Hi,
This is Rosy, i have purchanged a Bajaj Wave in the yr 2006, Now I need a repair for my scooter and i require some parts like Drum and Gear box and Oil fill kid which is not available in the market.

If if i have enquired that the company has stopped the production of Bajaj Wave and now the parts are not available. This is really a bad situation for middle class man to purchage another scooter for his day to day life. Even if the Company stopped the production, it should atleast produce the parts which is really useful for people who own the same scooter.

One cannot purchage a new bike everytime after a period of 3 to 4 years. Even no one can afford the same. Please provide us the solution ASAP.

This matter is really important for a common man and should go to the high commision of Consumer Department.

go for your right a suppot u i have same problem like u actually a try to sell it but i don.t know how i have so much problem to repair dat bike ..but i don.t know to whom i have ito complaint im foreign here ...what can i do
Hi, I too own one and it gives me hell alot of prob. as it gives to you ppl, its tough to find the spares but you can do 1 thing., rather giving your vechile to bajaj service give it to professional mech. so that they can help u with this regards, and as well find out d place were can u find the scratch spares of bikes go there and find it out a Wave pay some n get it, Even else u can find with all the Dealer spares in your city, Coz i too have similar probs, and more that too, i searched for almost 8mths and i got al the spares except 1, or you can file a case against this too. i can also file with you to co-ordinate.
Yes, Yes, Yes, i agree with Rosy their should be some solution should be done for the customers who go for new models like this. Are else their will less chance for the companies to promote the new models in the market.

Government should take some action against such situation. They should not give the permition for the modles which they cannot produce spare parts at lest the life span of the vehicle of 10 years from the manufacture date of the vehicle.

New invester who are want start the manufacture of vehicle spare parts can take the chance of production of such spare parts, like this models also.

i completly agree to you and this is very general problem i am also suffering such type of situation for Rear drum of Wave, i dont know what to do if any one having any suggestion from where it can be found???
I also completly agree, I am useing this vachile and lots of issues with parts. Why company is not providing the parts when they sold this vachile to customer. Bajaj only want to manufacture Pulser then company should open the new policy to roll back this bajaj wave user. If I am going to resell this scooty not a getting single customer. If I am getting then they are geving 3-4K for my vachile which is only 4 year old. Now everyone knows that company is not geving proper attentation and sevice for this model. Goverment should take some action against this type of comapny who chit the customer. If company has not guts to make spare parts then he can give the tender to third party atleast we can use this vachile.
I am also an owner of this troublesome bike. There is only one dealer of spares of Bajaj Wave and he is taking advantage of that.
Last week I went to get a new silencer and asked me 4500Rs for that!!. Any one can tell that he is taking advantage of situation.
In that case there is be an option of having direct purchase of spares from company.

Even servicing has become a major issue. Authorized Bajaj service centers are discouraging us from getting it service with them.

It is very sad that in just 6 years bikes value as come to zero.. we cant maintain as spares are scarce and costly.. and no one will buy it as there is no support available.
Iam also the owner of this troublesome scooterette .the showrooms doesn't provide service for this scooter and spare parts are also not available .we cannot even sell it as there is no spares etc available and no body is ready to buy that .
I am also an owner of this scooter. Even mirror, break cable and other cables are not available. Millege is so less that auto is cheper than riding this venicle. If all the owner file a case against Bajaj scooter manufacture then the compensation we get is more than the market value of this scooter.

    Iam S.Sathik got loan for two wheeler from Bajaj Auto Finance Limited located in TamilNadu - Salem Branch.my loan proposal no. is[protected]. i had completed the full payment of loan on 25-dec-2008. i have reciveced noc letter stated to my name from the company.

    But actually the NOC for Two wheeler Loan should be addressed to RTO - salem office.but it is stated to my name which the RTO is not accepting for NOC in RC book.

    The NOC has been returned back twice after it has been sent to RTO office - Salem stating that it should be addressed to RTO.

    There is no response from Bajaj branch office - Salem.

    Iam keep on requesting them to give me a NOC certificate addressed to RTO - Salem.But they are responding me that we wont give any NOC certificate and you have to ask for it to the main branch office only.

    I also enquired about it to the customer care numbers.they replied that it will reach you as soon as poosible.but i dont know when.

    also they have to return me two keys of the vehicle on full repayment of the loan.but they returned only one key and said that another one is missing.

    so please do me the needful as soon as possible

    I am so aggrieved from Bajaj Finance .I have taken loan from them frequently but this time I ever remembner experience. I have taken a LCD of Rs.53000/- and paid down payment of Rs.17672/- approximately and remaining amount was from Bajaj Finance as loan and to be paid in equally 12 monthly ECS of Rs.2944/-. but due to by mistake of their representative officer Mr. Raj who was sitting at CROMA at Himaliya Mall Ahmedabad, the 12 instalment converted 14 instalement as their company has paid loan amount in excess in two instalment .Due to monitoriing of my instalwement, by stopping of ECS payment after a 12 instalement, one more instalwement i.e. 13 has been paid by the Bank even though ECS has stopped. Now I have too tired to recover one instalme t of s.2944/- from tlhem Now to day one [phone is received that my cheue is ready . M.R.Kaloliya

      This is regarding engine problem in my recently purchased Pulsar bike (DL 6S AB 9372 Engine no. DJGBRD57421 Chassis No. MD2DHDJZZRCD48128). Purchase detail of my bike is as under: Bill No. P18R2701 dt. 20-07-08 CNR NO 281898 from Bagga Link Services Ltd., Karol Bagh, Delhi authorized dealer of Bajaj Auto.





      All services of my bike which are suggested as per booklet done timely as given below:



      First free service done on 04/09/08 at mileage of 723 kms.

      Second free service done on 03/11/08 at mileage of 2297 kms.

      Third free service done on 15/02/09 at mileage of 5252 kms.

      Fourth free service done on 14/04/09 at mileage of 7449 kms.



      First paid service done on 24/06/09 at mileage of 9865 kms.



      As I already informed my bike’s major complaint from fourth service to service centre against heavy engine oil consumption. In front of servicemen (Mr Kailash) I told him to check engine oil in my bike while fifth service dt. 24/06/09 then he got only 100 ml (approx.) engine oil. After changing engine oil he suggested me to again check engine oil of my bike after 500 kms, then I again went to service centre and that time engine oil also got so less its only 650 ml (approx.) dt. 11/07/09 after only 16 days.



      Now Bagga Link Services Ltd., Karol Bagh, Delhi frightened me against heavy charges of this fault approximate budget of Rs. 3000/- while my bike is still in warranty period.



      I am really shocking, within one year my bike’s Piston not working properly after I done my services timely. And truly speaking from last three services I am not satisfied of my bike’s running condition, oil leakage from near plug, bumbling starts from last services etc. but nobody properly responding me against my these complaints, totally careless services.



      Is it my mistake that I choose brand Bajaj and go for New Pulsar bike. Can Bajaj & their Authorized dealer tell me where I am wrong in my decision of buy new Pulsar?





      Presently, I am facing Piston problem in my new bike and harassed from all other service complaints. I hope you will take corrective action against my complaints as given below:



      1 Piston

      2 Engine Oil Leakage

      3 Bumbling



      My bike is in warranty period hence I want please repair or change all repairable parts of my bike at free of cost then after I feel proud of my decision of Pulsar

        Hi,
        I am Avdhesh Shastri & I purchased a new pulsar 180 this 19th june by cash from manan bajaj showroom at anand nagar branch. inspite of submitting all the required documents your showroom's so called executives has caused a silly mistake by filling the form as "avdhesh bhargav shastri" instead of "avdhesh madhyark shastri".
        now my insurance has arrived by wrong name of avdhesh b shastri,
        now after a hell lot of follow up with Mr. Bhupat, Mr. Mayur, Mr. Kunal and the list goes on & on...
        i have again submitted all the demanded docs once again and still i am not getting any feedback any support from these people.
        i am after almost a month of harassment & waste of time still no progress has been made by them which seems to be disgusting. after all this work now i am also willing to take all these service books, RC book & insurance with wrong name even then i am not getting any kind of response & no feedback.
        still m awaiting my bike reg no.
        please do necessary to stop your brand name being embarrassed by such people.

        BAJAJ PULSAR 180 CC — not received even Rc Aslo

        I am pream from tamil Nadu Vellore district, now i have baught a 180 cc pulsar from near vellore and i have finace through bajaj auto now iam paid full and final settelment but not recived eaven Rc also from vellore branch ( mr. Ghandi is wost fellow) i thaink please advise waht can i do.

        I purchased a bike(baja pulsar 150 cc) on 03.03.10.But the agency booked vechile with wrong name(surname was left) as well as in Registration Certificate.I requiest (ESPEE ENTERPRISES INDIA,ARY NAGAR,JAWALAPUR,HARIDWAR) to him please correct this.but they have not responding sinc long time.What i do?

              I had purchased a bajaj pulsar 150 cc new model on[protected] from deewan bajaj Lajpat Nagar Delhi. & now after 1 month my bike having a problem in engine it is spreading black smock in the air & running so rough so totaly disatisfied of bajaj performance & services. I want that company will give me a new bajaj pulsar or i will file the case against the company in consumer court.

                Dear Sir/madam,

                This is regarding the trouble being faced by most users of Bajaj Avenger motorcycle. The service stations are only 2 in number in the entire city(Tadbund, Kacheguda). There is no appointement system in place. When we go there for service we are sent back saying the service cannot be done.

                It has caused a lot of incovinience. The attidue of the superviosrs is callous. This issue needs to be notified to their higher management. They need to take responsibility and provide a solution.We have paid premium for their pro biking services which are suppposed to be better than the ordinary services.
                They are promising the moon to customers while purchasing the bike but are not even giving basic service facilities.

                Comapny representatives should take responsibility for poor service and improve services especially in kacheguda Sri vinayaka service center.

                Having only two service centers is fine and some what acceptable. Atleast because of this there should be booking of slots. Put a time limit say upto 11 A.M people who booked slots could get their service. Also as pulsar and avenger bikes are increasing there needs to be another centre in a big city like hyderabad.
                I wanted to go for an avenger, but the complaints made me choose FZ 16. Thanks for the "inside info"
                I am completely agree and want to ask the senior management to open some more service center in hyd so that the rush can be avoided. We are facing lot of issues in service our bike on time.

                  Respected Sir,
                  in june 05, 2009, i bought bajaj platina 125cc from BAJAJ's authorised dealer AMIT MOTORS (KHARAGPUR CITY, WEST BENGAL ). A few days before first servicing i m facing troubles from my bike. THE MAJOR PROBLEM IS THE ENGINE NOKING AND MILEAGE.. MILEAGE IS JUST 50 km/lit.. i have taken it to service center but their serviceman does not solve my problems regarding engine noking and mileage . i m a student and i can not aford a byk which is so costly in driving... plz help me out of this problem.

                  Solution for Knocking:

                  Please use good petrol and fill your petrol tank with good petrol. Change the petrol filling station and see if there is any difference.

                  Solution for Mileage:

                  All bikes in initial stage gives less mileage. After two or three services you can see the improvements in mileage.

                    I want to draw ur kind attention towards my prb of bike. i purchased a xcd-125 bike frm J.S.bajaj agency. just frm the first day of purshase i am facing lots prb. i am spending lots my preceius time resolving them in service station.At the time of resolving the problem I went to the agency, there i told them that it has a lot of noice . the mgr(service), and the mechnic suggesting me that they can't do anything and this is the company made problem in every bike. i'll not agree for that coz this is a manufacturing defect.
                    plz look into the matter on urgent basis coz I'm doing my work mostly on my bike.

                    I have again mail to you regarding for problem in bike, but nobody take action to till now, I gone to bajaj dealer from where i'm purchased the bike, but they are saying it's bike engine will open then it will be ok. I'm not want to open my bike engine.

                    from last one year i m facing the prb for this I meet wth the rgional office delhi's manager Mr. J.K.Arora
                    but nobody is giving me suitable answer that in how many days you can solve my problem. so kindly replace my bike. Otherwise I will go to consumer court.

                    I am not satisfied to my bike XCD-125, & Bajaj Auto Company & his network (Authorized Dealer, Service Center Eg.) Last 15th year I am regular & satisfied customer when this time I used bajaj-boxer . But I purchase XCd-125 Motorcycle in Dec-2007. And introduction to interfacethe real bajaj auto compony & his Problemetic Products . This is very bad & harmful experience to me last 21 months my bike not working properly, starting problem, battery problem, self start problem, meter & wiring problem. You know definition of problem simple “ Bajaj Auto Limited” take a experience. Bajaj auto company very careless to customer services. Very poor service .

                      I chosed this Bike because of Mileage, ( I Did wrong Decision/Selection ) I brought this Bike on 15th October 2008, From Popular Bajaj Jayanagar 7th Block, Bangalore. Initially it started giving 30 KM/Ltr, When i asked sales Person he said after each service mileage will improve, Then i agreed and given it for first servicing after one month, Then surpricingly getting started mileage of 85+ KM/Ltr, I was happy but it was for very short period, when again i got it serviced ( second service), Mileage come down to 40 KM/Ltr, complained the same to service centres & Sales Person but no use, 4th Service also done for my bike, still there is no improvement. Now i lost Hope...
                      This is the bakwas/Worst Bike i used in my life ( Only for Mileage ). I don't know what is the problem, Bajaj must be having some temporary setting for mileage in Bike which works for less period. using this trick it is making us fools. or may be the Mechanics who are working for them in their service centre are not capable o[censored]nderstanding Bajaj Technology to serve us better ( I Tried 3 different bajaj service Centre But result is same )
                      When i serched internet then i saw articles regarding the same problems and the users are facing the same mileage problem then i thought it is ok, what to do ?
                      But My question is, Is it Bajaj who is cheating us or it is the Mechanics who works for Bajaj in their service centres are incapable ?

                      Who can give the correct answer for this ? It might resolve so many customers problems and also it is about Prestige of Bajaj too.

                      worst millage. third class mechinery parts. I have already changed chain spoket two times, battery one time and even tanky has to be weldded. Bajaj has cheated more than one lac customers.

                        as per the agreement it is agreed that after the repayment of loan bajaj will give us re 9000 back, (which we pay more at the time of loan taken)
                        bt nw loan is coverd fully bt they not responding to any call .
                        their given no. r fraud numbers. Also their office has been shifted.
                        Their agent also told us non satisfactory answers.
                        It very fraud dealing at the end...

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have purchased Bajaj Discover 112 in 2006 from Bajaj Showroom, Mettu Gadda, Beside Picnic Hotel, Mahabubnagar, Andhra Pradesh and completed all my instalments, i had 2 late payments for which we paid the fine and we have all the recipts, but the Bajaj Showroom manager says that we have to pay more
                          Rs 12000 and then they will give the ORIGINAL RC BOOK, I really dont know whats going on why they ask more money after we finished all our instalments and fine dues also. And these people doing like this with many customers, please anyone can take action against these people, we really need help against these kind of people they want to eat our money. I again request someone please help me to get my ORIGINAL RC BOOK.

                            in a foreign country a bike rider raids the bank and flew with his pulsar 220.

                            i would like to draw the attention of the add maker is he/she trying to pictures Indians as a robber in some country ..

                                I Have Paid 36 Months E.M.I of Proposal No: 5527 but till date i have not received N.O.C from your Side.
                                my EMI is 1147 but you debit A/c. of Rs. 1212/- ( 1147 EMI + 65 Bank Charges ) Per Months. I paid my Loan amount through Modasa Post Office. so there won't be Bank Charges. Now,

                                Bajaj CT 100 — Severe Harrasment

                                I had bought a Bajaj Bike CT 100 around 5 - 6 yrs ago through a Bajaj dealer in Hyderabad through finance. Going through finance for the 1st time in life i did not know much abt the same. They asked me to take finace for 3 yrs and i did. The cost of the bike is just Rs.35000/- and ive paid more than Rs.80000/- and when i asked the collection executive wht is all this he said mam this is too much for the bike and that they had cheated us. I come from a poor family and since i had not the money to buy it i bought it through finance. But now im unable to pay for ive paid more than double the amount and ive all the receipts for the same. But the Bajaj co. still stresses to pay more so this means that when the bike is just Rs.35000/- do they expect us to shell out more than a lac for the same!!! this is heights of it. I request the Bajaj Co. to look into this and not to exploit the poor ppl.

                                Bajaj CT 100 — harrash by the recovery chap

                                Dear sir/madam

                                I purchesed a Bajaj CT100 Motor cycle from Saluja Automobiles in burdwan Westbengal on 3/12/2005 through our finance company. In the month of Feb 2009 I confirmed from my bank that my last cheque was drawn by our company. After few month our recovery people start coming and telling that my three cheque was not cleared so I should pay the three cheque amount.In there demand when I ask them what is the cheque no they told me company didnot give the cheque no,you bring your bank details.I flatly refuse to show them my bank details.

                                Agin after few month another chape came and told the same word.Them I told him if you bring the cheque no then I will talk with you other wise if you are coming to my house then I will lodge a complained agaist you .

                                Now on 09/11/2009 when I was not in my house 04 boys came and toll the same thing to my family mebers and they take my mobile no .In mobile, one of those chape told me the same word which early two chapes told to me.Again I have told him the same word which I have told early.In reply he told me we don't have the cheque no you bring our bank details in our office tommorow othe wise you will face lot many problems.
                                Now it is my question why your recovery man doesn't have proper information while they going for recovery and how they can told such type of threating language to costomer while I have already paid all EMI.However if I failed to pay any three EMI why they have not come before last EMI.

                                Now if you have any information about my non payment of EMI kindly tell the cheque no and month in which it supposed to be drawn.

                                Another complain from my side that when I purchase M/C your lone officer told me you submit one additonal cheque for second year Insurence but when I contect in second year, he toled me I don't know why company didn't send second year Insurence.When I fell it is not possible to get then I gone to the other Insurence company and do my Insurence. Why this thing happed I don't but you company already taken one extra EMI. Kindly look in to this matter and tell me how I get rid off it and how I will get my final clearence from your company.

                                    The Bajaj Dealer, from where i have purchase the Bike is named CAMA MOTORS, sector-21, Near petrol Pump, City- Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Now that showroom has been closed. I have contacted other dealers of Bajaj Auto Ltd. And none of them is repsonding about the whereabouts of the documents or the collection points of the documents, Kindly, let me know, that from where i can collect the original document of the vehicle.

                                    Now, I have been shifted from Gandhinagar(Gujarat) to Bangalore.

                                    BAJAJ CT-100 Bike — NOC Certficate not Recived

                                    I have purchased the CT 100 bike (TN 24 A9556) under your finance and i paid all payment including All penalty Amounts in Salem Branch. My account number for two wheeler is 8858. I followed several times to get it still now could not get NOC from your Finance. i have plan my bike to sell this month.so Kindly arrange to send it immediately.

                                      I purchased a motorbike Bajaj XCD 125 DTS-SI of frame number "MD2DSJBZZPWH62323" and engine number "JAMBPH45051" on 05/12/07 from SOCIETY MOTORS Ltd., City Center, Kanpur. It has run 11, 453 kms and is 19 months old and the engine as well as the crank shaft have ceased working. On going to the dealer they said that you must have filled adulterated petrol. So, the guarantee is void. Whereas in the guarantee card this clause is not mentioned and moreover who knows what type of petrol the petrol pumps are supplying.

                                      bajaj automobiles/ xcd 125 — i am charged during my free service

                                      dear sir, i bought bajaj xcd 125 on 20th june 2008 on first day itself i noticed the oil leakage from the nut hole which is a space for self start fitting. i brought it to the notice of incharge there. they said wait untill first service.
                                      when i done my first service i again told them about oil leakage, they opened the packing and the problem was not solved (i recognised when i went home). and during the second service they did the same and charged me for gasket ring also charged me for top up engine oil. though they are unable to solve the problem the head over here at (sarbani motors nagpur road chandrapur)mr sherpure said they wont replace bike nor engine. they will repair it there itself at showroom but why they charged 121rupees me is a question. and how many times should i allow them to open the engine .its a matter of time and patience.
                                      if the company wont replace the new damaged bike why they exchange the bike for new one if we buy paying extra. my vehicle registration no is mh34 x6049
                                      sir i want my money back now i am tensed and wont buy or replace the bik with bajaj.

                                      I have a bajaj xcd 123 chassis no md2dsjbzzrwb09440, engine no JAMBRA90229, 18/07/09 I GIVE MY BYKE FOR FREE SERVICE TO YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER ROLTA BAJAJ BAGHUITI, KOL. BUT AT THE TIME OF DELEVARY THEY FOUND MY EXID BATARY IS MISSING. IS THIS YOUR SERVICE QUALITY ? SO I REFUSED TO TAKE DELEAVARY MY BYKE 7 THEY ASKED ME TO COME AT 11 AM SUNDAY 19/07/09.

                                      IF THEY NOT FOUND AND NOT ARRENGE ANY SOLUTION THEN I WILL GO TO COMSUMAR FORAM.

                                      sir, i have purchased xcd-125 from pagariya auto centre-aurangabad. chassis no. md2dsjbzzpwg43215, engine no. jambpg45845, model - october 2007, colour -- jet black.
                                      the engine has been scissed at the time of driving. before that we had complaining about the less average appx. 6 to 7 times to your dealer-- M/s. Pagariya Auto Centre-- Aurangabad.But never this complaint has been solved.
                                      the vehicle is given to your above said dealer for repairing on 15/9/2009. . but dealer personnel has informed us that the the charges will be required for changing the required parts. As per purchase date the vehicle is under warranty period . hence our request to you is pl.instruct your dealer to do the repairing work without taking any charges from us for the changing the required parts.

                                      i purchased a motorbike bajaj dts-i 135 of frame number MD2DSJNZZRCD71927 and engine number JNGBRD08131 on 8 august 2008 from RC Automobile, Station Road, Bareilly. Total kilometers travelled by the bike is 25212 as on date.

                                      When the bike was sent for servicing the mechanic told us that the bike engine is throwing smoke and told us for engine overhauling and when the engine was opened they service engineer told us Out of Rs.7000/- he asked us to pay sum of rupees Thirty five hundred against the parts which are not covered under warranty .

                                      kindly tell me if the bike was fully in warranty than for which money was i being asked to pay ?

                                      Pagariya Bajaj — Servicing of vehicle

                                      Sir,

                                      I had put my motorcycle Bajaj Caliber 155 for servicing into Pagariya Bajaj showroom.
                                      He claimed that he had changed the oil but I had found that oil had not been changed. I came to know about the fact when I found that my vehicle was not giving desired average.
                                      My bike, s carburetor is not working properly. I have purchased my bike in 12/2/2108. My bike, s warranty has yet to be done and my bike has just run for only 500 kilometres. But the service centre is refusing to change the part in the warranty. They are demanding RS 2800 for changing the carburetor.

                                        I am having battery problem from the 1st day i bought X CD 125 DTSi but no solution...
                                        The DIGITAL READER SHOWS BATTERY LOW ----bajaj says battery problem AND excide says digital Reader problem.                                         hello riders,

                                        I also own a Bajaj XCD 125 since 2008 and I am facing continous problem. The ELECTRONIC SYSTEM OF BIKE IS FEEBLE, there is always a battery problem. I had claimed the battery which is under warrenty wich did'nt lasted for less then 6 months. here is the list of problems I faced during the course of time.

                                        1. 2 time starter rellay changed.
                                        2. 2 battery changes
                                        3. braking system is poor.

                                        Thanks to the pathetic after sales service provided by bajaj SERVICE CENTERS, I this will go on.
