on monday because they did not have that cable. Then i said since i am a working boy i cannot come on week days and if i had to buy this then i can buy it from outside. After that they threatened me that all warranty will expire if i do that.

                        So now my condition is that, i have to wait till they get that cable and with the horrible experience that i have, i am sure they would say that speedometer is not i warranty at all like they did for that cable.

                        While purchasing also they did not give me warranty card and tool kit for that i am still running behind them and trust me, they treat me like a beggar.

                        I want to know here few things:

                        1) If a battery can start a vehicle then how come it cannot run speedometer?
                        2) Had it been a cable problem, it would not have start initially and stop.

                        Its very sad to be treated like this from a very reputed brand like BAJAJ. Really i am very disappointed. Please take this as serious issue because with things like this you are loosing trust of customer.

                          My vehicle “Bajaj Pulsar 150CC DTS-I” PY 01 AZ 5224 Ch. No: MD2DHDHZZSCJ79178, Eng No.: DH6BSJ69794 purchased & delivered on 04.01.2010. I found in my Vehicle when it got puncture I notice manufacture fault in the rear wheel hub has the infected part formation of burr in the rear wheel due to unfinished turning in the lathe or blow hole it would lead to a wobble or crack in future and acted on the risks have been delivered and install on my vehicle, though I complained that to registered for replacement for rear wheel on 28 01 2010 in your Authorised vehicle dealers & workshops recommended Authorised Service Centers Aakash Automobiles Private Limited, Pondy I was yet to get any information from the Service center. They voluntarily obscure the inordinate delay on the part of decision the vehicle remains off road for a longer duration for more than a week I have to wait still I get clearance from your head quarters Service Department Bajaj Auto Limited, Akrudi, Pune
                          I urge you to entrust all these complaint in your Authorised vehicle dealers who is able to repair solve the infected parts easiest way to check and eliminate the problem no possible care and replacement has been taken to Ensure the quality in respect of the material part as found on examination have manufacturing defect to genuine parts. In the Center Untrained manpower especially the Service Engineer and the Mechanic questioning unnecessarily what it do’s if it run like this & it is rubber bush coating it will go with petrol wash and further for your benefit you have purchased the vehicle from pondy hailing from Neyveli (Tamil Nadu) and No Company free New Year offer (non stick Tawa) is given for vehicle purchased & delivered on 04.01.2010 this led to heated altercation and no best care for my bike and offer me long and trouble free experience from this center.
                          As a safety precaution, scan all of the parts including the engine to make sure that I have found the infected part and acted on the risks have been delivered and install on my vehicle so that when speed increased to a great extent suddenly and apparently due to the symptoms of a formation of burr in the damaged wheel demands could elicit no more than just a reply as officials cited technical or practical reasons for non-implementation.
                          Meanwhile my demand has gone up and I returned leaving the vehicle without integrated approach, mechanization you have to move and act fast on a time-bound manner for better understanding like me without any alternative. Who has the right and liability to fulfil the work I emphasis to direct the Sales engineer to do pending disposal of my petition

                          Bajaj/Pulsar 150 — Delay in delivering the bike after repair

                          My bike JH05J 8228 met with an accident on 09.09, 08 here at Jamshedpur.So, i have taken the bike to your service centre M.s Fairdeal Automobile on 13.09.08 and contacted my insurer for doing necessary surveys and all, for claim.The person at the service centre told me that after completing the insurance procedure, they will inform me, so that i have to deposit some advance towards to repair jobs to be done.he also told me that i will be informed within 3-4 days about the advance.But no phone call came to me even after 10 days.I contacted my insurance person and he informed that all the formalities regarding insurance claim are already completed within 3 days.it is the service centre who is doing the delay.So i went to fairdeal workshop. but i was told that the person who looks after accident claim cases is absent.So i came back that day.i again went there after few days but no person was available. i followed several times and at last on 15.10.08 (after more than one month)i have deposited Rs 5000/- as advance (total estimate was of rs.15000/-)this time i was promised that within 5 days, they will give me the bike. they couldn't give.after that the delivery date was extended to 23.10.08.again it didn't happen.Final date is today.But few minutes back, they are telling that some parts are not available, so it wont be possible to deliver my bike today. this is really too much for a consumer to bear.Does a bike repair take 43 days to repair??? if they cann't give my bike today, i wont take it any more. they better give me the value of the bike and i will go for some other brand. this is height of in-efficiency. you please take necessary action otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                          Painting:The company not giving the gurantee to bike painting...If i did the painting in ur ur showroom its under gurantee or wat???

                          Chains Socket: I log the complaint in showroom when i am giving service time.. but its not solved,

                          Right coal:The right coal damaged when given the service time, they didnt fixed properly so,

                          Those complaint is under warrantee?

                          But i give the bike to service in Khivraj motors Bangalore and job card is 11840, and they are billed 6000rupees...

                          Bajaj Auto — Not replacing damaged parts

                          Sir recently I have bought a new Pulsar 150 bike in their dealer showroom on 4th june 2012 .
                          I have noticed a damage to the front alloy wheel on 8th june 2012 and when I asked them to replace
                          the damaged wheel they are saying that they are not responsible for that damage and it is not even a
                          damage done by me..They are asking me to claim insurance after getting C-book

                            I have observed some problems in my bike i shown to the local dealer (Bajaj Jagjampi at belgaum karnataka) but they are not sloving the problem
                            The problems are
                            1.Starter problem still exist after servicing
                            2.Battery cable not available
                            3.Horn coutinueously blowing

                            i have givfen the vehicle twice for servicing but are not attending the problem

                              i had a customer o[censored]r bajaj finance i purchase a bajaj platina bike in sept 2008,but i have already paid my all emi's i taken a loan through bajaj finance from shimoga branch but the loan has completed but the taken one extra emi of rupees2170 so please refund my emi to my account & send my noc ,i request u to take my complaint.

                                  This is Rahul Lahare from Bilaspur Chhattisgarh .I m 18 yrs. On the month of december i faced an accident along with my bike. I've reapired ma bike from showroom & put Insurance claim on Insurance Company. As i insured my bike from IFFCO Tokio . But my insurance claim dosen't com as it gone 1month so wat can i do for this .Please suggest me wat to do.

                                    I purchased Bajaj XCD 125 in jan 2008,n since then have had nothin but problems.The authorised dealer,Bajaj Auto House,Selimpur,Kolkata even went further to add that the bike itself is defective,n for every free service,i had to shed Rs.500 - 600,which they claimed to be for replacement of air filters n oil filters n engine oil.then the bike would stop suddenly on the road,the self start would not work,the LED display went blank,sometimes the battery showed low.even after repeated checks n complaints n regular servicing,the bike is still the same.Its a piece of crap.Please dont buy any Bajaj Bikes,Customer service is poor as for one year my complaints have only landed on deaf eras n nothing has been done about it n please DO NOT buy it from the above mentioned Dealer-BAJAJ AUTOHOUSE,SELIMPUR,Kolkata.If they ask for money,dont give in to their demands.I wish i could file a suit against the Company n its dealer.The have absolutely no right to fool middle clas consumers like us,who have invested our savings into buying a bike,which they thought would be a good one.Please do something about it,as already there have been lots of complaints.

                                      sir,
                                      i have given replacement of pulsar genuine parts in accident claim of oriental insurance in KVR bajaj service centre,chakkorathukulam ,calicut for wiser and shock absorber of bike.they have charged me for all genuine parts of wiser and shock absorber but they put the old and parts of wiser and shock absorber and charged me for same. i told several times about this complaint with the customer care of pulsar executives and they are not behaving well to me and clarifying the complaint they are just beating around the bush.
                                      what can i do further sir??

                                        The Dear Sir, Am in your kind attention and i would like to inform you tat i brought a bajaj 150cc bike on[protected] in Wi Alaguindiran Auto Pvt Ltd, No: 185, 100 Feet Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore- 641012. After tat i ill given the first free service on[protected] in that they ill put charges for an oil {SA20W40 Oil} Rs214.03/- & Bardal Oil 50 ML rs 99.55 & Gaskat Drain Plug Ktec Rs 2.50. these charges are ok but for wat purpose they put service charge & vat totally they put Rs . 39.51.

                                        And one more for new bike the diesel cleaning is not available they ill put charge for tat also. I ill ask for service but they ill not response properly service is too bad i am satisfied. in futhure i ill not give service in tat show room. if i didnt give second service means i ill not eligible to clime a warranty.

                                        so i am going to consumer for i ask to put insurance in government concern but they ill put insurance in IFFO - Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd this is no problem in that insurance the stamp will not pasted in my insurance no { 1-7BJ63T} i ill attached that also for this i am going to consumer court and put case definitely.

                                        So try to short out my problem as soon as possible
